A witness has come forth to share what he saw the day Julien Kang was arrested for possible drug abuse after being reported by neighbors.

On the September 27th episosde of KBS “Entertainment Weekly,”  the incident of Julien Kang walking down the streets in underwear and seemingly drunk was discussed.

The witness of this incident informed the program that “Julien Kang kept standing up and down for about 2 hours in his underwears. He didn’t seem or smell drunk, his face was fine and he wasn’t staggering or walking funny.” 

According to the police of the district, Julien Kang was found in the streets of Gangnam district on September 18th. The police tested the actor/model for possibility of drug abuse, but initial results came out negative.
