Rules For Ranks – erase when finished filling out this form: 1 – needs a little work; 2 – sub-role material; 3 – regular role material; 4 – lead role material; 5 – main role material. Rankings are pretty much their ‘grades’ on the monthly trainee exams, they are also the things I’ll be looking at to choose what character gets what role.  They need to be realistic: meaning that NOT all of them can be level 5’s - after they have to have their weaknesses.

If one is a five, the others should be at most a three – think of it as they can only have one really strong point. If you want them to be possible candidate for jack of all trades/all-rounder/triple threat (what ever you want to call that role) make all of them threes, or one/two  fours and the other a three – as if they trained in all the areas equally – this also puts them in the running for a lead position. If there are any questions feel free to ask me because I might have explained it poorly.
