“Good morning grandma” Minji walked in the kitchen, first one to wake  up since she was the only one who didn’t drink the night before. She stepped in the room with her grandma’s back facing her and without hearing any response from the old lady, even just a simple smile or wave of her hands she knew there was something wrong. She felt alarmed and walked towards her grandma, wrapping her arms around her thin waist, chin resting on her shoulder to see her face and what she saw was something she didn’t expect. “Grandma, why are you crying?” her voice alarmed, she turned her around and wiped her tears with her fingers.

“Ah, it’s nothing” Grandma wiped her eyes and turned around towards what she was cooking. “Umm.. go wake up your unnies and oppas, Seung wants to talk to you he’s out by the island” she pointed towards the direction where she wanted her to go, holding a wooden spoon.

Minji was a bit hesitant to go but her grandma urged her to and she followed. She was getting nervous so she ran to each of her unnie and oppa’s room, waking them up with a rude banging on their door. With the way she was knocking they knew instantly that something was wrong, so that all too always grumpy in the morning Bom didn’t say anything. “Minji, why are you waking me up this early?” she looked back at her side table, at her alarm clock and noticed it was just 7:30 in the morning.

“Grandma’s crying and Seung oppa wants to talk to us” she said with a frown and a bit of teary eyes. Bom ruffled her dongsaeng’s hair and grabbed the rob hang over the table and walked with her sister towards the other rooms. “Let’s go wake up Rin before we wake up the boys” she said and Minji nodded, holding on her sister’s robe’s sleeve, not letting go as if she was a child afraid of getting lost.

“Where’s D nuna?” Daseung yawned, hugging Ri so he won’t fall back and start sleeping on the floor. Every one of them was up and were walking down the stairs to Seung when they noticed the absence of one of them. “Maybe she’s with Seung hyung already, there was no one in her room” Ri yawned at the same time his twin sister did. Bom found that cute and ruffled his hair.

But when they got down to where Hyunseung was, sitting on one of the chair hugging his knees with a cup of coffees still steaming hot but untouched in front of him with a white envelope right beside it. The emptiness in his eyes caught Bom’s attention and they hurried to him. “Good morning oppa” Rin greeted and walked to the other side of the table to give the older a peck in the cheek.

“What’s going on? You waking us up so early in the morning doesn't sound good” Tabi with his hair tussled in a messy bundle and eyes still a little bit closed from sleepiness sat down on one of the chair facing him. Hyunseung didn’t know how to break it down to them, he knows how they will react and how it’s going to affect them but he just didn’t know how to tell them in a way that will be easily taken.

He slid the white envelop towards Bom, knowing it’s best if she read it first and then tell the others. “Hmm..?” she hummed confusedly but nonetheless took the paper, there was the scent of perfume on the paper and she knew who it belonged to. She looked at Hyunseung before opening the paper but her eyes weren’t met as the latter was looking down at his hands.

The others watched their sister, waiting for whatever the paper had to be told to them. The tearing of the paper, the opening of the envelope seemed like the ticking of a time bomb and they got nervous as Bom was close to
