@ Hosana_to_highest : I'm a die-hard Mina stan too. I heard she's coming back with the group's schedule but the event is cancelled due to coronavirus. Yes, Nayeon's mood is the embodiment of the whole story's atmosphere. But you know it is Mina, the only one who has become the drive behind Nayeon's mood. And instead of focusing on Mina and telling the story from her point of view, I'm more interested in telling about her from the other person's (Nayeon) point of view. Choosing a point of view is important in storytelling. If you notice, I never do a first-person POV in this cowgirl fic. Sometimes I write about the characters' feelings from the first-person POV, but I never use first-person POV to describe their action, for example "Today I woke up late and I took a shower and go to the ranch, and then Mina came to my office...blablabla." I never wrote that. I always use 'she'/'her' instead of 'I'. First-person POV usually makes an entire chapter to be limited to one (or a few more) person only. It's difficult to switch POV with that setting. So I prefer to just use third-person POV. Some authors prefer first-person POV because it's easier to describe the character's feeling that way, for example "Upon seeing Sana kissing Mina in the boxing ring, I feel so sad and jealous...blablabla." But for me it's not interesting to use that style for this kind of story. I want my readers to be an audience of a TV series with a lot of characters, and to watch their interaction from outsiders’ eyes. I only used first-person-POV twice in the pirate fic (Chapter 10, and Epilogue) from Chaeyoung's POV.

@ Wivern : Yeah, we're all deprived of MiNayeon moments here. And no, I’m sorry, there won’t be any action here until the nine-slaps-scene. Now we have to focus on emotional developments, rather than action/fight scenes.

@ jyp_stan : In a way, the nine-slaps-scene won't happen without JeongTzu combo, so yeah, they are very helpful to drive the plot here.

SATURDAY MORNING.

Nayeon had already finished preparing everything since last night. When Jeongyeon called after dinner, she immediately packed her suitcase. She didn't bring too much stuff. Just clothes, swimming suit, towel, shades, sunblock, hat, and few other things.

Jeongyeon arrived at the Im Mansion at 8:05 AM. She smiled as she saw Nayeon coming out from her mansion, dragging a small suitcase.

"You're looking good today, Nay." Jeongyeon said, smilingly.

"Same with you too, Jeong." Nayeon replied.

"God, Nayeon, you're so beautiful." The lawyer continued.

Nayeon glared. "Are you flirting with me? Just shut up and drive."

"Tck! You're no fun!"

Jeongyeon turned the wheel and started driving into the street.

The water park resort was located outside the town, one hour driving from the town's center. It was newly opened last week, the first around the area.

When they arrived at the resort, there were already a lot of people in the area. Some were swimming, some were having breakfast at the food court, some were just roaming around to enjoy the scenery. And since this was a family friendly resort (with the visitors’ ranging from toddler to elderly people), not so many girls were wearing bikinis. Most of them were wearing one-piece swimming suits or other clothes that didn't reveal too much skin.

Jeongyeon and Nayeon already had their breakfast before leaving their home, so they went directly to the pool area. They went into the changing room with a swimming suit in hand. Jeongyeon finished changing first and she waited outside the changing facility. She was wearing a grey tight shirt and a black knee-length leggings.

Then Nayeon came out, and their eyes landed upon each other. This time, Jeongyeon was so stunned, she forgot to flirt.

"What!?"

"Ehm! Nothing!"

Jeongyeon shook her head. She couldn't help but admire Nayeon's feminine figure. Nayeon was wearing a yellow short-sleeve top that embraced her body tightly, and a green hot pants. Her jet-black hair contrasted with her milky white skin, which was glowing under the sunlight. Her body seemed to have grown and matured a lot more than Jeongyeon could remember from their college era. She had become more plumpish and Jeongyeon wondered whether it was because Nayeon had been through pregnancy and giving birth before.

Several people were caught staring at Nayeon, mesmerized by her beauty. Good thing the CEO wasn't wearing a bikini, it would be too much to handle for everyone, men and women.

Jeongyeon and Nayeon continued walking to the water pool area. The resort had three large sections. Each section consisted of several pools with a different theme. The first section was for toddler and young children. The second section was for older children, teenagers, and adults. And the third section was for people who liked extreme challenge.

Nayeon was walking towards the second section, but for a reason that only she herself knew, Jeongyeon chose to wander around the first section.

Not long after, her eyes landed on the familiar figures of two young women and one little girl.

Jeongyeon went at them and called their names.

"Mina! Sana! Seoyeon! Oh my God, we met here, what a coincidence!" She said, pretending to be surprised.

"Jeongyeon!?" Mina and Sana also seemed to be very surprised.

"Jeongyeon, are you coming here alone?" Mina asked.

"No. I was coming here with Nayeon." Jeongyeon said, smiling.

"Nayeon!?" Mina's eyes widened. "Where is she?" Her eyes scanned around.

"She's heading to the next section. Ah, there she is! I'll call her." She put her hands on like a megaphone.

The bunny girl turned around upon hearing her name called.

She searched for a second and quickly found Jeongyeon. Then her eyes landed upon the two girls standing on the pool next to the lawyer.

Oh ! Oh no! They are here!

Nayeon was panicking. She contemplated to escape and go home immediately, but that would make her looked very stupid.

Jeongyeon screamed again while waving her hands.

Nayeon had no choice other than to come to them.
