Beilinh's Pov

After hour had passed I became worried. Not only because of Yoongi's absence but also because of my parents. They told me they'd call when they arrive. It's been soon two hours. I hope they're fine. And just then I heard the doorbell ringing. I glanced the guys who were playing board games in the living room before rushing to the living room where harabeoji was already standing. He opened the door and Yoongi bowed to him with his neck before walking inside.

"I was getting worried." I rushed to hug his waist but I noticed Yoongi's weird essence so I looked up to him. "What's wrong?"

"You." I heard harabeoji stating and turned my head to the door.

"Abuji." Dad smiled to harabeoji. "Long time no see. We decided to stop by."

"Yeobo!" Harabeoji called halmeoni who soon rushed to the hallway.

"Hyuk-ah!" She rushed to hug him. "Oh you've gained some weight."

"Thanks mom, I guess." Dad withdrew away from her and met gazes with mine. "Beilinh." I felt my heart making a ruckus by not beating steadily at all.

"Oh Clarisse dear. You look good as ever." Harabeoji smiled to mom who walked inside also.

"It's been long time Goo." Mom smiled to him and turned to halmeoni. "Youngok. You look well!" She told to halmeoni who hugged her as well.

"You too darling, you too. Come on in, we're just a little bit packed today as you can see." Halmeoni pointed the many pairs of shoes on the floor. I was now staring at my parents while holding Yoongi still. I looked up to him again and saw his expression.

"Yoongi.." I whispered when he gave me a small smile.

"I'll go to the guys." He stated and turned to my parents. He bowed and walked to the living room.

"Beilinh Lili Lee! Do you know how worried I was?!" Mom walked to me and hugged me. 

"Yeah, I'm sorry." I stated half-heartedly. What was Yoongi's act right now?

"Beilinh." Dad came to hug me so I hugged him back. I hated the situation. I hated how keen they were taking me back, not ready to listen to me at all.

"She's been living here just fine." Halmeoni stated.

"I'm sure she has." Dad nodded proudly.

"Do you have any packings with you?" Mom asked. "Our flight leaves tomorrow at 11 am so we need to get to the hotel soon." Mom glanced her wrist watch.

"You can stay here if you want to. We have Hyuk's room as a guest room." Harabeoji told and dad nodded.

"Let's do that honey. The hotel's going to cost for a life." He joked. How can they be so calm in this situation?

"Well okay." Mom agreed.

"I was just about to make some dinner. Nice timing." Halmeoni smiled and headed to the kitchen.

"Maybe you guys should stay away from the living room for now. Beilinh's friends are spending their time here but they're leaving soon." Harabeoji explained and dad chuckled.

"Your friends?" Dad asked from me.

"They're Yoongi's fellow members. I don't know if I ever told you that Yoongi's a member of--" I didn't have the chance to finish because..

"A k-pop group called BTS. I know." And with that dad's face fell. I furrowed my brows to him. "I saw in the news." He added. Yeah right.

"Okay so.. I need to make one work call so.. I'll go to your room." Mom told to dad and walked towards the guest room.

"I'll help your mom with the food." Harabeoji noted and walked out of the hallway. I turned to dad with a dark expression.

"Beilinh.. Don't give me that look. I know what you're thinking." He sighed and I lowered my gaze.

"I think this's just unfair." I feigned a smile to him. "But I'll do as I promised. I'm going to my room so I'll see you at dinner." I snorted and walked the stairs up to my room.

After a while walking around in my room, I sat down to my bad and buried my face to my palms. I shouldn't be like this. I should be having the best time with the guys and with Yoongi but I couldn't do that. I was too worried about our future together. I was trying hard to get some rational answers in my life without blaming someone like mom for ruining it. It was harder than I thought.

Suddenly I felt someone sitting down to my bed as well so I dared to look up to see who it was.

"Yoongi." I mumbled and placed my cheek against his shoulder.

"What's up?" He asked so casually it actually hurt me.

"Don't act like this please. I don't want you to pretend you're fine.." I mumbled quietly. "I assume you met my parents." I continued and closed my eyes in case if they happened to shed tears.

"You're right. It'll be hard." Yoongi whispered and grabbed my hand.

"I know. That's why this situation is so worrisome." I kept my eyes closed.

"We should still try." Yoongi stated as I withdrew my head away to look at him.

"Jinjja?" I bit my lips together.

"If Namjoon and Sumi is going to try, we can't lose." He chuckled so I followed.

"You do know I love you?" I questioned, knowing the answer already.

"You do know I love you more?" Yoongi teased me and kissed the back of my hand.

"You never cease to amaze me." I grinned and noticed Yoongi lying down to my bed. I lied right next to him so there was no space between us.

"That's where I'm striving to." He smirked. "One thing that surprised me the most was your parents' situation." Yoongi stated out of nowhere so I gave him a confused look.

"Huh?"

"I mean.. I didn't know they were in the same kind of situation than we are. Saying goodbyes to each other every once in a while." Yoongi stated some stuff which made absolutely nothing sense.

"Oh.."I mumbled. "What do you mean saying goodbyes?" I still didn't get it. But mom said she never had a long distance relationship with my dad..

"She said something about being on the edge of killing herself just to get rid of the pain your dad caused." Yoongi explained and I saw how his expression darkened a bit. She said that?!

"Ehmm.." I nuzzled against him and closed my eyes. Did she lie to me?

Narrator's Pov

Hyuk walked to the kitchen where his mom would be making food with his dad. It'd been a long time since Hyuk had been in his old home living with his parents and it was nice to see everything was still like it used to be.

He made his way to the doorway which led to the living room. The living room was filled with guys playing a board game and laughing with each other. Hyuk turned to look towards the chairs which led upstairs. It was bad Beilinh couldn't enjoy her last moments with them. Soon Hyuk found Yoongi's gaze on him so he nudged his head signaling Yoongi to come to the door. 

"Beilinh is in a very sensitive state of mind right now so.. I think you're the one who manages to calm her down." Hyuk told to Yoongi who turned all serious.

"She couldn't handle it?" Yoongi asked and Hyuk lowered his gaze.

"Not well at least. She's always trying to pretend she's fine but in the end she's the one who hurts the most." Hyuk stated and rubbed his neck. "I can't go up there but I hoped you could." He continued and saw Yoongi nodding slightly.

"Thanks for telling this." Yoongi smiled slightly and passed Hyuk as he made his way upstairs. Hyuk couldn't but let out a heavy sigh. Right now she was about to ruin his daughter's life, or at least that's how he felt.

Hyuk walked to the kitchen but couldn't go in when he heard what his parents were talking about. Hyuk pulled himself back from the doorway and stayed behind the corner, listening what they were talking about.

"This situation is really bugging me off. Can you believe Beilinh needs to leave just because your thoughtless sun is being selfish?" Hyuk heard his mom, Youngok, stating.

"He's your son as much as mine but I can see he doesn't have a spine when it comes to his wife." Goo continued bashing their son.

"Like.. Can you remember when he left home when he was 16 so he could live with the girl he loved?" Youngok asked.

"I remember him running back to home after spending night out." Goo chuckled lightly and Hyuk felt his heart squeezing in his chest.

"It's not very nice to say those things about your own son." Hyuk walked inside and smiled slightly.

"Well.. It's not that we were lying or anything." Youngok shrugged casually and Hyuk snorted.

"So you say it's a selfish act from me if I take Beilinh back with us?" Hyuk questioned and saw his parents changing glances.

"We're thinking about this situation from our point of view." Goo crossed his arms.

"And how's that different from mine?" Hyuk asked and leaned himself again
