Jong Kook and Ji Hyo reach the hospital. Jong Kook carries Ji Hyo into the obstetrics department since she was still feeling giddy and nauseous. 

The nurses there guide Jong Kook to a hospital bed. Jong Kook lays Ji Hyo on the bed. 

"Yeobo, rest for a while here..I will be here with you..." Jong Kook grasps Ji Hyo's hand tight.

He was getting worried as Ji Hyo was really looking unwell but he can't show his worry because he knows it will make Ji Hyo even more anxious.

Since this was not the emergency department, they have to wait for a period of time before they get to see the doctor.

As they are waiting, Ji Hyo was still retching quite badly. The nurses come to her with tissue and a plastic bag because she was still vomiting non-stop.

"Nurse, can you get a doctor to check on my wife fast? She has been throwing up for many times today...and she's feeling dizzy..." Jong Kook anxiously tells the nurse who is attending to Ji Hyo.

"The doctors are now busy in the labour room. I will try to hurry them.." 

Jong Kook nods and he looks back down at Ji Hyo.

"Yeobo, gwenchana?" Jong Kook brushes Ji Hyo's fringe aside as she weakly lies back on the bed.

"Erm..." Ji Hyo did not dare to tell Jong Kook, scared that he would get worried. 

"Wae..yeobo...Tell me please, dear..."

"Umm...Not really..I feel awful right now.." Ji Hyo clenched her stomach, feeling queasy from the nausea. 

"The doctor will be here soon. Take a rest first..yeobo.." Jong Kook rubs her tummy trying hard to make her feel better.

Minutes later, the doctor rushes to Ji Hyo. 

"I am Doctor Lee..Can I know what happened to Ji Hyo sshi??" 

Jong Kook explains on behalf of her since Ji Hyo was quite weak.

"Doctor Lee, my wife has been throwing up for more than 5 times today. She feels giddy and the nausea couldn't stop somehow.." 

The doctor starts to check on Ji Hyo. 

"Nurse, please admit Ji Hyo sshi into the hospital." The doctor instructs the nurse beside her and gives something she wrote on the record.

She then turns back to Jong Kook and Ji Hyo."Jong Kook sshi, Ji Hyo sshi's morning sickness is too serious. She needs to undergo further checkup. I have ordered for a blood test and an ultrasound. Once she has been admitted, I will carry out the ultrasound for her."

"Doctor Lee, is there anything wrong with my baby? It couldn't be that...Right, doctor?" Ji Hyo asked while trying to keep calm. But deep inside, she is feeling frantic. She couldn't take the loss of another child anymore.

"Ji Hyo sshi..I have some deduction about this. But, I cannot confirm it until I perform the ultrasound. Please rest yourself well for now. Once you are in the ward, I will quickly get the ultrasound done for you and tell you the results."

"Neh..Doctor Lee.." Ji Hyo answers while holding Jong Kook's tight in worry.

After Jong Kook does the admission procedure for Ji Hyo, and Ji Hyo is given her private ward, the doctor comes back to check on her. 

"How are you feeling now, Ji Hyo sshi? Still feeling sick?" The doctor asks in a caring tone as she puts on gloves. 

"Much better after a rest...Doctor..."

"Neh..Ji Hyo sshi..I will now do the ultrasound for you. Have you done an ultrasound before?" The doctor starts checking the records. 

"Ani..doctor..."

"Oh wae?! Ji Hyo sshi, you should be about 4 months pregnant and you haven't done an ultrasound before?!" The doctor was surprised.

"Ah..neh..because when I first knew I was pregnant, I was given a blood test in the U.S...And after that, because I was busy and....." Ji Hyo looks at Jong Kook. 

Because Ji Hyo was busily finding Jong Kook in the U.S and helping him recover, she didn't go for an ultrasound after that.

"I see..Ji Hyo sshi..In future, please don't skip any appointments anymore especially if what I suspect is true.."

"Doctor, what do you mean by that??" Both Jong Kook and Ji Hyo were nervous hearing what the doctor said. 

They were tensing up as the doctor takes the probe to start the ultrasound.

"Ji Hyo sshi, it will feel a little cold, so please bear a little bit..." The doctor applies the gel on Ji Hyo's tummy.

"Hmmm..." The doctor rotates the probe on Ji Hyo's tummy.

The ward fell into silence. 

What broke the silence was the sound of heart beating. 

"Ji Hyo sshi, Jong Kook sshi, this is the sound of your baby's heartbeat..Can you hear it?" The doctor tweaks the sound control to make it louder so the baby's parents can hear it. 

"Neh..We can..." Jong Kook answers in a shaky voice. He was a little bit anxious and delighted at the same time since it was first experience as a father.

"Yeobo..is that our baby? Omo...doctor, our baby is growing healthily, right?" Ji Hyo looks at the screen in excitement while squeezing Jong Kook's hand which is holding hers.

The doctor continues rotating the probe on Ji Hyo's baby bump and doing a check. 

"Hmm...." The doctor breaks into a smile.

"How's it, doctor??" Jong Kook and Ji Hyo ask at the same time.

"Ji Hyo sshi....From how it looks like, your baby is healthy..But one more thing, can you hear something special about the heartbeat?" She asks.

"Huh? Is there anything wrong, doctor Lee?" They were puzzles. 

"It's quite vague. But there's two different set of heartbeats.."Can you hear it?? The doctor explains. 

Jong Kook and Ji Hyo just stare at each other in blank. They don't understand what the doctor said.
