‘Changmin!’ You smiled as soon as you saw the lanky food monster waiting for both you and Jaejoong outside the entrance of the office building.

‘Hey there, 4!’ Changmin hurried over to shake hands with you, ‘Oh, and I know it's pretty late, but congrats on your marriage. How’s life so far with bitc- Jaejoong?’

You laughed at Changmin’s slip up, ‘Life’s great but it would have been better if he wasn’t a bipolar .’

‘Excuse me, but I’m sure this fabulous being right here isn't invisible.’ Jaejoong rolled his eyes.

‘Oh, didn’t see you there,’ Changmin smirked, ‘Hello, Jaejoong.’

‘In case you’ve forgotten, I’m now your boss so do show the fabulous me respect.’ Jaejoong frowned.  

‘Allow me up to you now to make up for earlier blunders then,’ Changmin scanned the beauty from head to toe, ‘Your Givenchy suit was definitely designed with only you in mind.’

Jaejoong raised his brows in surprise, ‘I’m…impressed.’

‘Of course, I read your fabulous article on where to get the most fabulous suits in last month’s issue.’ Changmin smiled.

‘Apology accepted,’ Jaejoong brushed past Changmin.

‘These cannot work,’ Jaejoong face palmed and ripped out several articles from the magazine mock up.

‘Why not?’ Changmin frowned.

‘These aren't researched in depth enough,’ Jaejoong tossed them accurately into the paper waste bin.

‘Do I tell those writers to redo or write on other topics?’ Changmin asked.

‘It’s up to you, you’re the Editor-in-Chief here,’ Jaejoong replied as he continued to flip though the file.

‘In case you’ve forgotten, you’re now the boss,’ Changmin copied Jaejoong’s words from earlier while smirking.

‘I edit Blitz, you edit this damned spin off magazine. I’m just here to do a quality check and you’re ing paid to pull off a fabulous magazine for our fabulous company.’ Jaejoong shoved the heavy file into Changmin’s arms, ‘The other articles are fine. Redo those ty articles I pulled out.’

‘Yes, boss,’ Changmin grinned and ran off to order people around. 

Even though you and Jaejoong were suffering from jet lag, the both of you were in the office the very next day working overtime.

Downing his 5^th cup of coffee for the evening, Jaejoong then ordered you to get him another cup from the café opened 24/7 four blocks from Blitz’s building.

‘It’s stronger than the crappy instant mix in our pantry,’ Jaejoong reasoned when you gave him an unwilling look to walk all the way to the said café.

You groaned as you grabbed your wallet and headed out with heavy steps.

On the way down, Young Mi joined you in the lift when it stopped on the 10^th floor.

‘Thought of getting something to drink while waiting for the giant photoshoot print outs,’ Young Mi told you as you both took your time heading towards the café.

‘I thought you had already left the office,’ you gave her a questioning look. 

‘Unfortunately not. I was in the printing room for the past 5 hours,’ Young Mi rubbed her eyes tiredly, ‘The styling team kept rejecting the print outs, telling me to keep changing the brand of the ink used for printing.’

You gaped, ‘They’re just ing around with you! Don’t worry, I’ll tell Jaejoong about this-’

‘Don’t!’ Young Mi cut you in while grabbing your arm, ‘You both already look so drained…I don’t want to trouble you guys further.’

You shook your head, ‘Young Mi, Jaejoong always has special stored up energy for telling people off.’

She laughed.

‘Speaking of that , I saw him dragging you away in the morning to speak with you. What did he want?’ You questioned.

Young Mi immediately looked away, ‘Err…a new work project.’

‘Tell me moreeeeeee!’ You urged her.

Young Mi sighed, ‘He is going to pull me out of The Wardrobe.’

You gaped, ‘THAT ! But why?’

‘It’s because of the new project. Well…he didn’t say much about it, just that he was going to uproot me to start a digital sort of magazine-blog thing.’

You slapped Young Mi’s arm playfully, ‘That sounds like a promotion to me!’

‘JaejoongtoldmethatMr.Jungisgoingtobeworkingwithmeonthisprojecttoo.’ Young Mi opened the café’s door and rushed in ahead of you.

You caught up with her by tugging at her arm, ‘Seriously?’

She nodded timidly while biting her lower lip.

‘I guess that’s a good thing? You can get closer to Yunho,’ you nudged her.

She chose to ignore you by ordering a latte.

‘Well, I bet almost everyone had a crush on either Yunho or Jaejoong before, or both, so don’t be so shy about it.’ You reassured her with a warm smile.

‘Even you?’ She asked.

‘Yeah,’ you laughed.

‘Both?’

You nodded.

‘You’re so greedy,’ she grinned.

‘So…when are you going to start with that new project?’ You enquired.

She thought for a while, ‘I was looking though the directive earlier, it will only start somewhere in April next year.’

‘Ahh,’ you nodded in understand, ‘Well, good luck with the new job…and with Yunho.’

Young Mi pouted.

The first thing Jaejoong did when he got into his office the next day was to flip open the Black File (mock up magazine) placed in the middle of his desk.

So at about 8.10 in the morning, the Editor-in-Chief was already in a dead pissed off mood.

Jaejoong stomped out of the office and slammed his hands on Louise’s table, ‘I want everyone in the Fashion and Styling Teams in my office now.’

‘Jaejoong, the best I can do is to get them all in by-’ Louise checked her watch, ‘8.30.’

‘Fine,’ Jaejoong rolled his eyes and slammed his door shut behind him. 

You were witnessing everything while sitting quietly across from Jaejoong without muttering a single word.

True to Louise’s promise, all the staff members Jaejoong had requested for earlier started to file into Jaejoong’s office, most of them with really scared faces on.

You got up and stood to one corner of the room so they all can gather before Jaejoong’s desk.

‘Have you all gone mute?’ Jaejoong looked at them with a raised brow.

‘Good mor-’ Some of them began.

‘ YOUR GOOD MORNING! THIS YOU MORONS GAVE ME JUST ING RUINED MY DAY!’ Jaejoong threw the file across the office and it landed with a loud smack on the floor, ‘Boring articles, boring typography, boring visuals, boring product features- everything is so dead! No wonder our subscriptions have been stagnant for the past 2 months. There is no excitement! Do any of you have brains!?’

No answers.

‘Apparently not,’ Jaejoong frowned hard, ‘Guess what? Karma’s a . You ruined my day so it’s only fair I ruin yours. All of you ing gave me elementary school work, so detention it is. ing get your lumpy asses outside of the building and sit under the ing hot sun to do your work- every single one of you stupidly ugly creatures!’

They all gaped.

‘Fashion Team, ing get on with the punishment! Styling team, I need to have a longer chat with you.’ Jaejoong sat back down on his chair.

The Fashion Team quickly escaped.

‘The shoots were disastrous and the apparels featured were so terribly outdated! Explain yourselves!’ Jaejoong spat.

‘Our department head isn’t around…’ one of them answered softly.

‘Huh!? Why!?’ Jaejoong asked with wide eyes.

Louise suddenly popped in out of onwhere and spoke, ‘Yunho sent Miss Go to work in the Finance Department as punishment for wasting too much of Blitz's resources when he read though the company's weekly expenses statement he got a week before.' 

Jaejoong smirked, ‘I see…But that isn’t a good enough reason for you morons to deliver such crap. How dare you all submit such horrible work to permanently scar my pretty eyes!’

You turned away and covered your mouth with your hands as you were now laughing.

‘KIM JUNSU!’ Jaejoong yelled.

Junsu made his way from the back of his other styling team members to stand in front of Jaejoong’s desk, ‘Y-yes, Jaejoong?’

‘I’m putting you temporarily in charge of the team and I want all 6 photoshoots redone. Do not disappoint me.’ Jaejoong stated.

Junsu bowed shakily, ‘I will do my best.’

‘That is not what I want to hear,’ Jaejoong sulked, ‘Tell me that you’ll pull off a fabulous job.’

‘I-I… I will…I…’ Junsu struggled.

‘ING HURRY UP ALREADY! I DON’T HAVE ALL DAY!’ Jaejoong was suddenly right beside Junsu and was now choking the life out of the shaking Stylist.

‘I will do a f-f-fabulous j-job!’ Junsu said as quickly as he possible could before he suffocates at the hands of the raging Kim Jaejoong.

Jae-ing-pissed-off-joong let the gasping latter go, ‘I will hold you to your promise, wobbly . Now all of you get the hell out of my sight.’

After everyone left, you slowly got back to your seat across Jaejoong.

‘Was the file really that bad?’ You asked softly.

Jaejoong started to giggle while rocking back and forth on his swivel chair.

Oh. My. Gawd.

That was the most sadistically ed up thing you had ever come across.

‘Jaejoong? Hello there?’ You leaned forward to wave a hand in front of his face.

Jaejoong suddenly grabbed your hand and you yelped in shock.

‘Their work was fabulous.’ Jaejoong grinned.

You gaped, ‘You are soooooo ed up! Why were you being such a just now? Why did you punish them and make them redo everything?’

‘It’s to push them beyond their capabilities,’ Jaejoong let go of your hand and leaned back in his chair.

You frowned, ‘Can’t you just compliment them and tell them to keep up the good work? Perhaps they’ll be happier to work for you?’

Jaejoong sighed, ‘Who the cares about popularity! I want the Fashion Department to do better than the Lifestyle Department.’

‘W-Wait!’ You were stunned, ‘How could you say such a thing when you’re the Editor-in-Chief of Blitz!? Both departments must work hand in hand to create an awesome magazine! What the heck are you thinking!?’

Jaejoong laughed, ‘Kimchi, you’re so surprisingly dense. I had always been an ambitious and competitive person.’

‘And what are you getting at?’ You asked suspiciously.

‘You can’t blame me for being biased. After all, I’ve always been a fashion person.’ Jaejoong smiled.

There was a knock on the door.

‘Come in,’ Jaejoong responded.

Surprisingly, it was Yunho who had a laptop in tow.

‘Yunnie, what are you doing here?’ Jaejoong beamed, 'You'll get hugs and kisses from Jae-fabulous-joong if you say it's because of me.'

‘Partly. I’m here regarding the so-called ‘paparazzi’ site you wanted to find out about. Apparently, not anyone can access this website, especially you and I.’ Yunho said grimly as he skillfully stepped aside to dodge the incoming younger who tried to glomp him. 

Jaejoong pouted and settled for squishing you instead because he just wanted something in his arms at that moment in time, ‘Why am I not surprised that the ing backstabbing staff members are writing about their bosses.’

‘I hope you don’t go firing all these contributors,’ Yunho stated as he opened his laptop and handed it to Jaejoong, ‘Yoochun and I had just finished replenishing our staff roster a few days ago.’

Jaejoong chuckled, ‘We’ll see about that.’

The beauty scanned though the stylish looking homepage for about a minute or so before clicking on the link of one article with a title that caught his eye.
