~Day before the wedding.

Ever since that night, Mina avoided Jongin as much as he can. When she had to face him for wedding purposes, she couldn't look at him. Whenever Jongin called for her, Mina kept the conversation short and on point, not even looking at him the eyes. Mina couldn't face Jinhee at all. The guilt was eating her. She almost slept with her friend's fiance for goodness sake.

When Mina left Jongin's apartment, she found Sehun waiting for her in front of the bakery. She told him how she got drunk and stayed over and Jongin, but she did not tell him about the kiss. She felt ashamed. However, Sehun could sense something wrong, but didn't push it. Something about Mina staying overnight at Jongin's angered him. He trusted Mina, it was Jongin he didn't. Seeing her act not normal, he knew something had happened.

It was the rehearsal dinner. Everyone gathered at a restaurant. Everyone was in a good mood. Well... almost everyone.

“May I have everyone's attention please.”

Everyone looked toward the front of the room. It was Mina.

“Thanks. Umm at this time, I would like to propose a toast. To the happy couple. I would do this tomorrow, but I think its best if I do this now. For Jongin, I've known him since he moved next door when we were in high school. I'm happy to see he has found the love of his life. I knew one day a lucky girl would steal his heart. Jinhee, I'm glad you've meet Jongin. I'm happy that you are the one that makes Jongin's heart beat faster.” Mina's voice began to crack a little. “You've made him so happy. Thank you. I'm glad to have been part of the wedding planning journey. I wish you two the happy marriage. Cheers.” Mina raises her glass.

Jongin almost collapsed hearing Mina's speech. He tried to remain calm, he gulped his glass of champagne and excused himself.

Mina saw him leave the room. He saw the unhappy look on his face. She followed him. Even though she's been avoiding him, Mina couldn't help but see what was wrong. She caught up to him outside.

“Jongin, what's wrong?” Mina approached him.

“ I can't get married.... I just can't.” Jongin paces around.

“Why?” Mina asked.
