It's a date!

Its only 7pm but I felt sleepy already. I went upstairs and fell asleep.
I woke up as the sun shone onto my eyes. I got up and turned to my clock.
10:25!!!! I rushed out of bed into the toilet and got dressed. I wore the outfit Jae Hwa and Mi Jin made yesterday. Cant remember what it was called. The weather was nice now that I looked outside. After getting dressed I went downstairs and got breakfast. Mum already went to work. I ate my toast while watching the clock. I dont want to miss the movie!
I got startled as I heard my phone vibrate. Its a text. I picked it up.
'2 Missed Calls, 4 New Messages'
I saw the texts. They are all good luck messages from my friends. Two of them even called. I told them its not a date. I heared the door bell ring. I havent done my hair yet. He can wait. I went upstairs and did my hair. I just left it out in waves. I heared the door bell ring again and again. I headed down to open it.
"Youre too early", I said.
"Dont complain. I just needed to see if you were up already", he said back.
He looked quite good today. He was wearing black jeans, a blue and white checked shirt and black trainers and spiked his hair up a bit.
"Are you done?", he asked.
"Let me just get my coat and scarf", I said before grabbing my pastel pink infinity scarf and black coat. I got my phone and my bus pass and keys and put them in a little black hand bag. I then put on my shoes headed out.
"Took you some time.", he stood there waiting with his coat on.
"Lets go", I pumped my hand up. He smiled and started walking and I followed.
"Hey what made you decide to buy the tickets?", I asked.
"Well you have helped me quite a lot. And besides I ruined your plans the other day on purpose", he started.
"So you did you it on purpose", I shouted.
"Yup. But when you helped me yesterday I felt guilty. I mean you were probably the only person apart from Monsoon who was willing to help. But I didnt want both of you to get involved.", he continued. I listened to him in silence.
"Anyways shorty what made you become girly today?", he asked. He changed the topic and livened the mood up knowing I was thinking about yesterday again. I giggled.
"I'm a girl. Can't I be girly?", I asked. "Besides I look really good in this dont I?". He laughed.
"Your sense of humor has improved a lot", he laughed. "Unlike you who needs to dress up, I look good in anything!", he said in a stuck up manner.
"You? And good looking? I know you were trying to liven up the mood but now you are really good at it", I laughed.
"But you do look better than usual so well done for trying", I said.
"You have improved aswell. Maybe I can have faith in you now.", he laughed. I joined in. We reached the bus stop.
"You do know that we can go and get some lunch after this", he said.
"Sure but its your treat!", I demanded.
"Forget the lunch idea then", he stated.
"You are the guy after all. Dont all guys normally pay?", I asked.
"Geez okay okay I'll pay quit complaning", he said.
"And Hyunsoo won once again!", I pumped my fist into the air. The bus soon came. We got on and I sat down while Myungsoo was standing.
"Do you want to sit?", I asked him.
"I'm the guy after all", he answered after shaking his head. The lady next to me heared us talk and got up.
"Excuse me you can sit", she said to Myungsoo.
"Oh no its fine", he answered.
"No no I only have 4 stops left", she said and walked away. Will he really sit down next to me. I moved up next to the window. He sat next to me.
"Guess she thought we were a couple", he said and forced a smile out.
"Probably", I answered. He doesnt know how many times this has happened already.
"You listen to music?", he asked.
"Well duh", I answered sarcastically.
"Well what genre do you like?", he asked.
"Pop and light rock I guess. But even if its something else and I like it I would probably listen to it", I answered.
"Seems like you dont have a clue in what you listen to.", he laughed.
"Well I can like a mixture of genres. Some bands do ballads aswell as pop music. For example Super Junior. Have you heared of them?", I asked.
"Yes they are pretty good", his voice sounded unenthusiastic.
"They are right", I said in with an excited tone. "What about you?"
"As long as its good I'm okay", he answered.
"Yet you complain about my answer.", I laughed. He joined in.
"Guess what! My friends thought this was a date", I laughed.
"Why would I date you?", he laughed.
"Isnt that my question?" I laughed even more. Of course we cant date. We are... friends? I thought.
"Hey Myungsoo are we friends?", I asked.
"Huh?"
"Are we friends", I repeated.
"That question sounds stupid!", he said.
"Just answer the question.", I demanded.
"I guess so.", he said. "We do talk to eachother and help eachother when we need help. Isnt that what friends normally do?", he asked. I nodded my head. We sat in silence. I looked outside. I saw the cinema building. I rang the bus bell.
"Get up we have to get off", I said. He got up and we got out of the bus. We walked to the cinema and he went collected the tickets. I went to get us both popcorn and drinks. After Myungsoo got the tickets he came and helped me carry the drinks inside. We found our seat and sat down. We had 5 minutes left. The music played. I was bored so I started eating my popcorn. After a while more people came and settled down. 5 minutes past and the movie started. Of course it had adverts. After a while the actual movie started. I got reall excited on the inside and kept smiling once in a while. I felt Myungsoos glares once in a while but it didnt stop me. The movie is about Lee Minho who is Park Shin Young in the movie, who was trained as a secret protection group. He had to track down an underground group who do illegal deals and kidnapping. It has such a cool story line and I was impressed by the trailer. The fact that Lee Minho is in the movie makes it even cooler. I put my hand into the box and tried to grab some more popcorn. I looked. It was empty. I knew I should have bought the extra large box and we are only 1 hour through the movie. We have another hour left. I dont want to miss the movie either so I dont want to get up to buy more. I looked over to Myungsoo. His box was on the arm rest between us. He wasnt looking. I slowly reached out for the box wanting to swap mines with his when he grabbed my hand.
"Nice try but I could see you from the corner of my eye!", he said.
"Can I have some?", I asked.
"No", he answeres. Geez this guy. This calls for Plan A. The A is for aegyo.
"But Myungsoo Oppa ~ I'm hungry", I said. Of course I said it out loud so the row behind us would notice us.
"Just shut up and eat", he whispered and gave me the box.
"You are so cute. Here", he improvised. I smiled at him.
"Thanks Oppa~", I said. He glared and I smiled back at him. Victory is mine once again. The movie finished with Park Shin Young getting a special medal. Of course he had amnesia for some parts of the movie caused by a drug given to him by one of the members of the group. He forgot his girlfriend and well it was sad but I couldnt make myself cry. Myungsoo was also into the movie. He seemed to like it better than expected.
"Can we go and have lunch?", I asked.
"How much do you eat?", he asked me back. I giggled. We walked to one of the restaurants there. He ordered us 2 meals and drinks. I heared some giggling behind me. Noone was there when I turned around and looked. Maybe it was my imagination. I faced the front again. I heared another giggle. This one sounded too familiar. It was Sun His!
I got up and started walking.
"Where are you going?", Myungsoo asked.
"To the toilet. Want to join me?", I asked. He just glared. I walked to the toilet and got my phone out. I phone Sun Hi. She picked up.
"Where are you?", I asked. "Guess what Sun Hi. I heared someone with the exact sane laugh at you. But you said you are at home". I heared Jae Hwa and Hyun Jae laugh aswell in the background. I cut the phone and went out. There was a table with 6 girls with mouth masks on. I walked to the table.
"May I take your order", I asked.
"Yes please give us-", Mi Jin started and stopped when she turned around to see me.
"What a covincidence right?", I asked.
"Of course.", Jae Hwa said. I didnt answer. They all knew I'm getting more and more annoyed by the minute.
"Okay we will leave your date alone today.", Young Mi said before getting up. Everyone got up.
"Have fun", Hyun Jae said and everyone left. Its not a date. Geez...
I walked back to the table and saw Myungsoo waiting impatiently with his food infront of him.
"You could have started", I said.
"I was kind enough to wait so shut up and eat", he said before starting to eat. I smiled and started eating aswell. After lunch we went back home on the bus talking on and on and on. He isnt that bad after all now that I know him better. He can be nice.
We arrived at home.
"Thank you for the day", I said with a smile. He nodded and smiled back.
"Be safe and put you safety lock on", he smiled teasingly.
"I will", I said. He stood there until I shut the door and went in after I did. I changed and went to sleep to take a afternoon nap.
Today was a good day!
