Final Project pt. 1
The Journey That Lead Her To HimMina's heart chose to give Suho another try. Weeks passed and the Suho became closer than ever. Almost like how they were back then. When Mina and Suho were apart, they would text each other. When Suho was in town, they would be together. It's like her feelings picked up where she left off. Suho was such an angel. Of course, Mina was afraid to admit her feelings, but she didn't want to lose Suho this time. She was trying to gather enough courage to confess to him, but she was just soo afraid of rejection and let her heart go on. She didn't want to go through that pain again.

“Okay! Its time to talk about our final project”
Believe it or not, but the semester was finally coming to a close. 16 weeks literally flew by. Mina felt sad. This would probably be the last time her and Sehun would be in the same class. They had different majors, and they just needed this class as a requirement for graduation. At least they built up a great friendship that they'll be hanging out. Another note, in the beginning of the semester, Mina predicted this would be a boring class, but that to the almighty Sehun, it became one of her favorites.
“Okay, this will count 50% of your final grade. So for the project, you and your partner will come up and chose a topic from the bowl. All these topics are experiences that people go through. So for example, one topic if “embarrassment” With that topic, you are to interview your partner and write a paper about it. You guys know the requirements on how I want these to be. Okay? This is due 2 weeks from now. Now! Line up!! Once you and your partner receive your topic, you can leave.” Professor Lee brought out the bowl filled with topics.
Mina looked over at Sehun, who was pouting.
“haha what's wrong?” Mina got up from her desk.
“I'm going to miss class. I had a lot of fun.” Sehun answered, following Mina.
“Awwww, are you going to miss me?” Mina pinched his cheek.
“yahh stop that. If you keep doing that then no.” Sehun answered.” Now it was Mina's turn to pout.
“oh god. Please don't do that.... alright alright I'll miss you, but lets be real, it's not like were going to stop talking once this class is done.” Sehun covered his eyes.
“Next!” Professor Lee called.
It was Sehun and Mina's turn. Mina dipped her hand into the bowl and pulled out a piece of paper.
“Love”
“oh that's my favorite topic. I can't wait to read your papers” Professor Lee told the two.
The two left the room.
“Cafe?” Sehun asked.
“Yup. Let's get this paper out of way so we can study for our other classes.” Mina nodded.
“To cafe!!!” Sehun wrapped his arm Mina's shoulder and marched.
“ooooo love. I get to find out about Ms. Nam's love life.” Sehun cooed as he sat down.
“It's not exciting honestly.” Mina admitted.
“Rock, paper, scissors for who goes first?” Sehun asked.
Mina nodded. After 8 grueling rounds. Sehun finally won.
“Okay I guess I go first.” He took a sip of bubble tea before talking, while Mina took out her notebook.
“Okay... hmmm so when was your first love?” Mina asked.
“Ehh I wouldn't call it first love. I would just call it first girlfriend.” Sehun altered.
“But that would be the summer before my first year of high school. Her name was Lee Gyuri. I confessed to her after our junior high graduation. She was such a sweet, innocent girl. Her smile also caused you to smile. She took each others first kiss during the graduation celebration trip to the beach. It was great relationship for the first 3 months. Then high school happened. The first week was fine, but then after that I started to notices changes. Her behavior started to change. She was trying to act popular. The fact that I was her boyfriend, made things complicated. You heard of the term “trophy wife”? Well she treated me like a trophy boyfriend. She showed me off just because I came from a wealthy family. She crossed the line when she started to bully her former friends during junior high. I had a enough. I confronted her, telling her that she changed. She wasn't the same person I asked to be my girlfriend. That popularity was going to her head. And guess what. She realized what happened to her and she broke down. I stayed by her side to comfort her, but then she asked me if we were still together. I told her no. Even though she eventually went back to being the sweet innocent girl, I didn't feel the same anymore. So we remained exes. As our high school years passed, we drifted apart. I had my friends, she had her friends. Unfortunately, she fell back into the circle of troubled popular people. She dated guys just for their money. I haven't heard much about her after we graduated. I know she got married recently, apparently to a rich Japanese guy that was twice her age. Honestly, to me it wasn't for love, but for money. A part of me wonders, what if I stayed back. What if I gave our relationship a second tr
