Hannah is wearing a deep down sleeveless top in black with a SM Town concert logo at the front, wearing a black tank top under it as it otherwise would reveal her sides. She got a pair of black skinny jeans and sneakers to it too; finishing the outfit for SM Town’s ending performance. She is standing on the stage with the rest of the SM family, sweating and waving to the audience, staying away from bumping in to others. She gives out a v-sign to a fan taking a picture in the audience, smiling cutely and she gives an extra smile when the fan screams something that she can’t hear. Hannah looks at her left when someone brushes against her back, but whoever it was seems to not notice it, and instead, Hannah meets someone else’s eyes. The tall EXO’s Kai is standing further down the stage and when their eyes meet he gives a huge smile. Hannah looks away, glancing to the right, and when she looks to the left again, Kai is walking up to her, still having that dazzling smile.

Kai has a perfection Hannah is weak for. His hair, brown and styled up, it is revealing his forehead. He has half-moon eyes when smiling, a perfect row of teeth being visibly, just the way his mouth is formed and how his cheeks are being pushed from his smile. His jaw-line, from the side looks y while at the front it reminds her of how young he actually is compared to her. Tall, he is so tall, and though he doesn’t have a visibly well trained body, it is attractive. Everything about him is attractive; the black sleeveless top, the belt on the white pants, his accessories… every single part of him has a perfection she never knew existed. Yet, somehow, though he makes her weak and she is stunned by how he looks, there is nothing about him that makes her heart race or makes her somehow think they could be more than friends. It is not that she has a boyfriend already; it is just not that kind of perfection she thinks she can live with. But that doesn’t mean she doesn’t enjoy looking at him now.

“Why do you look so lost?” Kai asks in his low voice, always having that tone of being entertained. He leans a little to the side, as if he is following her gaze. Hannah can’t look at him for too long, so at times she just looks behind him or to the side. She smiles softly at his comment, seeing him lean a little closer to hear her answer.

“I feel lost.”

She smiles, unable to take her eyes off him when he leans back with a laugh over her answer. He nods, saying they are at a big place. She got absolutely no idea of what they are talking about, but she continues to smile in hope he doesn’t notice it. Her smile grows when a friendly face to both Kai and Hannah walks up to them. A pair of arms is put around Kai’s waist from behind in a hug and SHINee’s Taemin puts his chin on Kai’s shoulder. That dark toned laugh of Kai’s is heard when he sees who it is, and Hannah just smiles.

“Talking about me?” Taemin jokes with them and Hannah gives a laugh when Kai says he is thinking too highly of himself. Taemin tells Hannah to not laugh, though all of them are smiling.

She doesn’t focus of what they are saying when she looks out over the audience, seeing cameras raised up along with signs and pictures for their favourite idol to take notice of them. Hannah easily notices a girl in shining blue hair, looking just as foreign in Korea as the members of 5 Pieces, and though she looks to be having a shirt of SHINee, she is shouting Hannah’s name. Hannah suddenly waves happily to the girl, then continuing to wave crazily when Kai and Taemin steps up next to her to do the same. The fans in front of them are screaming their lungs out and Hannah leans back laughing when Taemin and Kai looks like they are going to fall over the stage and Taemin takes his hand on Hannah’s back to help them stand up straight again. She laughs with them, placing her hand on Taemin’s arm before she takes a step to the side, placing her other hand on his shoulder to step behind him before walking away.

The ending at SM Town concert is filled with what fans would call fan service. Idols of different groups, all part of the SM family, walks with their friends and hugs and do all kind of fan service to make fans go crazy. Hannah isn’t good at it, keeping more for her self as she doesn’t know what to do or with whom. Others approach her. Changmin comes up from behind, fastening his steps and he slows down when coming up next to her, placing an arm around her shoulders. He too, just like Kai, is extremely tall. They both smile like big idiots when looking at each other. Hannah’s neck can hurt if she looks at him for too long, and Changmin is aware of that as he mentions the other girls – like SNSD – are wearing high heels. Hannah isn’t tall for a European apparently, only being 164cm tall. But she fits well among SNSD, so since she is wearing sneakers and they are wearing high heels, she is becoming short around them too. Changmin keeps smiling when ruffling her hair and walking off with his long legs. Hannah pouts after him, trying to fix her hair that he ruffled.

Her members are enjoying the time. Emelia is running around with some EXO members, then Carolina is stuck next to SNSD members and f(x)’s Krystal time to time doing grimaces and posing for fans, Julia is jumping up and down to the music along with f(x)’s Victoria and Super Junior members, and Maria is seen hand in hand with Luna first walking together then seen standing with EXO’s Baekhyun and all of them just seems to have a great time.

Quietly Hannah walks up next to a familiar arm, standing there with an innocent smile, looking out at the audience. The owner of the arm is leaning forward, doing some overly cute face expression to some camera and when he stands up straight he gets a shock when seeing someone standing next to him; the audience laughs and screams over their face expressions. Jonghyun laughs and puts his arm around her neck for some kind of friendly hug. She laughs, embarrassed, her cheeks feeling warm and her hand is comfortably placed below his back, simply resting there. Though she doesn’t think fans from the front can see where her hand is, there is a possibility that eagle eyed fans from around them might capture a bit of it through the other idols on the stage.

Jonghyun leans towards her ear, breathing on her skin right below when he is silently giving a chuckle. He smells sweat and foundation, some traces of perfume too. “My foot hurts,” he tells her. Hannah pretends to looks shocked at him, asking in a smiling tone why it hurts. “Big foot Chanyeol stepped on it before.” Jonghyun smirks when looking at her expression and Hannah laughs, being reminded of that she stepped on Carolina’s foot during their performance at the beginning of the concert.

“You know, I stepped on Carolina’s foot before,” she tells to his ear.

He seems amused. Jonghyun is having a lot of fun standing and whispering with her, his arm around her neck so she can’t lean too far behind. Everyone on the stage is busy with their own thing; this is his only chance to be close to her on the stage. “Your feet are small, so it probably didn’t hurt,” he tells her, as if they are having a serious conversation he takes down his arm from her neck to show with his hands the difference of Hannah and Chanyeol’s feet. “His feet are enormous. While yours are tiny.”

His voice is so cute when talking like that. She can just smile, shaking her head slightly at how stupid their conversation is. Jonghyun knows it, and he puts his hand on her back before telling to her ear that it was fun chatting with her. She laughs again, meeting his eyes. She wants to hold his face in her hands, but instead she just smiles and is just about to keep walking when someone pours water over Jonghyun, the water splashing over at Hannah. She laughs when seeing it was Emelia, and Jonghyun just lowers his head to welcome the water that Emelia keeps pouring over him. Hannah looks like she is about to cheer and start to jumping, and she can promise that it is not the sight of Jonghyun getting all wet, it is just so much fun since she isn’t the one getting the water over her. She turns around to run away, not wanting to be near Emelia and water, but she is embraced by SNSD’s Yoona, both of them starting to laugh for no reason. Yoona’s slim arms around her and Hannah put her arms around her too. Hannah gives out a laughing scream when feeling cold water run down her spine.

“One more, one more, one more!” Maria repeats, her voice going higher and she is jumping on the spot. Manager Lim gives a smile and focuses Emelia’s camera on them another time. Maria is standing with one arm tightly around Emelia’s neck, the other arm around Julia’s waist. The three girls looks at the camera and just as their manager is about to take the picture, Maria pouts out her lips for a kiss towards Emelia who is fast to grimace and try to lean back. Julia looks like she doesn’t notice anything when the picture is taken. Maria laughs.

The concert has ended and they are backstage, still in their concert outfits. Emelia’s long hair is wet, and she looks like she had a lot of fun at the concert. All of them look happy, and Maria gives out a shout when Super Junior’s Sungmin walks by when they are taking another picture. He laughs, well aware of that he had ruined a picture, but then he comes to join them, being the fourth person in the picture.

Hannah jogs by them too. But she ducks to not be in the way. She jogs further away, stopping when Yoona wants to get a hug from her but Hannah says she have something to do. Yoona whispers to her for no one else to hear.

“Is it Jonghyun?” she asks and Hannah laughs, getting out of the hug.

“A friend is here,” Hannah happily answers and she gives a cute smile to Yoona before she continues to jog. She bows deeply, exchanging polite words with BoA when walking by and not much later, she fastens her steps when seeing that familiar face and she runs up to throw her arms around Kim Hyejong, an actress who acted in the same drama as Hannah a few months ago. “Why have you been so busy?” Hannah whines when hugging her friend.

“I’m busy? Says the one who just came down the stage,” Hyejong laughs, hugging her tightly. Both of them have been so busy that they haven’t really got to see each other since the drama ended. “But it was a great performance. Just thought I should go up join you with a guitar, like in Midnight Dream.”

Hannah laughs, still hugging her, remembering all the fun they had when filming the drama ‘Midnight Dream’ together. They acted as best friends in the drama and at the set they were always seen together, chatting and laughing. Hyejong doesn’t have a schedule today, so Hannah convinced her to come watch the concert, so they can get at least a few minutes to see each other. Though the SM family is going on a dinner after the concert, Hannah still stands and chats with Hyejong for so long that even when EXO is walking by them to leave, Hannah looks like she has forgotten all about time talking to her friend. Hyejong looks impressed when seeing the boys walking by, and she looks more impressed when the boys’ bows at Hannah, politely saying she did well at the concert and saying the usual phrases said to seniors. Hyejong laughs so much when they have walked by.

“Want to change life with me?” Hyejong jokes, making Hannah laugh.

Hyejong has a very unique look. She has short hair that for her latest drama during the summer has been dyed in a dark colour, but she still wears these bright leggings with big sweaters. She is like a tomboy, and she was the perfect rocker when they filmed the drama together. During the time Hannah and Hyejong have known each other they haven’t had a hard time talking to each other. Hyejong loves to make fun of Hannah when she makes a mistake in her Korean or can’t express something, but it is all just friendly fun. Standing and talking to each other now, though they both know they don’t have a lot of time, they try to fill in as many words and subjects as they can. Hannah has missed Hyejong. They have kept in touch through text messages and some cute tweets, and the tweets are fun only because of their fans’ reactions to it.

They keep talking, a few minutes later, familiar voices come from down the hall. Hannah looks over her shoulder, taking a step to the side with Hyejong when SHINee’s Taemin and EXO’s Kai are coming their way. Hannah feels a little confused, thinking that EXO already has left. Further down the hall also Onew is coming. “Aren’t you coming along, Hannah?” Taemin asks, not using formalities that younger people always uses in Korea. Taemin never calls Hannah for Nuna either, something that younger boys calls older women, he only uses that when he is joking with her. She likes the friendliness between them, knowing that in SHINee, Taemin is the youngest while in 5 Pieces, Hannah is the youngest. Maybe it was because of that, or it could have been something else, these two have had this friendship of being around the same age. Both of them like it, happy they never have had to use formalities around each other though at times they have to use it in the media. When Taemin now had seen Hannah stand and chat with a friend, he thought for several meters of something to say while coming closer to them, something that could show off their friendship to the actress.

“We aren’t leaving yet,” Hannah answers his question and she gives some kind of surprised sound when the smiling Kai out of nowhere twitches his eyebrows in the most charming way. He just keeps smiles, having his arm around Taemin.

“You don’t look to be as ready as the others,” Taemin informs her. “EM is done and Maria is soon done too.”

Hannah grimaces, saying she will go get ready too. Taemin and Kai leaves, Onew walking by with just a simple ‘hi’. Hyejong touches Hannah’s hair, frowning, not wanting her to leave yet. “We are planning a Midnight reunion,” Hyejong tells her sadly and meets Hannah’s eyes. “Clear your schedule, because there is no reunion if our singer isn’t part of it. And no excuses, because you haven’t come a single time since the drama ended.”

“I’ll come,” Hannah promises, though the only thing she can think of is the schedule of recordings, concerts and comeback and she just want to sigh. But she smiles, at the same time feeling bad for her friends who have met up a few times and she couldn’t come along.

“Brownie!” a shout makes the two girls almost jump in surprise and Super Junior’s Eunhyuk comes laughing to them through the corridor, and with him is Emelia. Eunhyuk had shouted, and Emelia follows him.

“Brownie!” Emelia laughs. Hannah rolls her eyes and turns back to Hyejong, giving her a hug and exchanging some last words. Hyejong is chuckling, asking why they are calling her Brownie.

“Eunhyuk Senior called me Blondie before, so since I am not blonde anymore he had to change the nickname,” Hannah sighs and she forces out a smile when the two loud laughing rappers comes up to them.

“Hannah dyed her hair to look more sophisticated with her book release,” Emelia reveals to Hyejong who laughs. Hannah just pouts. She dyed her hair for her book release, true, but she dyed it to not be reminded as the blonde member in 5 Pieces. She wanted a different image; she want to be an author and she wants people to not take notice of her blonde hair that they always do in Korea, she wants them to take more notice of her book. But the others seem to like making fun of her, so Hannah says goodbye to her friend and walks to the backstage room to get ready to leave. Hyejong went out to the cars with Emelia and Eunhyuk, all three getting in three different cars. Emelia stands outside the car and chats with Eunhyuk while waiting for their members.

Hannah is half sitting, half lying in the sofa in 5 Pieces’ apartment. The sofa is long and big; the cushions in black are comfortable and so soft that you sink down when sitting there. Hannah looks tired. She has washed up after the concert and dinner, now looking like she is ready to go to sleep wearing a blue pyjama set of a printed nursing top (a beat with a big body and small head at the front that looks really cute) and a pair of matching knee-long shorts, a pair of thick socks, gray and fluffy, are warming her feet. Carolina just finished braiding her long light brown hair into two cute braids now hanging down on each side of her head, and Carolina is currently working on braiding Emelia’s waist long hair. Emelia is sitting on the floor, wearing a pair of light green (almost shining green) pyjamas pants to a simple black tank top. Her legs are stretched out over the floor; a pair of blue socks of the same fluffy kind that Hannah is wearing is being toyed by the group’s now one year old Ragdoll cat.

Ace was a gift from 5 Pieces’ fan-club Puzzle last year on their third year anniversary, and the cat has grown a lot since. He is still just as cute as he was when they got him, a pair of black and blue eyes that can easily shine like crystals in the dark. The airs are dark, the area around his eyes are in a fading darker colour too while the rest of him is in a light beige colour, a colour between white and beige. His fur is the softest your fingers can feel and being part of 5 Pieces, he is mischievous and lazy. A strange mix, but it is a strange group.

Their living-room is the biggest room in the apartment. Windows covering the left side of the room from where the girls are sitting in the sofa that is in the middle of the room, the space behind the sofa is used as a dining room with table and chairs. It got a lot of space, the living-room, a TV across from the sofa. On the right side of the sofa; at the back is the kitchen around the corner and at the front is the space that leads out to the rest of the apartment. The wall between there it is a big bookshelf, almost covering the whole wall from the kitchen to the space, and it is filled with albums, books and movies in Korean, Swedish, mostly English, then also some in Japanese and Chinese. Dictionaries, fantasy novels, series, mangas, movies, albums, all kind of things filling the bookshelf from having any empty space in it. By the windows in the living-room, kitchen and bedrooms and even in the corridor by the wall there are plants – most of them are small – that was planted by Julia a few months ago. Most of them have died; though Julia pretends they are still growing beautifully as she from time to time go to water them. The walls has one big size poster of 5 Pieces in the living-room, there are then smaller pictures in frames that the group have put up themselves around the apartment, pictures they have taken of memories throughout the four years as a singing group. Emelia’s camera has the best quality and her pictures get really good. Walls around the apartment, small spaces all got things that reminds them of the group. Gifts from fans; pictures of the members, beautiful paintings and unique things made from their fans, even phrases the girls have said that have been put in beautiful self-made frames that fans have made. Everything there can remind them of each other and Puzzle. In the living-room, in front of the sofa, is a low table of glass. It’s got a huge bottle of water on it, three candles that Maria thought was beautiful to have there. Even the candles are gifts from fans.

“That .”

Maria is sitting by the laptop on the living-room’s table. She is sitting with her foot up on the sofa, looking like her usual self with an oversized cardigan covering half of her body and pants that she took from Hannah’s wardrobe, also looking like the biggest size ever on her slim legs – those pants are a few years old, they are comfortable and outworn and exactly what Maria loves to wear.

“That !”

“We heard you the first time, Maria,” Emelia sighs over the voice repeating the same words, but still she looks to the right to look at Maria. “Is it bad?”

“That wrote on twitter, straight to Hannah!”

“I think I said that before,” Hannah mutters tiredly, looking like she is going to fall asleep sitting like that.

For the past week, a Japanese woman has been claiming she is the one who came up with the whole plot and ideas and characters for ‘Joe – Under Seoul’s Streets’, the book that Hannah almost a month ago released with her name as the author. The Japanese woman isn’t giving up on the subject, and now she has even threatened Hannah on twitter for the world to see. Hannah saw it first during the dinner when she was uploading a picture of herself with DBSK’s Changmin and Maria.

She got so mad seeing a threat from a stranger, saying she is a fraud when it comes to the book. Hannah is proud to have released her own book, she loves every part written in it and to hear people say she did not write the book or that she stole the plot, it makes her furious.

That is what Maria is looking at; the threat the Japanese woman wrote on twitter. All members in 5 Pieces are proud over Hannah finally showing some of her writing skills. The girls just a year ago was close to beating Hannah for not letting them read anything she has written for the long time they have known each other, when they finally got to read something that Hannah felt a little proud over. Hannah has an obsession to write. Every since she learned to write and read as a child, she has been writing nonstop and at first it was a hobby, then it was turned in to an obsession. Everything in life can be put down on a paper; everything that happens around her can be transformed into a scene that is nothing alike what made her come up with the scene in first place. She loves the exploring, and her members have been so mad at her from time to time when not letting them read anything. They convinced her last year to try publishing ‘Joe’, and the book got popular from the beginning. That people are trying to take on the credit for the book that Hannah has worked with for years makes the members angry, as they are really proud that the book is gaining a lot of attention.

Maria is mumbling gibberish of anger, her fingers hitting the keys on the laptop, writing something, then erasing it, repeating the same thing several of times. Emelia informs the others that Maria is cursing someone.

“Damn!” Maria bursts out and she meets Hannah’s eyes, looking furious and irritated. “I’m not writing in Japanese!”

The girls can’t help but to laugh at that. Maria has been writing and erasing and writing and so on, thinking of the best thing to write to answer the threat, when in the end realising that the woman speaks Japanese, not Korean or English. And Maria isn’t very good in Japanese. Hannah moves over to help her and she laughs when translating the short text. ‘Try that again and we will call the police’. It’s easy, but it means a lot, and it shows Maria’s anger. It is a threat answering a threat. Maria can’t write just anything as it can be used against the group; she has to think about their image and reputation. The good thing is that 5 Pieces has a tough image, so she can write something like this, it only shows that no one screws with a piece of a puzzle.

When Julia comes out from the bathroom, being the last member to wash up, they go to bed. Ace is going straight to Maria’s room, lying down on her bed to sleep while everyone else goes to sleep in their own beds. Hannah can’t fall sleep. She thinks of the threat, all the headlines about her not being the author of ‘Joe’.

After an hour, she sits up and picks up the laptop from the bedside table. She turns it on, taking up a document, pages long filled with text. It was created in July 2009. She stares at it, being on the first page, and she just keeps staring at it. The many times she has taken this page up, the many times she was written in it, then those even more times she has changed things already written to what she hopes was better. She knows it was better.

The hobby to write as a child became a dream to become an author only after she read the books about Harry Potter; she was inspired by J.K Rowling. When she as a child would read consecutively through the Harry Potter books during the summer, the first time in her whole life getting addicted to something that she at that time didn’t know would change her life. She loved the world J.K Rowling had created, and she dreamed of that she maybe one day could do something familiar. She didn’t want to copy or write something that people would easily connect to the story of Harry Potter, and she spent years yearning to create a world of her own. She practiced writing; she did it as a hobby, most of the time not caring how she wrote as she just wanted to get down her thoughts and ideas. But as she grew older, as she read more books, she found the inspiration to describe and finds new ways to write. She competed with herself, comparing things she wrote last year to this year and she could see her own improvement.

Not until in late 2008, when she easily finished reading the four books of Twilight right before the first movie came out, she got a strange idea of what she could write. She got obsessed with just that story she had in her mind. She at that time once dreamt of a teenage girl walking in waist high snow in a forest, struggling to come through while her body is so frozen she can’t feel parts of it anymore. The girl is so cold and she falls apart by a tree, leaning to it, exhausted, and then being saved by a beautiful, tall, angelic man. The same scene was written down, but she wrote it as if the girl was dreaming. This time it wasn’t that much snow and the same teenage girl just looked around confused, before stains of something red was found on the snow. The further she walked the more of the red it was, and then when she looked up she was surrounded by dead bodies hung up with ropes around their necks; all bodies were familiar faces for the girl. Their bodies were dropping of red blood down on the snow. A voice, a horrifying man’s voice, would speak to her; tell her it is her fault.

That was how she came up with Joe. It was her first thought of the main character in the book. And it grew. Not until last year she came up with having another girl, a second main character, in the book. A lot changed in the book and she worked so hard with ideas, changing this and that and … and now people say she didn’t come up with it. How she struggled to find the right words when writing, how she looked up words and its meanings and asked her members for help whenever she got stuck on what word to use. She is being eaten from the inside of the thoughts that people doesn’t think she created ‘Joe – Under Seoul’s Streets’. It’s eating her because she is so proud that she has released a book, she has actually released a book, and she is proud over everything in the book too.

The page on the laptop she has taken up is the character description. Every single person appearing in the book has been written down on this document. Every name, every past and possible future and their appearances and ideas and personalities, their parts – everything is on this document. She created this, not some Japanese woman. Hannah did it.
