“No? You won't kill the heir?” Taeyeon asked and Baekhyun closed his mouth and snapped back to reality. “I.. it's not like that.. just.. come with me alright?” Baekhyun asked and Taeyeon nodded her head still clueless of what's going on inside his head. Following him towards his car, Baekhyun started the engine and drove immediately. 

“What are we doing here?” Taeyeon asked when she noticed that they now entered a shallow road leading to the forest. “I know a place here and you'll be safe there.. at least for now” He answered, his eyes still focused on the foggy road before him. Noticing the fear Taeyeon has, Baekhyun can't help but to picture her being scared of him killing her too. 

But no, he can assure her now that he won't kill her. 

Not even lay a hand on her. 

“Are you going to leave me there alone?” Taeyeon asked making Baekhyun turn his head and give her a glance. “Of course not.. I will never leave you alone” Baekhyun said and Taeyeon smiled before nodding her head. “I'm sorry if this has to happen to you.. believe me.. I don't want this happening too” Baekhyun said and Taeyeon meekly smiled before nodding her head. “It's alright” She said. 

“I already promised you to be by your side all through out right?” Taeyeon asked and Baekhyun nodded his head. 

I just hope that you won't hate me.. if.. you ever.. if you ever find out the truth. Baekhyun thought. 

“Thank you for understanding me..” Baekhyun said before glancing at her and Taeyeon smiled before nodding her head. “You're most welcome” She answered and Baekhyun stopped the car as he looked towards Taeyeon's side. Looking to where his gaze was, Taeyeon's eyes widened when she noticed a big white house standing in the middle of the foggy forest. 

Hearing the car door click open, Taeyeon watched as Baekhyun went out of the car and walked towards her side and opened the door for her. Getting out, Taeyeon observed the house in front of her. Glass walls, padded porch, it was even greatly landscaped. 

“I designed this house myself.. I go here when full moon comes or when I want to be alone from the others. I hope you like it” Baekhyun said and Taeyeon turned her attention to him. “This looks great.. and now I understand why it's in the middle of the forest” Taeyeon said and Baekhyun lightly chuckled. “Honestly, it's not the middle of the forest. Come, I'll show you something” Baekhyun said as he offered his hand to Taeyeon and the latter gladly accepted it. 

Pressing his hand on the fingerprint scanner, the door opened and Baekhyun led Taeyeon inside. Looking towards the left side of the living room, Taeyeon's mouth opened in agape when she saw the sea just below from the glass doors. The house was not in the middle of the forest, rather, it was at the edge of the cliff showing a scenic view of the sea just below. 

“You like it?” Baekhyun asked before standing beside her and Taeyeon nodded her head. Pushing the glass, Taeyeon watched as Baekhyun went out at the balcony and motioned her to come. Going to where he was, Taeyeon smiled when the sea breeze greeted her. “I'm glad you did” Baekhyun said with a smile and Taeyeon kept her gaze at the wide blue sea infront of her. “It will look even greater when the sunset comes.. stay here first. I got some supplies if you get hungry, I'll call Yoona and wait for her outside. Will it be alright?” Baekhyun asked and Taeyeon wordlessly nodded her head.

Seeing her approval, Baekhyun kissed her forehead before leaving her alone. 

Not long after, Taeyeon heard sounds from the living room. Turning around, Taeyeon noticed Yoona standing in the middle of the living room with bags on her shoulder while looking around in awe. “I have to say that you're great at designing” Yoona complimented and Baekhyun shyly scratched his nape. “No, maybe it was just a spur of the moment when I saw the cliff vacant” Baekhyun said with a chuckle and Yoona chuckled too. 

“Oh, here are your things” Yoona said as she handed two duffel bags to Taeyeon when she noticed her  sister's presence. “Thanks” Taeyeon said as she took the bags on the drop it on the floor when she noticed how heavy it was. “Oops, sorry I forgot to tell you. It's heavy” Yoona said sheepishly and Taeyeon glared at her sister making Baekhyun chuckle. “Are you two hungry? I have some stocks there.. do you want to eat?” Baekhyun asked while looking at the two back and forth. 

“Do you have ice cream?” Yoona asked almost immediately making Baekhyun chuckle. “Yeah, I think I got a tub of chocolate ice cream” Baekhyun answered and Yoona grinned. “Can I have some?” Yoona asked and Baekhyun nodded his head. “Sure” He answered. “What about you?” He asked turning his head to Taeyeon. “No, I think I'll pass” Taeyeon answered and Yoona's eyes widened. 

“Are you sick?” Yoona asked immediately placing her hand over her sister's shoulder. “Are you sure you don't want to eat ice cream? There's not way you will pass on ice cream” Yoona said in disbelief and Taeyeon hardly pinched her sister's cheek causing Yoona to wince. 

“My cheeks” Yoona said, slapping Taeyeon's hand away. “I don't feel like eating yet.. just leave me some” Taeyeon said and Yoona nodded her head. “Alright. Where's the ice cream?” Yoona asked as soon as she turned her attention back to Baekhyun. 

“Let me show you the kitchen, I'll go with Yoona first” Baekhyun said to Yoona then turned to Taeyeon. “Alright” Taeyeon answered and Baekhyun nodded his head as he followed Yoona who skipped her way already towards the kitchen without even waiting for Baekhyun. 

Finally arriving there, Yoona took a seat at the kitchen counter as she waited for Baekhyun to take the ice cream tub out of the fridge. Finally getting a hold of the cold tub in her hands, Yoona sighed. “Is there something wrong?” Baekhyun asked upon noticing the sudden change of expression from Yoona. 

Lifting her gaze up, Yoona looked into Baekhyun's eyes pleadingly. 

“Please don't hurt my sister”
