Jisoo's POV

"Butler Jo can you please help me in choosing a gift for Niks? It's almost her birthday, and I haven't thought of anything yet." My sister, Lisa asked our Butler who has been with us since forever. 

He's loyal to my dad, not to my mom. I don't even know why he's so intimidated at my mother's presence.

"How about you give her a pair of shoes, Lisa? You do know her shoe size right?" I told my twin.

Yes, she is also my twin. Fraternal to be exact. People finds it hard to believe at first, but it's the truth. I can't blame them though I mean have you seen how I look? I am a hundred times prettier than her. Don't tell her that though, since she thinks that she's the hottest. Ugh! I felt sorry to Mr. Sun.

Anyway, we kept on walking inside the mall since she still can't decide.

"How about this?" I picked up a shoe with daisy print on it since I find it pretty.

My sister looked up at the man behind us.

"What do you think Butler Jo?" She asked.

Butler Jo shook his head.

"I don't know about that Lady Jisoo. You see, I have this belief that if you gave someone a shoe that person will walk out of your life. I heard it from one of my friends." Butler Jo chuckled.

That doesn't even make any sense. I mean, it's just a shoe what could go wrong?

"Okay, not a shoe then." Lisa uttered.

Meh... What a buzzkill. I am tired already and she still can't find anything. Why am I even here?

We walked and walked until my sister found a book of music sheets with blue hardcover. There are hints of silver on the edges, it looked really pretty but not as pretty as my chosen daisy printed shoes.

I bought the shoes anyway. If Lisa doesn't want it, I'll take it.

Finally, after a few hours of tiring walks at the mall she decided to call it a day.

The next morning I sneaked out of the mansion when the guards aren't looking. I hate it when they follow me around because apparently we always receive threats from people that we don't even know.

I was walking on the streets alone early in the morning when I heard some girls giggling, so I followed where that annoying sound came from.

I scanned the place and then it's like my whole world stopped turning when I saw this girl with catlike eyes and puffy cheeks.
