As news of Julien Kang’s misconduct and indecency continue to circulate, CCTV images prior to his arrest last September 18th has been released. The captured images were taken from a CCTV footage back in September 18th, which was shown through SBS “8 News” toady. 

The images feature Julien Kang in front of a convenience store only wearing a white top and underwear. He was further observed to be wandering the streets, barefooted, witnesses describe. 

According to Seoul Police Station. Julien Kang was transferred to a nearby police station after receiving complaints for its residents. The actor-model was found a kilometre away from his house. Management agency, Show Brothers Entertainment, has since released an official statement explaining Julien Kang’s current state, reiterating that he was not in his underwear while his drug test results came back negative. As Julien Kang was embarrassed by the incident, the agency asked the netizens to further refrain from spreading unnecessary speculations. The apology was a hot topic amongst netizens causing the agency’s server to crash since its release. 

Show Brothers Entertainment, on the other hand, updated that they have received a termination notice from the police, ending their investigation towards the arrest. Julien Kang will no longer be summoned for any additional investigation.
