“Alam mo Cat, feeling clout chaser ka talaga”

      Okay, imagine na kakauwi mo lang ng bahay niyo after mo makipag-unahan sa mga saksakyan para lang makauwi ka, init na init ka na, nanlalagkit ka na tapos ganyan pa yung bubungad sayo.

     Pasalamat si Ningning kasi mahal na mahal ni Cat ang pagkakaibigan nila, kung hindi sinabunutan na niya to.

     “Clout chaser? Ano yun?” tanong niya habang nagtatanggal siya ng sapatos.

     She turned her notifications off earlier as soon as she left the house since she told her parents naman where she's going so sa madaling salita, yung 99+ chats nung dalawa dun sa gc nila is still unread by her kaya di na siya nagtaka na andito tong dalawa sa sala nila.

     “Beb, clout chaser, a person who does things for popularity”

     “Madami tao dun?” tanong naman ni Ning sa akin. Akala mo hindi ako nilait.

     “Sakto lang, it's a Tuesday naman saka I went there early pa”

     “Exactly, why didn't you tell us ba?” iritang tanong ni Ning na nilalantakan lang naman yung donut na dala dala ni Cat.

     She thought of buying something since she had an intense gut feel na Ning and Gi are gonna be at their house.

     “Didn't you two tell me na for aesthetic purposes lang naman yung pagpunta dun kaya ayaw niyo na magpagod? Edi I went there myself, naview naman ni Giselle yung story ko ah di naman kayo nagreact?”

     “Obviously, edi pinakita namin sayo kung gaano kami kainggit?” umirap si Ning.

     “Excuse me, ikaw lang yung inggit” bulaslas ni Giselle bago niya binigay yung baso ng tubig na hawak niya for Cat.

     “Eh, dami alam, deny deny ka pa. Sa susunod na mag gala ka isama mo kami ha! Akala mo di ako taga kanto eh”  pagtatampo nito.

     “Ning, sabi mo wala si tita diba? Nagbantay ka kayang tindahan, ayaw mo nun, more income”

     Giving her cup to Ning so she could finish up the water she couldn't, Cat gave a look to Gi telling her na she's going to go up for a while, sanay naman na yung family niya dito sa dalawa kahit ba malayo layo yung place ni Giselle sakanila.

     'Go' Gi mouthed while she grabbed a donut for herself from the box and sat next to their sulky friend.

     Not that she's bothered kasi alam naman niya na mamaya eh mawawala din yang pagmamaktol ni Ning.

     Cat slumped on her bed, face first as she didn't even bother to remove her cardigan.

     Minsan ansarap nalang talaga magpalamon sa kama mo lalo na pag galing ka sa labas, anlambot lambot nung kama, andami dami mong unan, the weather feels well, the air coming from the fan is enough to cool you and your head stops thinking about all the unnecessary things-

     Pero bago man siya dumulas papuntang dream land, bumukas yung pinto niya at dun na tumambad yung dalawa na pinangungunahan ni Ningning na may hawak paring donut sa kamay.

     “May pics ka teh? Tingin ako”

     “Its on my phone, Gi pabukas nga nung aircon”

     Its still half an hour from 6pm pero okay na yun, di naman siya siguro sasawayin ng nanay niya dahil binuksan niya yung aircon ng hindi exact 6.

     “So, why don”t we fall in love to~night~”

     They're just laying in her bed as of now, tinamad na maligo si Cat since hinigaan nalang din naman siya ni Ningning sa tyan so 'di na siya gumalaw.

     Giselle's using her phone, Ning's using hers and Cat is using Ning's, nAghahanap siya ng mga kanta from her playlist so she could add new ones to hers.

     Nakakasawa din yung 35 songs na meron siya ngayon and spending some time to look for new ones doesn't sound half as bad as of the moment.

     Ning's just singing along the song playing from her phone as the sound of the air coming from the aircon filled the room. Pumasok na nga si Giselle sa loob ng comforter ni Cat at nilalamig na ata.

     Maliit lang naman yung kwarto ni Cat para sa 1.5 horse power na aircon niya so baka ipapatay na niya kay Ning to maya-maya at sila naman ang invaders sa kwarto niya.

     “Ay sis look, some of our old classmates were there din kanina” removing her attention from the screen of Ning's phone to Giselle's, grabe yung change in brightness ha, anliwanag ata masyado nung cellphone ni Gi.

     The story showed a video capturing the whole museum in one motion, parang sa may gilid to ng stairs based from what she remembers.

     “Si Carl, nakatag sina Ina, Migs saka 2 more”

     “Ay! Alam niyo ba na ex daw pala ni Carl si Pat?” malisyosang bigkas ni Giselle.

     “Pat from singing club?” Cat innocently asked since there was an unexpected amount of Pat's in their batch.

     Pat as in Patricia, Pat na Patrick- okay dalawa lang naaalala niya pero may isa pa eh, basta tatlo sila.

     “Oo! Si Pat na habulin ng lower grades”

     “Eh diba Pat was Migs first girlfriend?”

     “First and last beb”

     Not really minding the whole 'who's been with who' talk, Cat stumbled upon the song that somehow made her day a little bit more out of the norm- or was it the girl that held her hand?

     The whole idea of being crazy in love never penetrated Cat's brain nor her walls around her heart- I mean not until the whole IZ*ONE thing 'cause she loved them like there was no tomorrow without them-

     But that aside, being a fan is very far from being someone's significant other.

     And not like she wants to know what it feels like pero based dun sa nangyaring moment sakanya kanina sa museum, she's curious how couples last long while holding each other”s hands.

     She lost mobility to one hand kasi nga hawak nung girl yung sakanya.

     She was easily pulled to another place dahil sa connection na yun.
