Weeks have passed and Ji Hyo remains by Jong Kook's bedside, refusing to move a inch from him. She sleeps beside him every single night, she talks to him everyday, hoping that he will respond to her...but so far, there has not been any response.

The doctors checked on Jong Kook's back. His wound has started to heal, but they still can't figure the reason behind him not waking up. And he was moved from the ICU to the normal private ward.

In the morning, Ji Hyo wakes up beside Jong Kook, her head resting against the bedside. She looks up at Jong Kook who was sleeping. 

"Morning..yeobo..." Ji Hyo yawns, while she ruffles Jong Kook's hair.

"Time to wake up..oppa...It's morning!" Ji Hyo said loudly.

"Jinjja..this sleepy bum..stop sleeping, oppa! It's morning!" Ji Hyo holds Jong Kook's hand and kisses it.

"Ah..let me wipe your body first.." It has been a daily habit for her to wipe Jong Kook's body as she knows that Jong Kook was a "clean" freak.

Ji Hyo stands up restlessly, her body aching from sleeping on the chair for the whole night.

She gets a tub with a towel and starts to wipe Jong Kook's face, arms, and legs.

"Oppa..you know what day is it today?" Ji Hyo talks to herself.

"It's August..." Ji Hyo answers herself.

"...August 15..You remember this date?" 

"Yah! It's my birthday..oppa..how can you not know?" Ji hyo smiles as she lightly pinches Jong Kook's nose. 

"Today, what shall we do then? Shall we have a cake? You know that I love cakes, right?" 

Ji Hyo puts the towel away and grasps Jong Kook's hand in hers.

She sits on the bedside and holds Jong Kook's hand on her baby bump and rubs it.

"Oppa..our baby is growing up day by day neh? And he says that he wants to eat cake for today..So...oppa, shall we buy a cake? I know that you don't like cakes, but just for me and our baby, please....?" Ji Hyo asks.

"Alright..then..since you don't say anything, I will treat it that you have agreed. Yay! Baby, we are having cake for today!" Ji Hyo says in a very cheerful tone but she was blinking her silent tears away from her eyes.

Dongwook is standing outside the ward. For days, he has been keeping watch at Ji Hyo. Ji Hyo has refused both his and Gap Jin's request to return to the hotel room and they are worried for Ji Hyo. She hasn't been eating well and sleeping well for these days.

"Dongwook sshi...I have bought breakfast. Do eat something..." Gap Jin comes back with breakfast.

"Cake..why hyungsoo nim?"

"It's my birthday! And I want to celebrate my birthday!" Ji Hyo answers.

"Oh yeah..it's August 15 today! Happy birthday, hyungsoo nim!" Wished Gap Jin.

"I will..if you promise that you will eat your breakfast first!" Gap Jin said.

"Can I eat here? I don't want to go out..."

"Hyungsoo nim. I bought chicken soup for you. You need to eat more and never starve yourself, neh? You need to think of the baby inside you and hyung wouldn't want to see you and the baby unhealthy, isn't it?" Gap Jin advises.

Ji Hyo nods silently as she looks at Jong Kook on the bed.

She then opens the bowl of soup and rice she had and quickly eats down the food. She gobbles down the rice and forces all the food in .

Gap Jin looks at Ji Hyo in worry.

"Hyungsoo nim..please eat slowly.." He gives a soft advice.

Ji Hyo forces a smile. "Gap Jin oppa..you are not eating? It's nice! Can I get some more?" Ji Hyo looks at another packet in Gap Jin's hand.

"Yes.." Gap Jin passes his packet to Ji Hyo.

Ji Hyo looks at Jong Kook, while she's eating. Her sight never left him as she continues gorging herself with food. 

Everything went into Ji Hyo's mouth. Gap Jin then started to get worried at the amount she's eating.

"That's enough..hyungsoo nim!" Gap Jin took the bowl away from Ji Hyo.

Ji Hyo starts crying. "Gap Jin oppa..I'm hungry...I want to eat..please give me back.."

"Hyungsoo nim! It's too much for you!"

"But didn't you say oppa wants me to be healthy? And I need to eat more..." Ji Hyo sobs as she covers and runs to the bathroom.
