A few days after the news has been dropped, Lisa got summoned to their mother's study room.

"Are you looking for me?" She asked President Kim.

"Yes, I did. Sit down." Her mother ordered Lisa to take a seat.

The latter walked to the chair in front of her mother's table and sat on it.

"You seemed so happy..." President Kim noticed how bright her daughter's smile is.

Lisa leaned back on the chair and looked at her.

"Oh you have no idea how happy I am right now." She uttered, the lanky woman can't even hide her bright smile.

"How is Jisoo? Is she still sulking over that woman?" President Kim queried while she's busy signing some papers.

"I don't know how she is, but all I know is that Jennie and her no longer talk to each other. She basically hated Jisoo right now." Lisa confidently told her mother.

"Hmm... You did a good job then... But still, we can't be too complacent. You know your sister doesn't like giving up on things that she likes so easily. Keep Jisoo away from her and you can keep the girl." President Kim uttered.

"Oh I'll keep the girl alright, I got like ninety percent chance that she'll eventually end up with me. Just let me do the work and stay away from Jennie. I got it under control." Lisa reassured their mother.

President Kim puts her pen down and looked at her daughter.

"You better be sure about that... Because the moment that your sister and that girl ruins the engagement, you too will have to say goodbye to that lowlife as well." President Kim threatened her daughter, and Lisa's smile instantly faded.

"For once just trust me on this. I won't lose the woman that I like to some other person for the second time around." Lisa retorted, then she stood up and left.

As soon as the woman left the room, President Kim called her secretary.

"Chief Jung, come to my office right now." She ordered the man.

A few moments later and Chief Jung entered her study room.

"Yes Madam." Chief Jung bowed to her.

"Have someone follow Lisa." President Kim ordered and Chief Jung left right away.

Meanwhile at Seulgi's restaurant...

"Jen, Jisoo's fiancée is here and I think she's waiting for you." Soojin told her bestfriend while Jennie is tying her apron around her waist.

The latter furrowed her eyebrows when she heard Jisoo's name.

"Huh? Where?" Jennie queried.

"There." Soojin pointed at the table where Rosé is.

"I think she wants to talk to you." Her bestfriend uttered.

Jennie took a deep breath and looked at her.

"Okay." She uttered then she went out of the staff room and approached the silver-haired woman.

"Good morning ma'am, may I take your order?" Jennie casually asked as if she didn't recognize the woman.

Rosé looked up at her and smiled.

"Jennie, hey. Do you have a minute?" The silver-haired woman asked.

Jennie looked at her bestfriend at the counter first then sat opposite to Rosé.

"What do you want? If you're going to ask me to stay away from Jisoo, don't worry I ended it already." The petite woman uttered defensively.

Rosé sat up straight and leaned closer to the table.

"Come on Jen, I didn't come here to argue with you." The silver-haired woman retorted.

Jennie looked really confused for a moment. "Then why did you come here?"

Rosé smiled and took the woman's hand, gently squeezing it.

"I just want to clarify the misunderstanding between us. You are close with my future wife and sister-in-law so I want us to be friends too. Can we forget about the past and start over?" Rosé looked into the petite woman's eyes, she looked really sincere.

Jennie can't seem to believe what she just heard. The sudden change of Rosé's behaviour towards her caught Jennie off guard.

"Huh?" She looked really confused.

The silver-haired woman chuckled. "I said, I want us to be friends. Well, can we Jennie?"

She's trying to process the information but her mind can't get a grasp on things just yet.

"Friends?" The woman mumbled.

Rosé smiled and touched Jennie's cheek. "Well I guess it's settled, we're officially friends."

Then the silver-haired woman got up from her seat and took something out of her handbag.

"Oh I almost forgot. Here, see you tonight." Rosé placed some kind of ticket in front of the petite woman.

Jennie glanced at the paper and returned her gaze to the customer.

"What's this?" She asked.

"I'm inviting you to attend a concert with me. That'll be our first hangout together as friends. See you tonight Jennie." Rosé smiled and left the restaurant.

Soojin quickly ran to Jennie and grabbed the concert ticket.

"Umm... What just happened? What's this? Oh wait... OH-EM-GEE! You got a free VIP ticket to a Shawn Mendes concert?!" Soojin freaked out when she saw the ticket.

"Huh? Shawn who?" Jennie looked really clueless at what her bestfriend is talking about.

She smacked Jennie on the shoulder. "How dare you say that to my baby! Oh my gosh you should totally go!" Soojin excitedly uttered as she stared at the ticket.

"Umm... I don't know about that I mean, I don't even know who the artist is." Jennie said to her.

Soojin

I agree with the comments. Jennie really didn't deserve Jisoo in this first book, she did nothing and just went along with Jisoo whenever it is convenient.

Chapter 73: JenSoo and ChaeLisa

Chapter 72: Jensoo final is what everyone wanted, but still upset with jennie doing absolutely nothing for it to happen, i still think jennie does not love jisoo as much as jisoo loves her. These last chapters were too far run, chaelisa's passion happened out of nowhere. Everything was solved out of nowhere too, the bastard brother and mother witch have not been solved, I would like at least a few chapters to see the life of married and the witch getting screwed

I agree with the comments that Jennie didn't deserve Jisoo at all. She did almost nothing the whole fic and didn't even cut off her suitors.

Chapter 73: Honestly Jennie didn't deserve her at all.
But JenSoo endgame is what we all want. Jensewers are petty like that.

And Lia from itzy right? I swear we have adopted Lia. Like yes, she's what you expect JenSoo morph to be
