“Why don’t you like me?” Yu-ki asked out of the blue. Baekhyun turned to her curiously. She had followed Jongin to see Baekhyun’s final design and to prepare for his upcoming showcase at the end of the week.

“What do you mean?” Baekhyun went back to his work, deciding that her question wasn’t all that important.

“I mean, you never seem to talk to me, and when you do it’s clipped.” She explained. “I dunno. We just don’t seem close. But my everyone says otherwise.”

“Don’t worry about it,” Yu-ki turned to see the two models had finished changing. “Baek’s like that to everyone.” Chanyeol explained walking over to put his hands on said boy’s shoulders. “You just get used to it.” Baekhyun got up without a sound and dragged Chanyeol to the next room for final touches.

“If it makes you feel any better,” Jongin sat in Baekhyun’s recently vacated seat placing an arm around Yu-ki shoulders. “He treats you better than how he treats others. He just has a unique way of showing it.”

"Jongin!” Baekhyun yelled from the other room. “Get in here!” Jongin sighed and took Yu-ki’s hand taking her to the next room where Chanyeol and Baekhyun were. She stood off to the side while Jongin made to stand beside Chanyeol. Yu-ki watched Baekhyun as he worked, he was completely focused, speaking only to tell his two models instructions as he made final adjustments.

"Yooki,” she snapped out of her observation and regarded Baekhyun in question. “Can you hand me my camera please.” He pointed to the table beside her absentmindedly.

 “I thought I was your camera person.” Yu-ki wondered out loud handing Baekhyun his camera.

“Yeah, but you do realize that I had a life before I met you right. Besides you’re not always available are you? I can’t rely on you all the time.” He stated not looking at her instead focusing on taking photos.
