It was a quiet morning. Mina made breakfast while Sehun prepared for work. Before leaving, Sehun gave her a long hug.

“Sehun, please know that I do love you.” Mina looked at him.
“I know. Just remember that I love you too.” He cupped her cheeks.

He gave her a meaningful kiss before walking out the door.

~2PM:
Sehun just entered the lobby of the apartment complex. He took the rest of the day off from the office. He just couldn't function well. Making his way to the elevator his phone starts ringing. Caller id said Mina.

“Mina?” He answers.

“......” 
“Mina?” He asks again.
“-sniff-”

Instead of hearing a response, Sehun hears a muffled sob.

“Mina are everything alrig-” His words were cut off with Mina's voice

“Sehun” He could feel the pain in her voice, but why? “Sehun....I'm sorry.”

“Mina, what are you talking about?” Sehun now steps into the elevator.

“I'm sorry.” She says again.

“Min-” Sehun was once again cut off.

“I can't continue relationship without knowing first. I just.... I need to figure this out by on my own. I need to find closure first. ”

Sehun was confused by her words but then he hears something in the background that nearly makes him almost fall over.

“Flight 012 to Seoul is now boarding”

“MINA!” Sehun begins to push their floor button over and over and over as if the more he pushes it, the faster the elevator will go.

“I'm sorry Sehun” He hears her say again.

The elevator finally arrives on their floor. Sehun runs out of the elevator.

“no … no ...” He rushes to their apartment. He prays that this was all a joke and Mina was still in the apartment.

“I just need to make sure that its really over ...... but...... I don't know if I'll come back.” Sehun hears her cry again

He arrives at the door and jams the key into the keyhole.

“Please, don't wait for me.”

Violently he pushes the door open.

He finds the apartment empty.
