All Over Again

We arrived back at the apartment, both of us still soaking wet from the storm. Yuri rubbed her arms to increase her own body heat still sneezing and coughing as she
waited for me to unlock the door.
I opened the door and discovered one lampshade still with an unconscious Taeyeon sleeping on the couch while gripping lightly on her phone.
I stopped to gaze at her for a moment and placed my wet purse on the floor.
Next, I immediately escorted Yuri to the bathroom and let her take a warm shower first. I went straight to Yuri's room first to gather her clean, baby yellow pajamas, socks, and fresh underwear from her closet and placed it on her bed so she would wear that after her shower.
I took a towel from my room to dry myself as I went back to the living room to check on the sleeping Tae.
I kneeled in front of her and gently took the phone out of her hand as I saw that she dialed my number seven times a few hours ago. I gasped and immediately grabbed my phone from my purse to find that I had seven missed calls from her.
"She must've been worried about me why I wasn't home yet. That's why she called me several times and eventually fell asleep on the couch, waiting for me to come home." I whispered to myself.
I couldn't help but blush seeing the sight of her dorky sleeping face that she even gave time to worry about me and sacrifice her energy until she eventually couldn't take it anymore.
I laid a quick peck on her cheek as I thanked her through a whisper.
"I missed you like this." I lightly spoke.
I wanted to hug her so bad but I was still wet and I was still unsure if my feelings before we're still that strong.
I spent the next couple of minutes just staring at her. (My) Taeng...
I turned my head to the bathroom when I heard the door open up. Yuri stepped out with a towel wrapped around her body. She looked pale and still continued to sneeze.
"I prepared your clothes on top of your bed. Use those, okay? It will keep you warm. Just sleep for now." I informed her with a smile.
She responded with a small smile as her eyes still looked weak. She proceeded to her room to change and rest.
I looked back at Taeyeon to discover that she hasn't moved an inch despite of my voice that could've disturbed her slumber. She must've been really tired.
I went back to my room and prepared my own blue pajamas and took a shower. After changing, I looked at the clock in my room to discover that it was already quarter to six in the morning and I was dead tired.
I went to check on Taeyeon for the last time to see that she was still there but she started to look uncomfortable. I tried to wake her up so at least she could sleep in her own room comfortably.
"Tae..."
"Ne?" She lightly spoke along with a moan.
"Tae, I'm back." I kneeled again in front of her.
She started opening those angelic eyes and smiled widely when she noticed my face.
"I got so worried." She muttered.
"I know. I'm so--" I sneezed to my right that cut me through my sentence.
"Are you okay?"
"I think I'm starting to get a cold like Yuri. Well, you see... We stayed out in the rain last night."
Her eyes bloodshot open.
"Why?!" She worriedly asked as she sat up from the couch.
"T-Tiffany broke up with her..."
I saw her expression looking uncomfortable.
"T-that's just terrible. Well how is Yuri?" She stuttered.
"Well... She's sick that's for sure." I spoke as I Indian-sat on the floor.
"You sound sick to me too."
"I actually woke you up so you could rest comfortably on your bed." I giggled out.
"It's 6 am already. Might as well get up completely." she reflected my image.
We both smiled at the floor for a couple of moments.
"Don't get me worried like that again, please?" She spoke through the silence, sounding like she was begging.
I slowly looked up at her to find her heavenly eyes staring at me.
"I know you like it when I worry about you." She added, I started to blush.
"You heard me when I said that?" I giggled again as I covered my lips with my clenched hand.
"Yeah. At first I thought I was just dreaming."
The atmosphere went silent again, and we started to stare at each other's lips. We started to lean close to each other.
We were just a breath close for our lips to touch until we heard a door creaked open. We turned our to heads to the direction of the noise to see Seohyun who went out to go to the bathroom. I immediately stood up and Taeyeon looked at the floor. Both of us acting like nothing was supposed to happen.
"You better get some rest now. I'll ask manager Oppa if you and Yuri can be excused from the schedule today." She looked up at me with an adorable smile painted across her face.
"You'll get in trouble." I worriedly said.
"I really don't mind. I want to see you two recover quickly." She spoke as she stood up from the couch.
"You sure?"
"A hundred percent sure." She assured me as she pinched my cheek.
I gave her a slightly wet kiss on her cheek and went straight to my room. Before I totally closed my door, I peeked to find Taeyeon still standing there as she touched the cheek that I kissed and smiled from ear to ear as she bit her lips afterwards.
I silently closed my door, smiling widely myself. I started to feel alive and well like I didn't catch a cold. I was falling for her again in a matter of hours.
