“Jinhee.... I...I...I” Jongin struggled.

“I love you.” Mina speaks out.

“What?” Jongin is caught off guard.

“Jinhee, I love you....... that the first line you wrote.” Mina points out in the card that Jongin wrote.

The two were at old cafe they used to hang out during their college days. After buying the ring, Mina was helping him practice his proposal speech.

“Right.... Uhh can you read for me?” Jongin asks.

“Okay....” Mina sighs and holds the card up to her face. “Jinhee, I love you. The past 4 years have been well, although this ungrateful cancer had to come along. You're a strong women. Even though we don't know how much time we have left...” Mina's voice began to crack. “I want to spend the rest of it with you.....Jinhee, will you marry me?”

Both sat in silence trying to soak in the words.

For Mina, she felt emotional knowing a friend doesn't have much time left.

For Jongin... he wishes he could ask this question to Mina.
