The next day, there were schedules.

“I’ll drop Seo Mi off first, they want to meet you in front of the SM Building.” Jiyoung unni said.

“After that, Ae Young, you’re dropped off next.” She said.

“Understood.” The two girls said.

Seo Mi fidgeted in her seat nervously as they approached the SM Building. No one really knew better, but Eunhyuk of Super Junior was one of a her biases.

The entire first episode when they mostly talked to each other about anything and everything had been a dream to her.

She kept herself from pinching her arm just to make sure it wasn’t a dream. She had known when she became a trainee that she would run into all of her biases eventually.

But being on We Got Married with one of them? That was something she never expected.

At all.

“Here you are.” Jiyoung unni said, interrupting her thoughts and pressing the button to open the door.

“I’ll pick you up when you’re done.” She said, before driving away.

There was a camera already waiting for her there. “Ahnyeonghaseyo,” She greeted with a bow.

“What will we be doing today?” Seo Mi asked the PD.

He silently handed her a card and she began to read it aloud, “Last time, you and your husband Eunhyuk learned about each other. Today we will test you on the things you learned. Please meet him at the cafe across the street.”

Seo Mi automatically turned to face the other side of the street instead of the building. She could see his outline through the clear glass window.

“Kaja!” She said, going towards the crosswalk button. After it changed and she walked inside the cafe to sit next to him, trying to calm her heart.

“Hello, yeobo.” He said sweetly.

“Hi Hyukkie oppa.” Seo Mi said quietly.

“Okay! Ready for your first question?” Eunhyuk asked her, holding out the card.

“Yes, please!” She said, holding her hand out.

Eunhyuk gave her the card and she read it aloud, “Out of all the Super Junior members, which member is Eunhyuk the closest to?”

Looking up from the card, Seo Mi smiled at the camera, “That’s easy! Donghae sunbae!” She said.

“Correct! My turn!” Eunhyuk said, as Seo Mi was handed a card to give him.

“Out of all the Limitless members, who is Seo Mi the closest to?” He read aloud.

“Aish, these first questions are easy. That’s a tie between her leader, A, and Asami-ssi.” He answered.

“Okay! Next question!” Seo Mi said eagerly.

The rest of the time they continued the quiz and for every one they got wrong, they had to get on their knees and bow three times in apology.

Eunhyuk got on his knees more than Seo Mi did, but they seemed to make his questions harder and more vague.

Probably to make it so he bowed more often.

“Okay! That’s a wrap!” the PD yelled.

“Let’s go.” Eunhyuk took her hand and led her out back to the SM Building where Jiyoung unni was waiting.

“Thank you for your hard work today!” He said, waving goodbye.

“Thank you for your hard work as well!” She waved and bowed before climbing into the van to get to practice.

“This is your first Immortal Song episode. Now, we don’t have any expectations for your first episode. Learn the ropes, be nervous, try your best. Once you know what the judges want, then have fun with it and win.” Jiyoung told Ae Young.

“I understand, unni.” She said, they pulled up to the KBS building

“Good luck.” Jiyoung told her, before Ae Young climbed out of the van and stood alone in awe.

“Are you Limitless’ maknae?” A kind voice asked her.

She turned to the source and found a smiling man looking back at her. “Ahh.. Nehh...”

“Great, you’re joining Immortal Song then. My name is Yesung. I can help you get around since it seems to be your first time here.” He held out his hand to offer his assistance.

Ae Young took it happily, “I would like that, but how could you tell?” She asked.

“Everyone looks at the KBS building the same way when it’s their first time.” He answered, grinning.

“Ahh.. Well.. I just hope to do well.” She admitted.

“Don’t worry. With my help. You can win, I’m sure.” Yesung assured her as he led her to backstage where the PD was waiting for them.

“We will be singing ballads this week. Pick any song of this list that you want.” He handed the both of them the list.

“Yesung, you’ve won already. So not to be mean, but try not to win anymore. We have other new people that wish to make a name for themselves as well.” He said.

“Understood, PD-nim.” Yesung answered.

“You won already?” Ae Young asked him.

“Oh, yeah. It was nothing. But I’m still welcome here to make the competition more intense. Everyone likes to challenge the previous champion.” He shrugged offhandedly, as if he thought it was nothing.

Ae Young bit her lip nervously before looking over the list. She couldn't compete with a champion like him could she?

She recognized a familiar song and decided that would be the song that she sang.

“I know which song I want to sing.” She told him.

“Great, I’ll help you practice.” He led her to a practice room with a piano.

She pointed out the song she wanted to him.

“Honoring your sunbae?” He teased.

“I just really like that song, besides, if I play piano and sing it, then it would turn more into a ballad.” Ae Young said, sitting next to Yesung on the bench.

She started to play the song that she already knew by ear, slowly. She sang along as well and Yesung couldn't help but agree with her.

No offense to the original singer, but Ae Young could really work with the song.

“I feel that. You’re all.” She finished on stage as the audience clapped and cheered loudly for her.

“Ae Young-ssi. You’ll give Sunggyu-ssi a run for his money.” One of the judges said.

“Thank you.” She bowed.

“That was perfect.”

“I love you!!” She heard someone in the audience shout.

She blushed slightly as she moved off stage to give other people their chance to perform.

“You’ll win this week, I’m sure.” Yesung told her.

“Whatever happens will happen. Now I know how everything works and I will continue to work hard to do better.” Ae Young said.

Later, she found out that Yesung’s prediction was true. Her version of Sunggyu’s solo Because ensured her the win for the week.
