“I think I liked you.” Yu-ki admitted to the male sitting across her.

“You think you liked me.” Yixing repeated. “As in past tense. So what? You don’t like me now?”

“No, I don’t think so.” Yixing raised an eyebrow. “I mean yes, I mean,” Yu-ki sighed. “Let me rephrase that. I think I liked you, in the romantic sense. Pre-amnesia” she clarified. “Not to scare you or anything, but I was pretty much a stalker.” She continued slightly rambling. “I mean, I had pictures of you from around the corner and stuff.”

“I know.” Yixing responded calmly taking a leisurely sip of his coffee.

“And like-” she paused. “Wait, you knew?”

“Yeah, I knew. About the crush I mean. The photos I did not know about.”

“You knew this whole time?” Yixing nodded in confirmation. “And you didn’t say anything? You just let me live out my embarrassing school girl crush? Why?”

“Because, you didn’t actually like me.” He stated simply. “Despite your cute and slightly borderline disturbing infatuation with me, you only liked me because I was nice to you. After your less than ideal high school years, and moving to a new country, you found solace with me. I reminded you of home. You misinterpreted that homely comfort with affection.” He shrugged.

“How do you know all this? I’m pretty sure I never would have told you about my crush.”

“I know all this, because you tell me everything. Before your brother moved here, you would always make sure we met up at least once a week to just talk. You never told me about your feelings though. I figured that out on my own.” Yixing revealed. “But, I’m guessing, that since you are telling me all of this now, the feelings aren’t there anymore?”

Yu-ki shook her head. “Not that you’re not a great guy or anything, but like you said, you’re more of a brother to me.” She admitted. “What about you? I’m guessing that since you’re comfortable with saying all this, that you don’t and never did return my feelings?”

Yixing studied her expression for a moment. “No. I never did.” He said after making sure she wouldn’t take the information to heart.

“I thought just as much. I never had a chance with you.” Yu-ki smiled and leaned in conspiringly. “Besides, you already have a girlfriend.”

[A/N]: What's this? Yixing has a girlfriend? what does this mean for them? How is this going to change their dynamic? Are we ever going to meet her? (probably not) There is more to this conversation, but that will be revisted at a later date. Tomorrow we (finally) meet Sehun (though not really....)
