FEW DAYS LATER. AT THE PUB.

It was almost lunch time. Sana was working as usual, serving customers and preparing the meals. And while busy doing her job, she couldn't help but taking glances every now and then at the entrance door and the windows which faced directly to the street outside.

The girls had agreed to meet in this pub again today. They usually did it at least once a week, and they would set the dates when they could meet each week.

Sana kept glancing at the windows, until finally she saw those girls coming from a distance, plus one little girl who was clinging beside Chaeyoung.

A smile immediately took over Sana's face, and she couldn't help but blushing a bit, knowing she would be seeing her adorable childhood-friend turned lover soon. Today was the first day for them to meet again after Mina accepted Sana's confession. And therefore, Sana couldn't help but feel dokidoki to see Mina again. For the past few days, Sana had found herself couldn't stop thinking about Mina and how her days would be like, being Mina's girlfriend.

Sana waited until the girls entered the pub and took their seats, and then she came at them. She exchanged a quick glance with Mina, sending a brief smile at each other.

"Hi girls! I've been waiting for you! Chaeng, you bring Seoyeon with you! Ow, she's so cute! And Dahyun, you come too!" Sana greeted the girls.

"Yeah, I don't have a schedule today, and I want to help Chaeng babysitting Seoyeon." Dahyun said. "And oh, Sana, Mina, I heard you two are dating now. Congratulations!"

"Thank you." Sana smiled at Dahyun. She then put herself closer to Mina's seat and stood beside her girlfriend. She actually wanted to give Mina a kiss or a hug, or at least wrap her arm around Mina's shoulder, but she decided not to do it due to fear of being teased by the other girls. At that time, the other girls were staring intensely at the new couple. And Sana knew better than showing a public display affection in front of this bunch of crackhead girls.

The waitress then gave the girls some booklets. "Girls, we have a new dishes. The price is cheap and it has a discount for this week. You want to try it?"

The girls looked at the item Sana was pointing at. "Sure. Let's try it." They said and then proceed scanning the booklet to choose the desserts and drinks.

While waiting for their orders, Sana turned her attention to Mina who was placing her hands on the table. Her long sleeves were rolled up, and Sana noticed some dried blood on Mina's elbow.

"Mina, what happen to you?" Sana asked.

"Oh, this? I got thrown by my horse today at the ranch!" Mina said while looking at the wounds on her elbow.

"Is it a wild horse?" Sana asked, worried.

"No. It's Black Swan," answered Mina.

"Black Swan? Why did he throw you?"

"I don't know. Black Swan has been a bit grumpy lately. He also threw me yesterday, and two days ago."

"Oh, that's bad! Please be careful, Mina!" Sana said worriedly. As she observed, Mina's shirt and jeans were also tainted with mud.

"I think Black Swan wants to get laid, hahaha!" Chaeyoung said laughing.

"Wuahahaha!" Everyone else laughed along upon hearing that. Except for the little girl who was sitting next to Chaeyoung.

"Chaeng-unnie, what is get laid?" Seoyeon asked, while staring confusedly at her unnie.

"Hah? Oh! It's...errr... it means the horse wants to play with toys... Hahahahaaa!!" Chaeyoung said, laughing harder.

"Sshh! Chaeng, stop! Don't make adult jokes near toddler! It's against parenting rules! We already talked about this!" Dahyun smacked Chaeyoung on her shoulder.

"Ouch! Okay okay, sorry! I won't do it again! Sorry!" The tiger hissed in pain.

"You two have parenting rules now? Wow! You should get married already!" Momo said.

"We're planning to, next year." Chaeyoung smirked.

"Eeeeh!?" Momo's eyes widened.

"No. She's just kidding." Dahyun said while sending Chaeyoung a glare.

The waitress let out a chuckle upon seeing the girls' interaction. She then turned her attention to the toddler.

"Seoyeon, you need a child seat?" Sana asked.

"No, thank you. Mommy said I'm already too big for the child seat now." Seoyeon replied cutely.

"Oh yes, your mom is right. Is she still in the hospital?" Sana asked again.

"Yes. And I'm sad when mommy is sick." Seoyeon replied, this time looking down.

"Don't worry, your mom will get better and return home soon." Sana patted Seoyeon on her head.

"Chewy, I saw you near Mr. Kim's house yesterday. You were putting police line there. What happened?"

"Oh, yesterday, there's someone breaking and stealing from Mr. Kim's house." The police officer said.

"What did they take?"

"Cash and jewelry. Two million won."

"Waaah, that's too much! Poor Mr. Kim. Is he alright?"

"He was injured when he tried to fight the thieves. Careful guys, the thieves recently have developed quite sophisticated tools to break and enter people's houses."

Tzuyu then briefly explained the details of modus operandi used by those thieves, and the girls listened attentively. Having police officers as your friend gives a lot of advantages. They would share information and knowledge to you that would help you defend yourselves and your properties against criminal attacks.

"How about those people who broke into Mina's land?" Sana asked.

"Ah, yes. That one is harder to catch. And unfortunately, Sheriff Lee doesn't prioritize that case anymore. I've told him that those people who intrude Mina's land might connect us to a large group of bank robbers who has been operating in Seoul and Busan. But instead of letting me investigating it, Sheriff Lee gave my report to Seoul City Police Department. He said that case is not in our jurisdiction anymore. I still continue working on your case, Mina, but without support from the sheriff, I have to do it quietly. And I'm working alone so I will need a longer time to solve this case." Tzuyu explained.

Mina just gave a nod. "It's okay, Chewy. You don't have to do that for me if it's not assigned to you anymore. They're not attacking my land anymore. Let's just hope they had chose the wrong target." Mina said to Tzuyu.

"Yeah, but I'm still quite sure those intruders are not just ordinary criminals. I'm not doing this just for you, Mina." Tzuyu replied.

"Oh, I have an idea. If this case isn't under police investigation anymore, then we all should help Chewy working on it." Chaeyoung suggested.

"Hm. You're right. Chewy, just tell us when you need some help on this." Mina said.

"Sure." Tzuyu nodded with a smile.

"Okay girls, give me your orders now." The waitress said.

The girls quickly made their orders.

The waitress then turned and grabbed Mina's hand.

"Mina, come with me. Let me patch your wound." Sana said as she dragged the penguin with her.

While their friends just stared incredulously at the newlywed couple as they disappeared into the restroom.

"They look so happy now." Momo remarked.

"Yeah. Of course." Chaeyoung nodded. "But don't forget about our six-month."

"What about six-month?" Dahyun asked, curious.

"It's a secret. I can't tell you." The baby tiger shrugged.

"Tck. It must be a bet about Mina and Sana." Tzuyu told Dahyun. "What bet is it this time, Chaeng? Oh wait, six months. You're betting Mina will only date Sana for six months?"

"Wow! Bingo! How do you know, Chewy?" Chaeyoung was amazed.

"I'm a cop. And you two are always betting about Mina, so it was an easy guess."

"Oh yeah, that's right." Chaeyoung said, shrugging.

Momo then said. "Now, the only ones left are me and you, Chewy. Let's get a girlfriend quick!"

"Naaah... I'm not interested in a relationship right now. I have no time to date anyone." Tzuyu said.
