"This guy is ruthless..."

"I know right? And he's not afraid to show it. He signed his name on his victim's corpse, all 27 of them. He even dressed 3 of them up in princess costumes."

"What a ..."

"Enough." A bald guy in a suite silenced everyone. The meeting room was not your usual company meeting room. It was dark and cold. The only signs of light were those coming out from the laptop screens.

"Sir," A tall guy wearing frameless specs stood up, "This can't go on any longer. We have no results from the investigations what so ever. We don't even have a slight idea of the reasons behind his killing."

The room got noisy.

"This is ridiculous. The C.I.A can't even catch a puny murderer. Some organization we are."

"27 people is no small number."

"Who knows? Tomorrow more might be killed."

"ENOUGH!" The bald guy slammed the table. "Eric... what's your opinion on this?"

Everyone turned to look at the guy at the corner of the room who never spoke. He looked out of place, wearing only a shirt and jeans. How casual compared to everyone's formal wear.

He laughed, "Come on Elliot, you and I both know when you say that you are engaging the help of the other C.I.A. We will send our officers to investigate. I've got a date, bye~" with that he left the room.

"Tch... Resorting to the other C.I.A again..." The tall guy mumbled.

C.I.A; What comes to your mind when someone mentions this 3 letter acronym? In this world there are two C.I.As.

Of course, there's the Central Intelligence Agency. Well known from cracking some of the hardest cases in the world.

But what we don't know is that someone has been doing their dirty work for them. Meet the other C.I.A, Cube Investigations Association. They are the one who crack the cases that the C.I.A can't solve. 

-1 month later-

A knock was heard on the door, "Sir Eric, may I come in?"

"Sure"

"Sir, I'm here to report the deaths... of 6 of the 10 agents you dispatched for the serial killing."

"WHAT!? But they were some of our best agents!"

"I know sir but even the other 4 were seriously wounded and unconcious!"

"THEN WHAT DO YOU SUPPOSE I DO!?"

"YOU AND I BOTH KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU SHOULD DO."

Eric knew that his assisstant, Alice, was right. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

"Send out people to invite the 12 here."
