RUNNING MAN VS 5 PIECES, ENDING

“Oppa,” Maria says to Yoo Jaesuk and when she leans back in her seat, making herself visibly sitting in the office, she is smiling. “We meet again.”

Seeing her sit among the desks, without seeing her until now, makes Jaesuk put his hand to his chest and lean forward as if he lost his breath. He laughs, saying he has never been this scared of guests before beside from when tough actor Choi Min Su came and had ‘Running Man Hunting’. Never has anyone been able to sneak up like Maria has now done, beside from Choi Min Su. Haha looks happy by the reaction of Yoo Jaesuk, pretending to be cool and put his arms crossed over his chest. Maria, with Haha’s help, gets to remove Yoo Jaesuk’s second nametag after having some fun and on the way to leave; Maria removes Haha’s nametag dramatically.

“Congratulations on your marriage,” she whispers to him after removing it, smiling at him with a lot of satisfactory for finally able to give back to his playful act at her last appearance on the show. She waves his and Jaesuk’s nametag above her head for a goodbye wave when walking away from him, laughing happily when it is announced that Haha is out too.

At the same time, Hannah finds the prison – a part of the lobby by the wall where chairs have been lined up in a row for Running Man members to sit after getting out, having the view of the first floor’s big hall where also the nametags 5 Pieces’ have removed are lying openly. She greets the members sitting there politely before getting to sit down with them; Haha and Jaesuk are on their way after being out and then a seventh chair is waiting for Kim Jongkook. The members are kindly talking to Hannah, asking her if it is tiring and simply chatting with her, letting Hannah rest a little while she at the same time is trying to find out where they think Kim Jongkook could be. A fun conversation is also about the nametags lying on the floor, since Gwangsoo says it is humiliating to see their nametags lie out there. Hannah just smiles and looks cute like always, though she personally is just being naturally shy.

She gets up the moment the next two prisoners arrives; Hannah bowing and stepping to the side to let them take their seats and talkative Yoo Jaesuk have to tell her to sit before complaining about Haha being fooled that he is a spy with Maria and how freaking terrifying 5 Pieces is when chasing.

“Ya, did you all change when you entered this building?” Jaesuk asks Hannah after that they have made fun of Haha thinking he is a spy.

“We have waited all day for this,” Hannah confesses with a laugh, slightly apologizing. “I’m sorry, the girls got really excited after ripping off Gwangsoo Oppa’s nametag.”

Gwangsoo gives an offended laugh while the others laugh, saying it gives off a kick to remove a nametag. “Emelia was terrifying,” Gary admits in his special funny way to talk. “She appeared next to me without a single sound, like a ghost.”

Hannah looks over her shoulder when hearing someone enter the big hall, the voices echoing in there. Maria has arrived on the first floor, coming down the stairs and she points over at the prison, holding the two nametags in her hand and she will put them on the floor with the others. “Hannah, why are you here instead of looking for Kim Jongkook?!” Maria calls out.

“I’m gathering information,” Hannah answers but she still bows politely to the Running Man before hurrying off to Maria to go with her.

“Screw information, we don’t have time. We have to run, run, run,” Maria tells her strictly and waves from a distance to the Running Man before leaving to go search for the final mission man.

“They are ambitious,” Ji Suk Jin mentions then the girls have left the first floor.

“Pretty, scary and ambitious,” Gary mutters.

“Hannah is cute,” Yoo Jaesuk mentions in a way to tell that he has noticed something he wants to share with everyone. “She is like a little sister, running after her older sisters, don’t you think? And Maria… whoa, she is really something!” He sounds so impressed when mentioning Maria.

Kim Jongkook has just found the sixth golden envelope when he can hear bells nearing. He starts to jog, looking behind him to see who it is and when seeing it is Carolina he starts to run. Carolina is the fastest in 5 Pieces, and he found out earlier when she was chasing him that it will be trouble to run away from her. Carolina calls out to her members where Kim Jongkook is, running after him. They run up a floor, run around on that floor and Julia just arrives when he runs right by her to run down the stairs. He runs down three floors, followed by Carolina and Julia who keep calling the other members to let them know too. Kim Jongkook almost runs in to Emelia on that floor, having to retreat through an office and barely making it through with a laugh while being chased by the three girls. Emelia is screaming in the walkie-talkie, asking where Maria and Hannah are. The two girls had gotten tired taking the stairs so first when Carolina called they took the elevator, but then all of a sudden the chasing went down some floors so they had to go down and they are slowly catching up to those running around.

Maria is walking through the corridor singing Kim Jongkook’s song, laughing when seeing him come running in front of her and Hannah stays on guard behind her. Jongkook doesn’t know where to go so he tries to run back but there the other girls are coming so he stops and is slowly being approached by the girls. Maria keeps singing his [Loveable] song that she sang at today’s opening, singing it in a low voice so when approaching even Kim Jongkook asks her to not sing because it is scary.

“You girls are unbelievable,” he breathes out, tired from running and the three girls coming from the other direction seem tired from running too.

“We can’t let you find the last envelope, you know that right?” Maria asks him, joking with him. “Are you giving up?”

Kim Jongkook looks from right to left, leaning against the wall. He is definitely surrounded, but he is still the commander so the girls are on their guard. He thinks of running and sees a gap when Julia is breathing out tiredly, looking to be lacking strength, and the moment he takes the chance, Maria tells the girls to attack.

Like hyenas – that is what Kim Jongkook explains it – the girls all go on him. Hannah falls down on the floor, grabbing his legs, Carolina grabs his one arm, Maria the other and Emelia tries to reach around his neck to grab his nametag. Julia is a little slow as she had gotten exhausted from running but she too tries to grab the nametag. Kim Jongkook screams manly when using his power to try come forward, having five girls hanging around him and his back won’t leave the wall. He falls down on the floor because Hannah is holding his legs – of course the girls makes sure he doesn’t fall and hurts himself, or fall fast – but the moment he falls he is still fast to turn around to have his back against the floor, having Hannah’s leg under him so it is still not too difficult for the girls to slink their hands under his back but he has a lot of strength and just his arms are able to keep them from removing the nametag.

It is struggling and panting and talking, feeling like a long final match between them and the girls even laugh because this is something they before only have seen on TV and Jongkook laughs because the girls are really strong, and he says it too. It takes so much time, the girls gets exhausted fighting him, but in the end the commander gets tired too and the sound of a nametag getting ripped off is heard.

Tiredly they all head down to the first floor, 5 Pieces stepping out first, having their arms around each other and happily cheering when stepping out to throw out the final nametag on the floor, collecting all of them. The rest of the Running Man members get up from their seats with huge surprise, looking shocked when seeing a sweaty Kim Jongkook come down the stairs with his head down.

“Pieces of one!” Emelia shouts in her dark voice.

“5 PIECES!” the girls cheers and jumps around a little happily.

After chatting and congratulating and sharing experiences, they do the ending talk and 5 Pieces receives expensive Korean meat as a price for winning. Its fun how even the staff is shocked over how 5 Pieces did so surprisingly well today, but everyone gets to leave with smiles.

HEADLINE 17TH: 5 PIECES’ DROPS 3RD FULL-LENGTH ALBUM [BLACK & WHITE]!

It is here! Puzzle who all over the world have been restlessly waiting for this day to come have either been spending hours lining up outside store who has started to sell it today or sit by their computers to wait to hear the music online – 5 Pieces’ third album [Black & White] has been released! # Track 11 – [Unforgettable] – (3:17) – explosive rap and strong vocals, 5 Pieces sings about that they keep facing hard times to become unforgettable, amazing vocals by Maria and Hannah and surprising rap by Carolina; Emelia is the badass rapper we know her to be and Julia impressing too. The songs are already starting to enter the music charts in Korea, followed in Taiwan, Philippines and Thailand. This album is filled with great songs that are showing the magnificent improvement of our growing young ladies in 5 Pieces as well as their different styles in the songs. First off, the main songs [Black & White] and [-erase you-] are two different songs; one is tough and roughly about the society and the other is about an unwanted love of a new style that 5 Pieces haven’t tried before but still seem to manage to do well.

Have you found your favourite song among them yet? Personally, I choose about more than half of the songs after listening through it whole day, as it’s impossible for me to choose just one favourite.

HEADLINE 18TH: IMPRESSIVE [BLACK & WHITE] MV CREATES A MASSIVE POSITIVE RESPONSE AROUND THE WORLD

5 Pieces is making October their month. Being of one many artists making a comeback, 5 Pieces is managing to turn all eyes on them with the release of their third album. Releasing the music video for [-erase you-], now the second music video for 5 Pieces has been released by SM Entertainment after releasing the album. The views on YouTube are rising like crazy right after release and it is quickly continuing to rise as more and more fans worldwide are able to get impressed by 5 Pieces new song.

The music video for [Black & White] is deeply impressive with charismatic dance moves and a choreography that fans are probably already studying to learn, at least the easiest parts and the meaning behind the song seem to charm a lot of those listening. The individual charm of 5 Pieces is shown in the strong song and already from the beginning of the video, fans get excited.

[Black & White] music video starts off revealing Maria sitting in a room, just like it has been showed in the music video teasers earlier and she is basically the boss when she gives a smirk before pressing the button that reads “play”. Music starts to play and one of the screens that Maria has been watching starts to show feet in high heels walking. 5 Pieces walking, the camera shows when zooming out to reveal their backs when walking in a line inside the boxing gym. Looking hotter than ever, the girls shows off their individual charms – Maria sitting in a chair and singing like a boss, Hannah training on a sandbag, Carolina showing off her singing talent by the wall, Julia showing off her new hairstyle in every angle and Emelia sitting on a motorcycle that for the note is the same one that she and Hannah recently released a commercial for in Japan. Every girl looks stunning and flawless, having new hairstyles and showing off matching outfits.

Definitely, this music video as well as the album shows off the growth of 5 Pieces. Not only are they more professional but they are also standing strong with this comeback as it has 5 Pieces usual trademark of image. Or what do you think; is this a music video showing off not just 5 Pieces’ beauty but also their talent or is it something else?

The two days coming after their long Running Man filming, 5 Pieces spends most of those days in the practice room or in a room at the agency. They practice for their comeback, they practice for their comeback fan meeting, and they learn things to say about the album and the songs and decide of how to answer certain questions they will receive about their comeback. The rest of the time is spent doing interviews and signing albums. On Thursday their music video of [Black & White] is released too, and during breaks the girls goes online to check the response – it is a great response, even antis admitting it is good; and that is probably a first.

For Hannah, she has been avoiding Jonghyun. Whenever talking on the phone she has been short, saying she has to go and coming with excuses to end the call early. Even these two days when he has come to the agency, she has barely even taken notice to him when he came to see how their practice is going during his own break. He tries to find out why she is acting so weird, but Hannah says she is like she usually is, and when he asks Maria she only tells him it could be that she is nervous about the comeback. All ladies are nervous, now when feeling that there is no going back. They can’t change the songs to make them better because the album has been released, they music videos have been released and only left is their comeback performances and following promotion – 5 Pieces is worried if they will do well and all of them are for that a little weird these past two days. Jonghyun still doesn’t think that is what Hannah is doing. She is avoiding him, he wants to know why.

5 Pieces practices their two comeback songs seriously, dancing and singing, doing one or doing both. ‘Life of Pieces’ films the girls practicing in the practice room, the girls have just sat down for a short break and some of them are busy talking about some things that still need improvement in the choreography. Hannah is also told to not change her voice often throughout the songs and she sits on the side, nodding, while drinking some water. The camera-woman sits down next to her, filming her from the side.

“Tomorrow is your comeback performance,” the woman mentions to Hannah who puts down the bottle of water on her knees, holding it with both hands.

“Mm…” Hannah says in deep thoughts. She seem to realise that she is being filmed only after answering, so she wakes up from her thoughts and looks at the camera-woman. You can easily see that she is tired from her skin and eyes. “This is our last practice because we are performing tomorrow… It’s tougher this comeback because not just do we have two songs, but the choreography is rougher too. We are working hard now to get in synch and try to remember everything,” Hannah is saying slowly. “We were told to not practice live now because we need to … have our voices, this weekend.”

Julia is also interviewer later, sitting and counting on her fingers how many performances they will have. “We have three music programs, two songs on each – that makes it six performances. We have an outdoor performance too at a cancer donation concert and our fan-meeting where we will perform more songs…” she is saying while showing her fingers for herself, mumbling her counting. “I lost count,” she concludes. “It is always tiring when making a comeback because we need to promote the album and songs a lot. Now I feel tired thinking of it, but I will be happy when the time comes. We all want to perform on stage together with the new songs… I know we will do well.”

Maria walks across the room, giving the camera thumbs up. “I have got the choreography know, I know it all,” she confesses and walks up with the others to take their positions.

But don’t think they are just tired and nervous when practicing. The girls get energized when doing well, and they jump on the spot to shout out the lyrics or shout out that their comeback is tomorrow. After a long time, Emelia is sitting on the side and resting. She points up at the clock on the wall, breathing out. The clock shows that it is closing in one in the middle of the night.

“We have to be at the saloon in four hours,” Emelia says. She sounds tired but she is showing a small smile. “I normally don’t miss my hours of sleep, but this is for our fans … I will do anything to make a great performance. Hannah, Hannah!”

Hannah walked by, busy texting Jonghyun, and looks up when being called. She happily yet tiredly sits down next to Emelia, asking her what she wants.

“Are you tired?” Emelia asks, putting her arm around Hannah. She shakes her head, smiling. “Why are you not tired?”

“Because I think of when we will be standing on the stage and see our fans,” Hannah answers. It sounds like they could’ve practiced that, but they didn’t. Hannah understood what Emelia wanted to hear when asking that question, and Emelia is nodding in agreement. “Are you tired?”

“I’m tired,” Emelia honestly answers, leaning back against the wall and Hannah looks a little confused. “My eyes are tired but my heart is on fire. Let’s do well tomorrow.” She takes up her hand and Hannah smiles when taking it. They must do well.
