Hakyeon let out a cry as his foot slipped. He’d asked his roommate to change the light in the foyer, but Jaehwan hadn’t done it and after three days Hakyeon couldn’t let things continue. He often got back from work late, long after the sun had set, and not being able to see what kind of crap had been left lying around in the front hall……

Hakyeon needed that light changed and if Jaehwan wasn’t going to do it then he’d just have to do it.

This lead to Hakyeon slipping off the ladder he’d been standing on. It was an old piece of crap that he probably shouldn’t have been using, but since there wasn’t anything better in the apartment he’d used it anyway.

Luckily, before Hakyeon could hit the ground someone caught him.

“I told you not to use that ladder,” Sanghyuk scolded his boyfriend, “I could have helped you.”

“Sorry,” Hakyeon sighed, relaxing Sanghyuk’s arms, “thanks for catching me.”

“Always.”
