Shinhwa's Andy comeback after hiatus
K-NewsShinhwa’s Andy will be making his first official appearance on stage on November 8th since his one year off for self-reflection.
Last November, Andy took a one year hiatus from the entertainment industry for self-reflection after his gambling case where he had to pay around 5 million won ($5,000) in fines.
He will be making his first appearance with Shinhwa on November 8th at SBS Inkigayo held at the Universiade Stadium in Shenzhen, China.
This event will mark his first official appearance with the group on stage although he has already made other appearances with them earlier in the year. Back in March, he appeared during Shinhwa’s 16th anniversary concert’s encore performance and also attended the fan meeting in China by May. He was described to have appeared on stage in all black and said, "I was worried whether I could come back on stage after such A terrible wrongdoing. I am very sorry that I have brought you all great disappointment."
Other artists scheduled to perform at this event include 2AM, SISTAR, Girl’s Day, Taeyang, EXO, CNBLUE, and BEAST. Mnet’s M Countdown and KBS Music Bank are known for hosting their programs internationally but it is rare for SBS’s Inkigayo to do so.
