@ Wivern : If you didn't mention the root cause (about Nayeon should be paying for Nichkhun's sister's surgery), I wouldn't have added Seulong into the fray. That root cause was like a plot hole that I have to work around, and so come Seulong.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON.

A day after their breaking-and-entering mission, Chaeyoung found herself busy watching the monitor of her CCTV device. They had planted the camera inside Jaebum's room, and now they can see what is happening inside Jaebum's room.

Jaebum had returned to his house today, and it seemed he wasn't aware that someone had been breaking and entering into his house. No lock was damaged and everything seemed normal in his house.

Chaeyoung's phone rang and she picked it up. It was from Nichkhun.

"Yes, Nichkhun?"

"Chaeyoung, about your offer, I cannot accept it. I already made a deal with Jaebum. I cannot accept your money. I will be in so much trouble if I cancel my agreement with him." Nichkhun spoke on the other end of the line.

"Hm.Okay, I understand. I will go to the Im Ranch tomorrow just as I've promised." Chaeyoung said.

"Okay. Thanks. Bye." Nichkhun said.

And they hung up.

Chaeyoung thought for a moment. She remembered her meeting with Nichkhun yesterday. She didn't see any sign of lies and dishonesty in Nichkhun when he told her he didn't reveal her prank to Jaebum. Chaeyoung believed that Nichkhun still had a good heart, and that he knew what he did was wrong. He just had a financial issue that's why he took this dirty job from Jaebum.

Chaeyoung then made a phone call to Dahyun, informing her that Nichkhun had rejected the money they offered. Dahyun felt disappointed but she couldn't do anything about it.

"So how is it going?" Mina asked the baby tiger who was busy watching the CCTV display. The display showed Jaebum was taking a nap inside his room.

"Good, I can see it clearly from here. The angle was not perfect but I can still see everything." Chaeyoung said. "The problem is, we all have work to do, and we cannot standby and monitor Jaebum's activity. And I also have to take care of Seoyeon." She said while eyeing Seoyeon who was busy playing on the floor near them.

"It's okay. Just do whatever we can do." Mina said. "You're going to come with me tomorrow to the Im Ranch?" She asked.

Chaeyoung nodded. "Yes."

Mina stared at her. "Don't worry, Chaeng, I will stand beside you and defend you."

"Yeah. Thanks."

Mina then talked to Seoyeon. "Seoyeon, come let's go play outside. Chaeng-unnie is busy."

She said and then took Seoyeon with her. The two then walked out of Chaeyoung's room, and went to play catching ball outside.

Not long after, Jihyo came to Myoui's house, riding bicycle. She saw Mina and Seoyeon play catching ball in front of their house, and she greeted them.

"Mina! Seoyeon!" Jihyo waved.

"Oh, hi, Jihyo!"

"Seoyeon, I have a cake for you!" Jihyo said as she handed a small paper bag to Seoyeon.

"Thank you, Jihyo-unnie!" Seoyeon said happily and took the bag.

Mina spoke to Jihyo. "Momo is still in the mill. Do you want me to call her?"

"No. It's okay. I will play with Seoyeon and wait for her."

"Okay."

Jihyo then joined the two playing, and not long after, Momo returned from the mill.

"Jihyo, I miss you so much! I thought you wouldn't come today!" Momo said. She quickly dragged the doctor into the house and into her room.

"I miss you so much, Ji!"

"We just met two days ago, Momo."

"I mean I missed kissing you. Come here." Momo pulled Jihyo closer to her, and the two kissed each other passionately.

"You've become more skilled in this."

"Yeah. You too."

"Momo, I've reserved a hotel in Seoul for us, for a week."

"Oh, great! I can't wait for that! Finally we can spend time together without worrying about anything."

"Yeah. But we still have to stay obscured. Youngjae is there in the conference too. And he is already suspicious about us getting closer. I'm afraid Youngjae will tell my mother about us." Jihyo said.

Momo nodded. "Okay, don't worry. I won't come anywhere near your conference building. And I will not hug you and kiss you in front of people."

Jihyo smiled, then spoke to Momo again. "Momo, I've heard about Chaeyoung and Mina's situation with Jaebum. Dahyun told us that Chaeyoung had made a prank in the church and pretended to be the priest during the confession session, and that was how she learned about Nichkhun and Jaebum's agreement."

"Yeah. That's right. And now they're blackmailing Chaeyoung." Momo said.

Jihyo let out a sigh. "I really want to help your cousins, Mo. If only there's something I can do."

"Yeah, I really wanted to help them too, but I can't." Momo said.

Jihyo was then contemplating to tell Momo about Nayeon and Jaebum's wedding plan, but she chose not to, thinking that it would be better for Nayeon to inform the Myoui girls herself, especially to Mina.

"I hope everything will be fixed for Chaeyoung and Mina. You told me that Jaebum is not to be trusted. And after what Dahyun had revealed to us, I believe you are right. But he is Nayeon's fiancé, and Nayeon said she wanted to give him a chance. And I cannot oppose my sister. I have to support her decision. At this moment, she's the only one who is still straight.
