“Well,” Sanghyuk said as he and Hakyeon watched the boat blow up, “that could have gone better.”

“No ,” Hakyeon huffed, “this is the last time I let you take lead on a mission.”

“Come on now,” Sanghyuk defended himself, “things didn’t go that bad. The target is dead. Any witnesses are dead. The evidence is destroyed. It’s all good, job done.”

“I…..can’t even argue with you,” Hakyeon sighed.

“I could have done it your way,” Sanghyuk added, “made it all nice and clean, but…..don’t you think this way is more fun?”

Hakyeon just fixed him with a look before returning his attention to driving away. There was no way he was going to tell his partner that yes, this way was more fun.
