Several hours after the incident, the situation in NongHyup Bank was still in a mess. The injured and the dead were being carried into the ambulances. Police officers were walking back-and-forth, entering and exiting the building. Police lines were also put around the building. Some local reporters were seen at the spot, interviewing some victims and police officers.

"There were five offenders in this incident. The hostages said the offenders had some arguments amongst themselves. Two of them were shot to death. One of them was shot by his own friend. The other was shot by our officer. There were twenty seven people inside the bank, including the staff and the customers. Four hostages were killed from the gunshot, two of them were married couple, Mr and Mrs Hahm. Seven people were injured and taken to the hospital. We're still investigating whether there are more people involved in this crime or not. We will keep you updated after we have further result. Thank you," said the officer who was being interviewed by the reporters.

A little girl was crying on a bench in front of the building. Her face was full of tears, and she had a few bruises and scratches on her arms and legs which most likely due to falling and hitting her body against something.

Tzuyu came at her and gave her water and a blanket.

"Seoyeon, don't be scared. Unnie will take care of you. Here, drink this." Tzuyu said, kneeling in front of the little girl.

"Where is eomma and appa?" Seoyeon asked, still crying.

Tzuyu didn't answer. She didn't know how to explain it to this little girl, that her eomma and appa had died in this accident, and that she won't be able to see them again.

"I want to see eomma and appa!" Seoyeon cried harder.

Tzuyu felt very sad upon seeing this. The police had tried to call a relative of Hahm Family and inform them about this incident, but this relative lived far away from the town and it seemed they wouldn't be able to take Seoyeon under their care since they were already very old.

Tzuyu didn't know what to do. She then decided to call Myoui's house.

"Hey, Chaeng, are you busy? I have an emergency here and I need your help. I'm in front of Nohyup Bank. Hurry come here!"

"What? Is it safe there? I heard there's a robbery today!"

"Yes, that's why I need you here! Don't worry it's safe here now! Hurry, come here! I need you!"

"Eh? Why do you need me? Okay, okay! I'm coming!"

Not long after, Chaeyoung arrived at the Nohyup Bank, riding on her scooter.

She hurriedly came to Tzuyu.

"Chewy, what's up- Eh? Seoyeon? Why are you? And why are you crying?" Chaeyoung asked, confused upon seeing Tzuyu carrying the little girl in her arm.

Tzuyu then explained, "Mr and Mrs Hahm were killed in the gunshot, Chaeng. They were shot by those robbers."

Chaeyoung's jaw dropped to the ground.

"T-They're dead!?" She shouted in shock.

"Yes! And don't shout, please, you're making Seoyeon more scared." Tzuyu said.

"Oh my God!! Poor Seoyeon!! Here, here!! Let me take you... Seoyeon, oh my god!" Chaeyoung took Seoyeon from Tzuyu and carried her in her arms. "Seoyeon, don't be scared, Chaeng-unnie is here... You'll be alright... Everything's gonna be alright..."

Chaeyoung ran her hand up and down Seoyeon's back to comfort her.

"Is Seoyeon hurt?" she asked Tzuyu.

"No, just bruises and scratches." Tzuyu answered.

"Thank God." Chaeyoung exclaimed in relief. "Chewy, can I take her home?"

"Yeah, that was actually my intention. Please take her home, Chaeng. I will discuss with my boss what we will do about her later."

"Okay. I'm taking her home now. Bye, Chewy!"

AN HOUR LATER. AT THE MYOUI RESIDENCE.

The Myoui girls sat with Seoyeon in the dining room. Yejin gave Seoyeon some meals, and Chaeyoung feed the little girl spoonful by spoonful. The little girl had been patched up, and she had stopped crying but was still traumatized by this tragic event. She also kept asking where her mother and father were, and said she wanted to see them. Chaeyoung explained to her that her mother and father were in the hospital right now. She didn't have a heart to say the word 'die' or 'death' in front of Seoyeon, worried that it would make Seoyeon even more traumatized.
