Julien Kang shares his thought of his recent scandal and personally apologizes to fans on Twitter. 

On October 8th, Julien Kang made a light heard return as he greeted his fans and followers on social networking site, Twitter. A week after news about him wandering in the streets of Seoul in just his underwear which led to his arrest, Julie Kang expressed his thoughts towards the ordeal. 

He was quoted saying, “Apologies to anyone I hurt but also thanks to all that supported and believed in me. I was truly touched at all the love and faith I got. Sometimes life isn’t fair but things always happen for a reason. The key is to learn and move on putting it behind. This will only make me stronger and plan to start my shooting schedule very soon. Thanks again to all those that believed in me.” 

The incident happened on September 18th when police received complaints from nearby residents in Yeoksamdong, reporting a man in his white shirt and underwear wandering. The actor and model was initially suspected of drug abuse with results coming back as negative. 

According to his agency, Julien Kang went out with his friends and was not able to handle his drinks well, hence, his behaviour. As the case was closed, Julien Kang received a termination notice and will no longer be summoned for further investigation.
