The rest of the girls were all dropped off at Woollim Entertainment, for all of them to effectively practice for their upcoming schedules. Seo Mi, however, had a hair appointment to go to, since she had free time.

Ae Young wandered around the hallways mindlessly at first, until she realized that she should probably go to the recording studio and practice a bit. Her vocals could always keep improving.

She approached the studio and heard some music playing.

“I feel that, My meaningless expression, My ending breath, And also memories of you that I wanted to erase..”

She recognized it immediately. It was Sunggyu sunbae’s solo song, Because. Ae Young walked inside the sound board side of the room and sat down to watch Sunggyu record.

“Even after I erase and erase all your traces I feel you more as the days go by..” And the song was over.

Sunggyu finally opened his eyes after letting the music flow through him while he sang. He smiled widely when he noticed Ae Young was waiting in the sound booth for him. He took the headphones off and left the studio to enter the other room.

“Hello, Ae Young-ah.” Sunggyu greeted.

“Ahnyeong, Sunggyu sunbae.” Ae Young greeted back. “I like your solo song.”

“Thank you. What are you here for? Just to listen to me?” He said jokingly.

“Aniya. I was looking for the studio and I found you were in it. I wanted to practice for Immortal Song. Jiyoung unni said I got in.” Ae Young explained.

“Oh, congratulations!” Sunggyu smiled, his eyes turning into crescents.

“Thank you, sunbae. Want to help me practice?” Ae Young asked him.

“Sure, let’s do a duet song?” Sunggyu offered his hand to lead her to the recording studio.

“You can pick, sunbae. So that I can prepare to be surprised for song choices.” Ae Young said.

“Okay.” Sunggyu hid his choice from her.

A slow song played and Ae Young recognized it as Taeyeon’s duet with Kim Bum Soo for a drama.

After they finished, Sunggyu and Ae Young smiled at each other. “You did great, Ae Young-ah.” Sunggyu praised.

“Thank you, sunbae. You were amazing too.” She replied to him.

“You’ll be great on Immortal Song. Just don’t get too nervous and don’t worry too much.” Sunggyu advised.

“Thank you, sunbae. You should probably go back to practice. Jungryul is outside the door.” Ae Young pointed at the Infinite manager watching them.

Sunggyu took Ae Young’s phone right out of her hand when she went to check it. He pressed some buttons and gave it back to her. “Text me if you get nervous, okay?” He asked before leaving.

Ae Young just nodded and waved him goodbye.
