Personality: He is really shy when you first meet him, but after getting to know him well you discover that he is really loud and entertaining. He is one of those people who are always smiling, but he usually hides all of his emotions so no one ever knows when he is having problems. He is rather blunt – not really liking to sugar coat things. He has the odd ability of making people open up to him quickly, as well as the odd ability of attracting little kids – plus the ability to read people without their knowing. He is a good listener and is always happy to listen to other’s problems and help them sort them out and come up with solutions for them. Jung Chan Mi – 26– sister – actress – she is a really sweet girl, who cares a lot about Younghun and is always calling to check up on him. She started to take care of him when he moved to Seoul to start training at the age of fourteen.

Jung Ji Sook – 28– brother-in-law – composer/model – he is Chan Mi’s husband, he treats Younghun as his younger brother that he never had. He helped Younghun realize his love for music.

Jung Jong Suk – 6– nephew – he is Chan Mi’s and Ji Sook’s oldest child he is protective of his younger sister and looks up to Younghun.

Jung Soomi – 4 – niece – she is Chan Mi’s and Ji Sook’s youngest child; she is very cute and always gets her way with ayego.

Family Background: He was born in Jeju, South Korea and participated in many sports teams throughout his years in elementary school. However, when he hit junior high around the age of thirteen, he grew a passion for music and started to participate in underground rapping and dancing competitions – which brought about much protest from his mother and father. When his mother passed away from cancer when he was fourteen, his father accepted that the boy wanted to be a singer and did all he could to support the boy – who he ended up sending to Seoul so that he could chase his dream while living with his noona. Younghun’s father is proud of him, but can’t see him too often because he is always busy with the company he runs – however, he calls quite often to check up on him and his noona but their relationship is a little strained due to their disagreement about what his future job should be.

While in school, he studied the performing arts as well as photography - which soon became his favorite pass time. He usually takes pictures of his friends and group mates, and when his schedule is empty he can either be found editing photos or out taking them. Also, during his time in the underground, he started to smoke because at one point in time he was with the wrong group of friends, he quit smoking under company orders - however, he still has the urge to smoke sometimes despite it being years since he last did so.

Teen Top – He had trained to be a member of Teen Top, however, after a severe leg injury he was removed from the group and replaced with L.Joe, however, the six treat him like a dear brother – L.Joe included. During his free time – as well as the six’s he can be found hanging out with the group.

*Trainee experiences: He was often bullied in SM Entertainment due to many of his fellow trainees believing that he was an easy target due to how he was rather skinny, however, when they attacked him he struck back twice as hard and they quickly learned that looks could be very deceiving. Due to his sports back ground he was really muscular, but from where his metabolism was high and he spent most of his time after school practicing he barely kept any fat from the food he ate and barely had fat on his body, causing him to look unhealthily skinny – however, after his leg injury and half a year of hiatus, he managed to gain some weight and look healthy again. Aside from the bullying, as a trainee he had a few minor roles in dramas - which people recognize him from.
