09:50, 5 Pieces has their first fan meeting in Japan. Before that, the girls arrive early and greet the cameras and staff at the place. They go through everyone for the fan meeting, performances and interview and such. While waiting backstage, the girls are going through things on their own. The camera for the Japanese program catches Maria eating and she turns her back towards the camera to finish chewing.

“I’m hungry,” she tells in Japanese when turning around and laughs at Julia seeing her behind the camera, just passing by. Maria then talks in Korean. “My stomach is so nervous that I have to eat; our first actual meeting with our Japanese fans… Hannah will get to talk a lot.”

Hannah looks up when hearing her name. Maria takes a step closer to her and puts a hand on Hannah’s shoulder, still looking at the camera.

“Hannah knows Japanese really well, probably better than Korean. But because she doesn’t want to outshine the rest of us, she doesn’t say much in Japanese, doesn’t she?” Maria says and Hannah smiles. “Hannah, say something in Japanese about your thoughts of the fan meeting.”

“Maria only eats instead of learning Japanese,” Hannah says in Japanese to the camera, still sitting down. She smiles and takes Maria’s hand, even if her friend doesn’t understand. “I don’t know Japanese well enough to find a word to how explain my thoughts, but I can tell that I am really excited to meet our fans.”

Maria is just nodding when the camera-woman asks Hannah if she can explain her thoughts in Korean since she can’t do it in Japanese. Hannah just laughs when saying she doesn’t know Korean well enough either. They are then told what they want to tell their fans today.

“Be careful of their health,” Hannah answers in Japanese. Maria pushes her just a little – because she talks in Japanese – and Hannah grimaces when pushing back. “Because it’s winter and the weather is getting colder and colder, it would be really good if everyone would be careful to not catch a cold.”

“Your Japanese is really good,” the camera-woman can’t help but to say and Hannah awkwardly thanks her.

The place it is at is crowded with fans that have waited outside for more than an hour to be let inside. The girls are doing it well. The fan meeting is fun as the girls tries to speak in Japanese, but in the end their fans laughs at how fun they are and several times, Maria stands up and says; “you are an idiot!” in Japanese to the other members.

“Our fans must be very happy that at least one of us can talk to them,” Carolina says in Korean for the translator to translate. “The rest of us will have to keep practice, but we will work hard to be able to communicate with our Japanese fans too.”

Hannah nods, like she always does. They keep having fun, answering questions and joking around. The fans seem to have a great time, laughing and screaming.

The first fan meeting is coming to an end.

“Did you have fun with us today?” Hannah asks in Japanese a little quietly. The fans cheers happily. “We would want to thank all of you for coming here so early on a Saturday, and before we say goodbye... we will perform another song for you. It is a song from our single named [Hey! Hey! Hey!]. Please enjoy.”

After finishing the first fan meeting the girls heads backstage. They bows and thanks everyone in Japanese as they have been taught. When reaching the dressing room they manage to gather up for a hug, all five members. They tap each other and tell each other they did well.

During the day the girls are visiting a Japanese show in the middle of the day, they then do another interview before heading to their first fan signing. It is tough, the fan signing since they have to write in Japanese. They get a lot of help though. The clock is around six in the evening when they are at the only radio program they have on the schedule. Again Hannah talks the most, because on radio it isn’t so easy to have translators (Hannah translates a lot). They give a brief interview before singing their song life at the radio, a way for them to show their live skills for the listeners.

But the schedule isn’t over after that. They have another fan meeting, and fifteen minutes after that ended, they do another interview before their Saturday schedule ends. After a day filled with Japanese, the girls are quietly going to bed after heading back to the hotel.

Before going to bed, Hannah uploads a picture on twitter of her self with Carolina that they had taken earlier in the day. She wrote ‘having a great time in Japan, just wished we could be here a little longer ^^,’ For three days, their schedule will be packed. Today it was packed, and the girls are mentally tired.

Just when Hannah is about to fall asleep, her cell phone rings. She hurries up, barely opening her eyes, and rushes inside the bathroom to not wake up her roommates. She answers after seeing who it is, answering in Swedish.

“Mother, it is around midnight here, could you maybe call back another time?” Hannah asks after hearing her mother’s voice.

Hannah sits down on the toilet, hearing her mother talk. At first she just talks about Christmas and New Year, to make sure if Hannah won’t come. After that Hannah numerous of times have to repeat that she can’t come, she is tiredly hearing her mother once again go on about “wasting time”, “find something better” and all that. When the accident was last year, Hannah actually thought her mother would stop talking about how she is wasting her time as a singer and should come to Sweden and get a real job. But she believed too much in her mother.

When the call is over, Hannah pouts and sighs. For some reason she isn’t upset with that her family didn’t come to see her when she was in Sweden, and not even when she will have her first concert.

With another sigh she goes back to bed.

Morning comes fast and already at nine in the morning the girls have their make-up and outfits ready, starting an interview at the hotel for a magazine. Though it is for a magazine, they do take some simple pictures for the interview.

On the way to the next schedule, a fan signing, the camera for ‘5 Pieces Nippon Niokeru’ catches Hannah yawning and then behind her also Carolina yawns. Hannah is pouting with her lips once she has forgotten about the camera in front of her and from behind, Carolina takes Hannah’s fingers in hers, carefully holding hands.

The day is long, filled with fan-signings, interviews for both Korean and Japanese TV. Hannah keeps smiling and talking in Japanese that once when she turns to say something to Julia during a fan-signing she accidentally talks in Japanese. A fan in front of her cutely puts her hand by her chin and says “cute!” to Hannah’s mistake.

The fan-meeting will start at 18:45, and an hour before that the girls are backstage waiting for it to start. Hannah is singing in a low voice in the corner, practicing both the lyrics and the actual song. She closes her eyes to imagine the choreography.

After talking to her mother at the night, Hannah has been very tired today. She couldn’t sleep after the call and once she fell asleep she woke up time after time, rolled around a lot in bed and she checked the clock all the time.

Maria moves a chair over to Hannah, and sits down to look at her with a face expression that says she somehow tries to look through Hannah. Hannah stops practicing and asks what it is.

“You’re upset,” Maria says in her I-know-everything voice. “Did you and Jonghyun fight? Or is it about Honggi? Maybe Emelia said something… Do you want me to beat someone up?”

Hannah weakly smiles over the many questions, and says: “none of them were right.”

“Then why have you kept putting on that face today?” Maria mutters.

“Mom called last night,” Hannah answers with a grimace while Maria gives out a shocked sound.

“Then… how do you feel? Do you want to talk about it?” Maria asks carefully. Hannah leans closer to hug her, smiling at how Maria always is careful when it comes to her family. Hannah then asks if Carolina has come up with a new joke, and Maria laughs. “You at changing topics!”

Hannah smiles. “And your Japanese is horrible.”

“Ya!” Maria bursts out and Hannah runs away with a laugh, Maria running after her. “That is something completely different! Ya, Baby!”

Maria makes a sudden stop after running around one and a half round in the room and she holds on to Maria’s arms when she comes over to her. They ends up just laughing and in their laughter they are talking, though no one has any idea of what they are saying and the girls ends up laughing even more since not even them knows what they are saying.

“Excuse me…” someone by the open door says after knocking. The knocking was though barely heard, though the cameras for 5 Pieces Nippon Niokeru caught it.

Hannah and Maria – who were still laughing together – turns around to see who it is and Hannah shines up brightly when seeing the 186cm tall Japanese actor standing by the door. He bows politely to everyone and smiles extra when seeing Hannah. She walks over to him and when seeing that he takes out his arms she gives him a hug.

“Hayami-kun,” Hannah smiles and leans back, talking in Japanese. “I thought you were too busy to come.”

“I gave myself some time to at least come say hi,” actor Hayami Mokomichi who has been acting in Gokusen 2, Absolute Boyfriend and other Japanese dramas. He taps Hannah slightly on the head when she takes a step back.

“I’ll introduce you to my members,” she tells him and Maria is quickly in front of him with an innocent smile. Both of them reaches out their hands to shake it as the other members come forward too. “This is Hayami Mokomichi, who helped me out a lot in the drama I was in.”

“Nice to meet you,” Emelia says in Japanese when shaking hand.

“I’m happy to finally meet all of you, Hannah talked about you every day when we were filming,” Hayami says politely.

Some minutes later, Hayami and Hannah are both sitting together by the table. They are meeting after such a long time that they have to talk a little, but the camera-woman takes her chance to interview him.

“I am a fan of theirs,” Hayami tells and Hannah gives out a chuckle. He just smiles. “Though I didn’t really know much about 5 Pieces at first, I learnt a lot when Hannah and I were filming the drama together. She really stunned me when we first met by that it was her second time acting and her Japanese wasn’t as good as now. Today too, there are fans crowding outside; it somewhat makes me proud over her.”

Hannah keeps smiling, thanking him for saying all those good things about her.

“Ah, and now we will come to the bad things,” Hayami is fast to say and Hannah almost gives out a scream to stop him. He just laughs and tells the camera that she is just too cute.
