A round of applause amongst the audience is hear within the studio. A young woman, the host, stepped on a rounded stage platform and waited for the applause to die down for her to speak. 

“Hi everyone! Welcome to K-Fashion News and I’m your host, Lee Sora.”

The studio audience clapped after the introduction. 

“I’m sure you are all very excited for today’s guest, right?”

The crowd responded by shouting a cheerful yes. 

Sora grinned after hearing the shouts of yes. “Well, I’m not going to keep you all waiting any longer. Here is, Choi Ariel!” Sora gestured her arm out to the stage entrance where Ariel is seen waving both of her hands to the audience as she stepped on stage and sat on the empty bar stool. 

“Ariel, why don’t you introduce yourself to all the viewers?”

Ariel stared at the camera with the red light. “Hello,” She bowed in her seat. “I’m the California born beauty Youtuber, Choi Ariel. Nice to meet you.” Ariel waved both of her hands again to the camera. 

Sora adjusted the cue cards on her lap. “Now Ariel, why don’t you tell us something about your channel? What kind of videos do you post?”

Ariel held the mic up to . “I post a variety of videos on my channel. I have beauty tips, makeup tutorials, DIY tutorials, routine videos, life tips, fashion hauls, and vlogs. It’s not solely  just about makeup and fashion.”

Sora nodded her head as she listened to Ariel’s answer. “What inspired you to post videos in the first place?”

Ariel exhaled sharply as smiled sheepishly. “I was really insecure when I was in middle school. My mom strongly suggested for me to post videos online for fun to help me. At first, it was just random covers of songs then I found out about beauty videos and it just happened.”

“Speaking of singing, I was at the SheerLove event and the performance between you and Sojin was amazing.”

Ariel smiled as she bowed in a way of thanks. “Thank you. Sojin and I have been working on a few songs to sing at my uncle’s wedding. I was asked by the event coordinator to sing at least one song and yeah.”

“How do you feel about your song being #1 on the charts?”

“I feel very grateful towards my fans for making this happen.”

“Oh and that cover of Someone Like You is the best I’ve heard.” Sora turned to the audience. “Don’t you all think so?” The audience agreed as they clapped together. “I can’t believe the video is #5 for the Online Streams of this month.” Sora leaned a bit closer to Ariel as she skimmed the words on her cards. “You’re currently unsigned right now, correct?”

Ariel nodded her head. “Yes.”
