Cheesy pickup lines normally made Sanghyuk cringe. He worked as a bartender and as a result he ended up hearing a lot. Sometimes they were directed at other customers, sometimes they were aimed at him. Maybe it was because the words were coming from drunk idiots, but Sanghyuk had quickly learned to dislike pickup lines. The more cheesy, the more he cringed.

And yet he didn’t mind hearing those same cheesy lines from his boyfriend. Maybe it was because it was Jaehwan saying those words and not the drunks. He knew Jaehwan wasn’t messing around, well, not like the people at the bar were. He knew that Jaehwan’s feelings for him were real. It wasn’t a passing fancy, it wasn’t simple lust, it was real, true love.

And Jaehwan said he was the cheesy one.
