A month later

Beilinh's Pov

"Hey let's order first!" Sumi beamed as we entered one of our favorite cafe near our neighborhood.

"Sure. We'll take two iced americanos." I told to the lady behind the counter. She eyed me in confusion, not knowing what to say.

"Oh.. So what my friend is saying that can we get two iced americanos?" Sumi smiled to the lady who smiled to her.

"Shiiit.." I hissed as we were walking to the free table.

"You were doing it, again." Sumi shook her head. "I can't believe it's been a month already and you still keep on using Korean." She chuckled but I didn't find that funny.

"It's been really.. Awful time for me." I admitted honestly. "I keep on thinking him." I bit my lips together and sat down to my usual place.

"You mean Yoongi?" Sumi knew exactly that I didn't like to hear his name now when I missed him to death but she still did it.

"Yah-ish!" I raised my voice which made her to give me a quick glare.

"Has he sent you anything?" She asked curiously.

"Every day." I groaned painfully but smiled in the end.

"But that's a good thing isn't it?" Sumi cocked her brow as I dug my phone up.

"The only thing is that.. I can't reply anything to him." I shook my head and felt Sumi hitting me on my left arm. "Ouch! What was that for?!"

"Who says you can't reply anything to him? Are you stupid or just pretending to be?" Sumi shook her head. Before I could reply, the waitress cut us off.

"Here's your orders. Enjoy." She placed them to the table and walked away.

"It's not that I don't want to but I just can't. I'm a coward okay!" I took my americano and sipped it through the straw.

"What an idiot you are." Sumi sighed.

"I do answer him but not regularly. He basically puts me text every day just to tell how's he doing. Like.. His progress." I smiled slightly. Which means he read my note.

"Huh?" Sumi was baffled.

"I told him that he needs to make his dreams come true before focusing on me so he can have it both. It's my job to wait him finish." I glanced at Sumi who took his americano and took a long sip.

"Oh boy I love this." Sumi pointed at the cafe. "For a moment the bitterness makes me forget pain in my heart." Sumi expressed profoundly and I chuckled to her. 

"Such a drama queen."

After our afternoon coffee we made our way towards our neighborhood, since we were living next to each other.

The clock was reaching 3:30 pm as we arrived to our houses. I waited outside for Sumi to run in her house. After few minutes she came back looking completely different than just now. Soon Edgard Feliz, Sumi's dad, walked out of the house and they made their way to his car. Sumi sat on the driver's seat while his dad on the other. I waved to her as she drove past me and went to her way.

What's happened this past month is that everything's back to normal. Well not exactly. Sumi graduated from high school after taking the final test back here in France so I was now left in to the high school all by myself. My school started in the middle of August, after spending my three weeks summer break in here. Sumi on the other hand got a work. She has actually two jobs but when I asked if it was too much for her to handle, she mumbled something about an urge of earning money.

Other is this high class restaurant & bar where she works every evening except for weekends. She's the one playing piano many hours straight as others enjoy their luxurious meals next to her. The other job is in our zoo on weekends. She takes care of the dolphins. Oh, she's also almost done with her driver's license. So other than that, our lives are pretty much the same. Well for me it is. Sumi's still dating Namjoon, except that I don't know how good their relationship is, and I'm still suffering my stupid actions back in Korea.

I've searched BTS from the internet and they've got pretty nice welcome. The feedback is almost always something good. For rookies they're doing an excellent job. I've only been in touch with three of the members which are Yoongi, Jungkook and Taehyung. Mostly with Taehyung since he always wants to facetime with me when he needs to tell an update to his relationship with Hoseok. A week ago he finally told them about his feelings for Hoseok which why I was very proud of him.

"I'm home!" I threw my keys to the table in our hallway.

"We shouldn't be doing this Clarisse darling.. You know Beilinh doesn't want us to include his love life." I heard my dad's voice in the kitchen. I stayed all quiet as I made my slowly towards the kitchen.

"But we have no choice! At this rate Beilinh's going to die alone with tons of cats!" My mom sounded overly pissed when dad said something back to her. What are they talking about? My love life?

"It's still her life. We can't do it against her will!" Dad shot back and I heard a long silence following that.

"It's just one date and the boy is nice. We'll just need to--" I cut my mom off.

"What are you talking about?" I entered the kitchen and crossed my arms.

"Oh Beilinh.. You're home already." Mom acted surprised.

"What were you talking about some boy and my love life?" I narrowed my eyes as I walked further in.

"It's just.." Dad started.

"We thought about it and I think it's time for you to get a boyfriend." Mom stated like it wouldn't sound any wrong at all.

"WHAT?" I raised my voice accidentally. "Why should I get a boyfriend if I don't want to? What are you to get involved in my dating?" I chuckled but without humor.

"Your parents." Mom crossed her arms.

"But that still doesn't get you the right to do what you want, does it?" I tilted my head to her. "And besides.. It's really old-fashioned if you're trying to set me up with someone.. Have you already dealt the marriage with his parents huh?" I scoffed now all amused. This's ridiculous.

"Well not the marriage but.." Mom started to get uncomfortable.

"SERIOUSLY??!" I crie
