Hilary's POV

His every word and every action softened my heart and made me hesitate.  But I just couldn't.  I already made up my mind to leave EVERYONE and EVERYTHING behind when I decided to leave Seoul.  There was no turning back now.  I didn't want to turn back.  But his appearance shaken up things.

The average temperation in Paris in April was around 10 degrees celcius and could go up to 15.  The temperature in the past week stayed around 12-14 degrees during daytime.  But it somehow felt a lot cooler today which made me feel even warmer in his arms.

I never expected ANYONE would come to find me.  But he did.

He gently my hair and said, "How are you?"  I leaned my head on his shoulder and inhaled deeply, "I..."

He pulled away from me a little and looked me in the eyes, "You what?"  I looked him in the eyes and said softly, "Why are you here?"

He chuckled and pinched my nose, "To kidnap you!"

"Not funny!" I pouted.

He brushed my cheek and said, "I missed you too much that I just couldn't bear it anymore, so I came.  Even if you don't want to see me, I still have to come."

I inhaled sharply as a tear fell down my cheek involuntarily.  The loneliness I had in the past two months somehow poured down on me at once.  I thought I was used to be alone for I have lived alone since I was 13.  I thought I could handle the loneliness well; but it seemed not the case now.

"Don't cry!  Unless those are happy tears for seeing me." He brushed off my tear and said with a warm smile.

I slightly pushed him away and said softly, "I need to go back.  I can't ask Pedro to look after the shop for me for too long."

"I'll go with you then." He took my hand and said.

I shook my head and pulled away my hand, "No.  Thanks for coming to see me.  Let's say goodbye here!"

"Hilary!  Don't shut me off please!  I came all the way from Seoul to see you.  Aren't you supposed to at least have lunch or dinner with me?  You can't just send me away like this." He looked me in the eyes and said.

I looked at him and let out a sigh, "Alright!  Just lunch."

He put up a big smile and wrapped his arm around my shoulder, "Let's go!  I'll help you to sell flowers!"  I couldn't help but shake my head with a smile.

Pedro saw us walked pass by and waved at me.  We stopped in front of his shop and he said, "Hilary, you have a visitor!"

"Visitor?  Is it Granny?" I asked.

Pedro shook his head, "No.  A handsome guy!"

I gasped at his reply and somehow couldn't move my feet as if they were planted to the ground since I had a strong feeling of who that was.

"This is not happening to me.  Can't be!"  I mumbled softly to myself.

"What did you just say?" He patted me on the shoulder.

I looked up at him and couldn't help but ask myself in the head, "What are these two men doing here in Paris?  What do they want from me?"  We didn't have any contact in the past two months and they both appeared at the same time all of a sudden.  I somehow didn't know how I should react and really didn't want them to fight again either.

He put his hand on my waist and slightly pushed me forward, "Let's go!  Your friend must be waiting."

I grabbed his hand and said, "Why don't you wait for me at the italian restaurant two streets down that way.  I'll come as soon as I can."

He shook his head and said, "uh-uh...  I'm not going anywhere without you."  He pushed me forward as he said.  I let out a heavy sigh and moved forward.

A man in his black Burberry trench coat stood inside my shop.

It was him.  I knew it.  I could still recognize him even he had his back to me.  I wanted so much to turn around and run but it was too late to do so.  He turned around and said as he saw me, "Hilary!"  He looked happy to see me.

My nose tingled and my heart fluttered as I heard him called my name.  I thought I would not see him again.  I thought he would not want to see me again either.  Looking at this man in front of me now, I finally realized how much I missed him.

Everything seemed like a dream.  My head was spinning.  My heartbeats quickened.  Even my vision was hazy. 

"SeungHyun Hyeong?  What are you doing here?"  JiYong immediately put his hand on my waist and glared at SeungHyun.

SeungHyun moved his eyes away from me and said disappointedly, "JiYong, you are here..."  He then moved his eyes back to me as if he wanted to ask me what JiYong was doing here.  SeungHyun's gaze somehow took my breath away.  I clenched my lips and hoped to hold my tears.  The mixed feelings for seeing him again were boiling inside me which made me speechless.  The walls I built around myself started to crack up.

"Hilary, can we talk?  Alone." SeungHyun gazed me in the eyes and asked sincerely.  I didn't know what I should say.

I was once again caught in a situation where I had to choose.  To make a choice that would lead to another outcome.  Bad or good.  I gulped down the saliva in my mouth and hesitated.  Before I could reply him, JiYong tightened his grasp on my waist as his warning to me.  I glanced at him out of the corner of my eye and said to both of them, "If you guys can stay calm and not get into a fight again, let's have lunch together.  My treat.  How's that?"  I picked Choice #3 this time.

They both looked at each other at once and replied together, "OK!"

I glanced at both of them and asked suspiciously, "Are you sure?"  They both gave me an affirmative nod with a smile.

"Alright then.  Let me..."

"Miss Hilary, I'm here." Sandy, my part-time shop keeper, has arrived.

I turned around to her and said, "Sandy, you are here.  How's your mid-term?"

Sandy took off her backpack and stepped to the back of the cashier, "It was OK.  At least, I don't think I'll flunk it this time."  She laughed at her own words, "Are these your friends?"

I slightly nodded my head, "Mmm..."

Sandy put up a big smile and said to them, "Hi there, I'm Sandy.  So good to see Miss Hilary finally meet up with her friends.  She really needs to go out more instead of staying in her loft all the time."

"Sandy..." I frowned.  She threw out her tongue at me mischievously and said, "Well, pretty Miss Hilary with her two handsome friends.  What a picture!"

WHAT A PICTURE!  I couldn't help but let out a soft laugh at her words.  Choi SeungHyun, Kwon JiYong and Kim EunHi all together.  It really was SOME picture!

I stepped up to the cashier and grabbed my Chanel, "I'm leaving for lunch.  Do you need me to grab you something to eat?"

Sandy shook her head with a smile, "No, I already had a sandwich on the way here.  Enjoy your lunch with your handsome friends!"
