On the 16th, Ryeowook wrote a short, yet powerful message on his radio program, KBS COOL FM “Super Junior’s Kiss the Radio” towards fans who have been bewailing over the recent confirmation of Sungmin’s marriage to musical actress, Kim Saeun.

On this day, the radio show host wrote on a piece of sketchbook paper the words, “I’m sorry and I love you. ELF (name of Super Junior’s fandom),” and aimed it toward the camera while the show was being aired live through video online.

Many fans and netizens have found comfort through Ryeowook’s small yet powerful message.

This is the first time Ryeowook has broken his silence regarding his fellow member’s marriage since the outbreak of the reports. Other Super Junior members such as Heechul have also posted messages to their SNS accounts like, “I’ll be back after I calm [my emotions] down. I’m sorry, everyone, and thank you. You guys didn’t do anything wrong,” aiming his message towards his fans.
