Hilary's POV

The whole hotel was gossiping about who sent me those roses.  This little incident spreaded to the head office as well since a couple staff who came for the launching event saw the delivery men transferred the roses to my office.  Most of them guessed it was SeungHyun who sent me the roses.  Even DaeSung thought so too.

I didn't have mood to work at all, so I grabbed my bag and left the office when the clock struck at six.  Staff put their heads together and whispered to each other as I walked passed by.  I glanced at them out of the corner of my eye and sighed softly.

"Shh..."  DaeSung hushed up the gossiping and quickly stepped up to me, "Kim Isa Nim, I'm really sorry.  I'll make sure they stop the gossip."

I forced a smile and said, "It's OK.  Leave it!"

"Sajang Nim reserved the table at 7p.m.  Are you heading to the restaurant now?"  DaeSung followed me closely.

I shook my head, "I'm not joining the dinner.  Get my car ready please!"

"Yes, Kim Isa Nim."

SeungHyun's POV

I let myself get off work a little earlier than usual today.  I released my driver from his duty early as well and went for a ride on my own.  I parked my car at the bank of Han River and strolled along the river bank alone.  I liked to come here whenever my head was full and I needed some air to refresh myself.  Many times I wished I could leave everything behind and run away; but I just couldn't since I had too many responsibilites on my shoulders.  I would not call these responsibilities my burden but they did inhibit me from doing whatever I wanted.  This was a place where I could stop being CHOI SEUNGHYUN for a while and just be MYSELF.

Unlike the times I came here, I was actually in a good mood.  Some people might choose to be with friends and go for a drink, to have fun.  But I chose to be alone.  I enjoyed the solitude since it allowed me to separate myself from my congested life and gave me time and space to recuperate.

I was usually the only one here whenever I came; but today there was another person standing not far away.  A woman with long wavy hair in a charcoal grey coat and high heels.  I didn't see her face since she had her back to me.  I held my steps and just when I was about to turn around, the woman ran her fingers through her hair as she turned around.  Our eyes met.

"Hilary?"  I said.

Hilary looked surprised to see me. So was I.  We walked towards each other and somehow said together, "Why are you here?"

We looked at each other and laughed softly together.

"What are you doing here alone, Miss Kim?"  I asked.

She raised her eyebrows and asked, "And what are you doing here alone, Mr. Choi?"

I chuckled, "This is my secret place to hide out."

"Hide out?  Choi SeungHyun needs to hide out?  From what?"

I shrugged with a smile, "Depends."

Hilary looked me in the eyes as if she was trying to drill into my mind with her gaze.  Her eyes were beautiful and always twinkled.

"What are you thinking?"  I asked.

She broke off her gaze and let out a soft sigh as she turned to face the river, "Nothing.  So, what are you hiding from this time?"

I stepped to her side and said, "I'm not hiding from anything today.  I just came to have some fresh air.  You?  How did you find this place?"

She slightly shrugged and said softly, "I don't know.  I was driving aimlessly and saw this place on the way.  And, here I am."

I looked at her from the side and somehow found her in totally different mood from this morning.  The gentle wind breezed over the river bank and brought the scent of her perfume to my nose.  She smelled good.  A sweet scent of flower.  Daisy.

"Anything happened?  Anything that I can help?"

She looked up at me and shook her head with a smile.  I could see that she had a lot in her mind.  Something must have happened; but I didn't know how to make her talk.

We stood there without talking and watched the sunset quietly. Hilary seemed to be in her deep thoughts and I dared not intrude.  She folded her arms across her chest and slightly rubbed her arms.  I took off my coat and put it on her shoulder.

She looked up and said, "You'll catch a cold if you give me your coat.  Put it back on!"

"It's alright!  I'm fine."  I smiled.

She gazed at me for a few second and took off my coat, "Here, turn around!"

I turned around as she said and she helped me to put my coat back on.

"Thanks!"  I said.  She smiled, "I'm hungry.  You?"

I smiled, "What would you like to eat?"  I thought she suggested to dinner together since she asked if I was hungry.  But she looked at me and hesitated.  I waited for her reply.

To my surprise, she slid her arm around mine and said, "I don't want to drive.  Can I go with you?"

I nodded, "Let's take your car.  I'll ask my driver to come get mine."

Hilary nodded and dug into her coat pocket for the car key.  We walked back to her car arm in arm.  She slightly squeezed my arm with hers and leaned a little on me.  I couldn't help but realize she was somehow a little not herself.

Hilary and I ate at the closest restaurant we found on the way back.  Simple and nothing fancy.  She didn't talk much during dinner and I of course didn't force her to tell me what happened.

"I'm a little tired.  Do you mind if I close my eyes to rest?"  Hilary looked up at me and asked.

I smiled, "Of course I don't mind."  I reached to the back seat for my coat and handed it to her, "Here!"

"Thanks!"  She smiled and covered herself with my coat.  She leaned her head of the headrest and said before she closed her eyes, "Wake me up when we get there, OK?"

"Mmm..."

JiYong's POV

No call whatsoever from Hilary.  I thought she would somehow call me back; but she never did.  I parked my car outside the entrance of the Grand and waited for her to come back.  The valet told me she left around six, which was almost four hours ago.  I didn't know how long I have been waiting; but it did feel like ages.  I never waited for a woman like this in my whole life.  I haven't had dinner yet since I was afraid she would come back while I was gone.

A red Maserati drove by and stopped at the entrance.  I couldn't help but feel a little bit excited, as if I finally got what I've been waiting for.  Just when I was about to get off my car, a man got off from the driver's side.  To my surprise, that was Choi SeungHyun.  He walked to the passenger's side and opened the door.  Hilary got off the car with his coat in her hands.

"What the hell is this?" I mumbled to myself.

Hilary said something to him and he turned around.  She helped him put on his coat, like a wife would do for her husband before he left for work every morning.  The jealousy and anger rushed up to my head.  I swung the door up and got off the car, "Hilary?"

Both of them looked up at once.  I saw her smile faded away.  I walked over to them and said, "Where have you been? I've been waiting for you."  I stretched my arm to reach for her hand but she looked up at me and slowly pulled back.

"Waiting for me?" Hilary asked softly.

I glanced at SeungHyun and said, "You didn't call me back and I got worried."

"I..."

I smiled, "Do you like the roses?  I wanted to get you more.  But the florist could only gather 3000 in such short notice."  I said this on purpose since I found the need of marking my territory and telling SeungHyun that Hilary was mine.

SeungHyun glanced at Hilary and she glanced at him back as sh
