Today, Ji Hyo is returning home after a month of hospitalisation.

Jong Kook brings Ji Hyo back home. They walk into their house with Jong Kook supporting Ji Hyo since she was still feeling a little weak.

 As the door opens, they hear people cheering and clapping.

"Welcome home!" 

Ji Hyo smiles, seeing the crowd in their house.

Jong Kook invited his family members, Ji Hyo's family members and their close friends to come over for their babies' baby shower.

Jong Kook brings Ji Hyo to the sofa to sit first. 

"Yeobo..Do you want to rest in the room?" Jong Kook anxiously asks as he sits beside her.

"Gwenchana! I can just sit here, yeobo..."

"Are you sure?" Jong Kook asks again.

Ji Hyo nods. 

"Gomawo..everyone..." Ji Hyo thanks everyone for welcoming her home.

"Ji Hyo ah! You must have fun today! Jong Kook has prepared lots of things today..." Jae Suk tells Ji Hyo.

"Neh...noona...Hyung even cooks the food himself!"

"Jinjja?!" Ji Hyo looks at Jong Kook in disbelief.

"Neh..yeobo...." Jong Kook smiles. 

"Yeobo..where's our babies?" Ji Hyo questions.

"Ji Hyo ah..They are sleeping in the room..Eomeonim will bring them out now..." Jong Kook's mother answers.

"Omma! I will bring them out..." Jong Kook calls out to his mother. He walks to their room to carry his babies.

"My two darlings, you two are so small that appa is so scared of hurting you..." Jong Kook talks to them as he carries them downstairs.

"Hyung! Don't squeeze them! You will hurt them!" Kwang Soo warns.

"Of course I won't! Why would I do that? Pabo!!" Jong Kook scolds Kwang Soo. 

He slowly walks to Ji Hyo's side. He sits beside her and passes them to Ji Hyo first.

Ji Hyo cuddles them in her arms. 

"My babies...I am omma...I miss you two..." Ji Hyo says softly to her children. 

Her tears start dropping. "My two darlings...are both of you good babies when omma is not around?" She lightly caresses their faces.

"They are...Ji Hyo ah...They are very obedient.." Jong Kook's mother answers.

"That..is..good..eomeonim..." Ji Hyo chokes in tears...

"Ji Hyo ah..Please don't cry..You cannot cry during your recovery period.." Ji Hyo's mother pats Ji Hyo on her back as they stand behind her. 

"Love...Come...." Jong Kook hugs Ji Hyo with their babies in between them. 

"Yeobo.....everything is fine now...You see the babies are smiling at you. They know that you are their omma..." Jong Kook coos Ji Hyo.

Ji Hyo cries even harder hearing that.

"My..two..darlings...Umma..love..you..two..so...much....I'm...so..glad....that...I....am..able...see...you...two...again...And..raise..you..two..up...with..your...appa..." Ji Hyo says breathlessly as she breaks down from the emotions inside her...

The scene of Ji Hyo reuniting with her babies after her escape from death was so touching that everyone's eyes were brimmed with tears. Jong Kook starts tearing along as well...

"Yeobo...." Jong Kook wipes Ji Hyo's tears. "You are making my heart ache a lot for you...My babies' omma..let's raise the two up of them up together..and we form a happy family, okay?" Jong Kook takes Ji Hyo's hand. He was holding on to a bracelet, the bracelet he has customised for his whole family.

Jong Kook slips the bracelet into Ji Hyo's wrist...

"My love...gomawo.....It's really lovely..." Ji Hyo cries out softly as she touches the bracelet on her wrist, and on the babies's wrists.

Then, the babies start crying...

"Wae..wae...yeobo..why are they crying?" Ji Hyo asks Jong Kook anxiously.

"Ji Hyo ah..it's feeding time for them..Let me prepare milk to feed them.." Jong Kook's mother tell Ji Hyo"Eomeonim..there's no need. Let me feed them..."

"Yeobo but you are still weak..." Jong Kook doesn't allow.

"Andwae..oppa...I should feed the babies..It's better for them..."

"Arasso..love...I'll bring them to the room.." Jong Kook carries the babies.

Jong Kook's mother holds on to Ji Hyo as she leads her to their bedroom.

Ji Hyo tells the others, "Everyone, feel free to eat the food and treat this like your house, arasso?" 

"Don't worry, Ji Hyo ah..You rest well, we will entertain ourselves..." Jae Suk pats Ji Hyo.

Jong Kook waits for Ji Hyo to come inside the room with the two babies in his arms.

Jong Kook's mother settles Ji Hyo on their bed.

"I'm going to stay here and look after Ji Hyo, omma.."

"Yah! What's there to watch? Don't disturb us and wait outside..." Jong Kook's mother pushes Jong Kook outside the room.

It was the first time Ji Hyo is feeding her babies and she's feeling nervous about it.
