JiYong's POV

I stayed with Hilary ever since SeungHyun Hyeong left.  She didn't really speak since that day.  All she did was curled up in her bed with a pillow in her arms.  She didn't cry anymore but she never smiled too.  A couple times, I woke up in the middle of the night to check on her and would find her bed empty which almost scared me to death.  But then, I would find her staring at the painting quietly.  It really broke my heart to see her like this.

I woke up this morning and again found her bed empty.

"Hilary?"  Nobody answered.

I looked around and she was not in the loft.  I panicked.  I grabbed my jacket and wanted to go look for her.  Just when I opened the door to leave, Hilary was right at the door.

"Going somewhere?" She asked with a slight smile.  It has been 3 days.  She has not spoken a word to me nor smiled in 3 days.  But she smiled at me now.

I grabbed her hand and pulled her inside, "Where have you been?  You scared me, you know?"

She raised the paper bag up and said, "I went to get breakfast.  Hungry?"  She walked into the kitchen and took out the sandwiches from the paper bag.  I watched her set the table and made coffee.  She was like totally normal all of a sudden which made me even more worried.

I stepped up to her and asked, "Hill, what's going on?"

She looked at me with puzzled eyes and asked, "What what's going on?  Breakfast.  Have you brushed your teeth yet?"  She smiled again and poured the coffee into the mugs.

I took away the coffee pot from her hand and pulled her down on the stool, "Hill, look at me.  Tell me what's on your mind.  What happened?  Why are you making breakfast all of a sudden?  You are scaring me."

She laughed softly and slightly tapped my nose, "It's 9a.m. in the morning, of course I make breakfast.  You eat dinner at 9a.m.?"

"Hill, I'm serious.  You act so normal; yet it's totally not normal for you to act normal all of a sudden.  You really are scaring me." I really panicked.  I could almost hear my own heartbeats.

She let out a sigh and said, "Don't worry.  I'm back to NORMAL."  She turned around and unwrapped the sandwich, "Sit down!"

I looked up at the work area and was surprised to find that the painting was gone, "Hill, where's the painting?"

She glanced at the work area and said softly, "I threw it away this morning."

"WHAT?  WHERE?" I looked at her with my eyes wide-opened.

"JiYong, just sit down.  Also, I've booked you your flight ticket for tonight."

"Who says I'm leaving tonight?  How can you book my flight without asking me?" I raised my voice at her as I sat down on the stool opposite to her.

She passed me the sandwich and said, "You've been here for a week.  It's time to go back.  You have to work."

"NO!  I'm not leaving Paris without you.  I'm not leaving you here alone.  You can't make me leave."

She looked me in the eyes and said, "JiYong, I'm not going back.  I don't want to go back."

"Then, I'm not going back either."

"KWON JI YONG!"

"What?  How can I leave you and go back like this?" I grabbed her hand as I said.

She smiled, "I'm fine.  I'm capable of taking care of myself.  You don't have to worry about me."

"No.  It's either you go back with me or I stay."

She pouted, "JiYong!"

"Don't try to argue with me.  I'm not leaving.  If you don't want me to stay here with you, I'll get a place in this building.  Or I'll just buy the whole building."

"JiYong!"

I let out a heavy sigh this time and stood up on my feet, "I'm going out for some air.  Stay in here until I'm back.  I'll call the police if you are not here when I come back."  I threw her a sharp glare before I walked out of the kitchen.

I went around the corner of the building and checked the garbage bins for the painting.  Me, Kwon JiYong dug my hands into the filthy and smelly garbage bins to look for a painting.  Only if my exes saw me like this.  Or any of my friends.  I would be doomed.  I searched through the 2 bins and couldn't find the painting.  Just when I was about to turn around and leave, I saw an old man sat beside a dirty and old baby trolley a few steps away.  This was my lucky day!

"Sir, I want to buy your painting." I totally had no idea if he understood English though.

He looked at me and put up his fingers.

"50 euros?"

He shook his head.

I took a deep breath to calm myself, "OK!  500!"

He immediately gave me a huge smile showing his yellow teeth and held the painting tight in his arms.  I took out my wallet and gave him the money, "Give me the painting first!"

He groaned and let go of the painting.  He took my money and ran away immediately with his baby trolley.

"Kwon JiYong, you paid 500 euros to a beggar for an unfinished painting of your rival.  You deserve a gold star on your chest." I let out a laugh at myself and shook my head.

CL's POV

My brother called me a few days earlier and told me he would be staying in Paris for a while.  I asked him how long this 'a while' would be and he said 'as long as it'd be'.  I didn't ask him why since it was already too obvious.  I learned from SeungRi that SeungHyun Oppa came back a few days ago.  It didn't seem to go well for him, so I assumed it went well for JiYong.  SeungRi was not too happy about it and didn't call me since then.  But who would care if he never called again.  It was not like we were dating or anything.  We slept together a couple times didn't mean we were binded together.

"Have you talked to JiYong lately?" Dara asked.

"A few days ago.  He said he's staying in Paris for as long as it takes."

Dara looked at me suspiciously.  I punched her arm playfully and said, "Don't look at me like that.  My brother has changed a lot, OK?  He really loves Hilary."

Dara sighed, "Even though I don't want to admit it, Kwon JiYong did change a lot in the past couple months.  And it's all because of Hill."

I filled our glasses and said, "Well, I believe my brother deserves to be with someone who he really loves.  As his friend, I hope you'll be happy for him too."

Dara nodded, "I'm happy for him if he is for real with Hill.  As long as they are happy together, I will be happy for them both.  But even if we are friends, if he ever hurt Hill, I'll kill him myself.  And don't even bother to stop me."

I laughed, "OK!  I'll punch him myself if that really happens."

We gulped down the wine and just when I looked up, I saw SeungRi walked in with a girl in his arm.  Our eyes met and I felt the anger rushed up to my head.  I glared at him while he immediately pushed the girl away.

"Oppa, I almost fell!"  The girl complained as she adjusted her mini-skirt.  I had my eyes fixed on SeungRi and never moved away.  He looked away and said to the girl, "Sorry, are you alright?"

The girl slid her arm around his and said with her high-pitched voice, "Oppa, make it up to me with a kiss."  She pursed her lips at SeungRi and closed her eyes.  I let out a laugh and grabbed my clutch to leave.

"CL, where are you going?" Dara asked.

"Home."

"At 10p.m.?  We just arrived." Dara wanted to grab my hand and pull me down.  But I already walked around the table and headed to the exit.

SeungRi's POV

I somehow didn't know why I pushed Mika away.  It was not like CL
