‘Hi!’ umalingawngaw yung boses niya sa tenga ko. I thought I wag just imagining things but, hehe, there she is.

     So this is why Gi insisted na damayan ko daw siya na we should wear a dress for the last day ng exams. Akala ko naman nagpapaganda lang kami. Gal did tell me na she cleared her afternoon for today, so she could spend it daw with me since I’ve been very busy with reviewing and stuff, but I thought sa bahay nalang kami magkikita.

     I rarely wear dresses that go down until the top of my knees, especially the very girly looking ones, but I do like this puffed shoulder one out of all kaya I’m thinking na I should wear this more. Especially when Gal’s looking this smiley coming to me right now.

     I love that glaring smile in her face particularly kasi I’m the reason behind it.

     ‘Ganda mo Wako’ she whispered to me when she got close enough. I think nagpipigil siya na yakapin ako, nasa harap pa rin kasi kami ng school. ‘Really? Thank you.’ I said while smiling.

     She moved even closer to me when we walked away. ‘My pretty, pretty Wako’

     That made me feel giddy.

     I took my own look at her, she herself is pretty right now. Pogi pa nga eh. She’s wearing a simple shirt with a pocket by her chest and a random pair of jeans pero she’s very charming in it. It’s always her casualness that makes her look better than she actually is. I love that about her.

     ‘Bakit?’ she asked while looking at me. I was staring at her na pala, buti hindi ako napapatid.

     I was swaying gently side to side while walking next to her, my body showing how happy I actually am now that I’m with her. ‘Ang pogi mo’ diretso kong sabi. I saw her face split into a smile while she keeps her gaze up front. ‘Bola ka’

     I chuckled at her reddening face. ‘Really? Basketball ba?’

     ‘Ewan ko sayo’ irritated niyang sabi. Kinikilig ka lang Gal eh. Buti nalang love kita.

     We went home together and dumaan pa nga kami sa mga kung ano anong bilihan ng foods. I told her I wasn’t even that hungry pero somehow, she always got me to try a bite of the things she bought. I also brought her dun sa milktea shop na palagi naming tinatambayan ni Selle after school, nilibre ko na din siya kasi I wanted to and she let me off this time.

     Ayaw niya kasing gumagastos ako kapag pwede naman kaming kkb.

     Eh siya nga palagi akong inuunahan magbayad whenever we eat out sa fast food. Kaasar lang.

     ‘Smile ka nga’ we’re walking na papunta sa bahay since sa bungad na kami ng kalsada palabas bumaba para longer walk daw. We have our hands intertwined while she’s walking on the farther side of the sidewalk, away from the flow of traffic.

     Hindi ko alam kung saan nanggaling yung favor niya but I followed her. I gave her a small smile and nagtantrums naman siya bigla. ‘Yung kasama mata dali na’

     I was confused for a second but I understood what she wanted.

     I stopped walking to stand in front of her, turning my eyes into crescents and my lips into a smile. ‘Yannnnn’ she squeezed my hand harder while I smile. ‘Ganda ganda naman’ pag-compliment niya while she squishes my cheek with her other hand.

     Kung hindi lang tirik na tirik yung araw sa langit baka hindi ko na gustuhin umalis dito eh.

     We started walking again and not long after that little stunt I did for her, a kid shouted at us. ‘Ate!’

     I didn’t really care about him. Hindi ko na nga pinansin at wala naman akong pake, but Gal looked back at him. ‘Zapnu puas!’

     I felt her stopping me before haggling over me. ‘Gago!’ she shouted back. I stifled back a laugh at her cursing. I think first time ko siya narinig na ganto ka-agitated. ‘Sorry sa bad word’

     ‘Hayaan mo na yun, kulang sa pansin.’ I pulled her so we could walk na again. I never knew na ganto kalutong magmura ‘to. ‘Gal’

     ‘Yep?’ she sweetly looked at me.

     ‘Love you’ I just wanted to tell her that.

     She tiptoed while catching up with me. ‘Love you too Mypo’ she kissed my head. ‘Ano shampoo mo ambango’ ay dzai, she really diverts the topic when she wants to. ‘Dove, yung purple’

     ‘Oki, akin clear yung for men’ she cutely informed me. ‘Oh really?’ I was lowly giggling at our sudden exchange. Ang random lang. ‘Yup, bango kaya, anti-dandruff pa’

     ‘Sige Gal’ I could feel my ears heating up for no reason at all. I’m just happy na we’re having conversations like this. I never even thought na I’d like to know what shampoo she uses but the info is always welcomed to me.

     Pagdating namin sa bahay, nagluluto si Mommy ng pancit, meryenda ko daw pero dahil busog pa nga ako I asked Gal na umakyat nalang muna kami. But she didn’t come with me when I went up, dadaldalin niya daw muna si Mommy at mukhang masarap daw yung pancit na niluluto niya.

     Heh, masarap talaga yan I know.

     So ito kami ngayon, inuna niya si Mommy kaya I locked my door when I went it. Bahala siya dun siya kay Mommy.

     ‘Wako’ she was still knocking kahit na she probably knows that I’m ignoring her.

     Here I am sitting pretty habang sinusuyo niya ako for no reason. Ang sarap magtopak paminsan minsan pag siya yung nanunuyo eh, sorry na tao lang.

     ‘Wakooo’ pa-cute niyang tawag sa akin from behind the door. Well, I’m only seeing Sharky and not her so magdusa siya.

     ‘Wako naman eh!’

     ‘Bahala ka dyan!’ I was laughing when I shouted back.

     Suddenly her voice stopped calling for me.

     Tatayo na sana ako to check up on her but my phone vibrated. 

     My bebi

     W: ‘Hi Wako :>’

     C: ‘Wala, umalis, tulog’ I sent her a picture of Sharky.

     W: ‘Uy Sharky, san si Wako?’

     C: ‘Tulog nga’

     W: ‘Ah ganun ba?'
          'Buti nakatulog kahit hindi ko siya hug?’

     C: ‘Siguro, you left her daw eh’ I was chuckling to myself kasi I can already imagine how frowny she looks like behind my door.

     W: ‘Babe naman.' 
          'Mommy mo yun anukaba :/’  ohhh, she's using periods now. Galit yarn?

     C: ‘Same same daw sabi niya d:’

     W: ‘Sabihin mo ki-kiss ko siya pag pinapasok niya ako >,<’

     C: ‘Ayaw daw (;’ 

     I heard a grunt when something banged to my door. Tumayo siguro.

     ‘Ah ayaw ah!’

     That was my final straw and I immediately ran to open my door for my whiny princess. Gusto ko no! Who doesn’t want kisses from her.

     Papakipot lang eh, sabi kasi nina Gi try ko daw minsan.

     ‘Kiss?’ I pointed my lips while she was softly glaring at me. ‘Sabi mo ayaw mo’ pagtatampo niya.

     I wrapped my arms around her before pulling her in. ‘Si Sharky yun, gawa gawa siya.’ I heard her scoff before she snuggle
