Not a good keeper
The Randoms
- 3rd person POV -
Everyone knows how friendly Jaejoong is. He seems to be warm to everyone no matter who. He never has any judgemental eyes to anyone. With the tender eyes, warm smile, and soft voice, he's like a magnet to all the living souls whenever and wherever. It's not like there's no hater around, the fact is that there's no use of trying or digging up any reasons to hate the guy. He's just one of the perfect men ever exist in this world. Everyone is too hesitated to make any problems or even argument with him. He's the one whom everyone wants to befriend with.
So one day, there's this new guy at school, perfect with all the features he has and well, since none has ever seen Jaejoong with any girls in a relationship, they think that Jaejoong maybe is simply not into girls. And his friends, who's been braver than the others, have been trying to match them up intentionally. Not straightly, but jokingly, they pair them both for any possible occasions. Yup, in class or out of it, at school or in any daily basis circumstances, Jaejoong being the kind person he is, only smiles and laughs, goes with all these arrangements without any complaints. He finds Yunho also more and less does the same, without any complaints, he just gets along with all the teasing. Both of Yunho and Jae have been saying their thoughts about it too many times to all of these people to stop, but they find it failed to the core. So at the end, they just decide to let it be, and unfortunately, everyone takes it as an acceptance that they're okay with it, that they're maybe just in a time where they are trying to adjust themselves with each other, that they are okay being paired like lovers, and in a way to be an actual real lovers.
Jaejoong huffs again after seeing all the chats his friends posted in their group, again about him and Yunho. He wonders why does everyone hasn't been tired of this as he assumes they'll be. He has never once contacted Yunho to particularly talk about this, cause he thinks it's not necessary. Heck, actually, they have never contacted each other to talk about something personal neither by phone or in person. They only talk about their project or where and when they should meet when they have to attend some occasions.
He never thinks about this seriously, he has lots more important things in his life to deal with but then, even Jaejoong has finally got his down time. But the more he endures it, the more it raises an issue that he's been having and trying to forget all along. So he just huffs again and leaves his phone, heading out to have some fresh air. He needs to cool down his head.
"Yunho?" He calls, finding the said man is sitting on one of the bench.
"Jaejoong? What a coisidence!" he says, smiling.
With the sweats Yunho waering now, maybe he's taking a break after his evening round of routine. Jaejoong remembers that one of his friends said Yunho loved doing exercises and one of the is jogging in the evening. Come to think of it, this park is a suitable place for it. The lights and the neighborhood is not that crowded yet, it's not that empty. So it's comfortable and safe, even for Jaejoong who chooses to take a bit of walk there. Yunho seems to be distracted by a sound from his phone, checks it, and just shakes his head.
"Can I guess?" Jaejoong asks, sitting next to him.
Yunho turns to his side and raises his eyebrows.
"Is it from our group chat? For Junsu's party?"
And by seeing a smile on Yunho's perfect lips, Jaejoong knows that he has guessed it right.
"And they want us to be together, again." Jaejoong adds.
"They're still excited about it." Yunho states, slightly shrugging his shoulders.
"Do you somehow feel disturbed by it, Yunho?"
Jaejong turns to his side, seeing his friend and waiting
