Monday Morning
A Wall In betweenIt was Monday morning. I was in the girls changing rooms changing for PE (Physical education). I put on my tracksuit bottoms and Hoodie and walked into the Gym with my trainers in my hand. I saw Sun Hi and Hoo Sook already waiting there. I took sat on the floor and put my trainers on.
"Okay Ladies we will be doing field work today. Out you go", said our teacher. We all sighed and walked outside with our teacher walking behind us. We sat down on the muddy grass.
Our teacher followed shortly and brought a boy along. It was Myungsoo. Whats he doing with her?
"Ladies I have to go and sort out something for the other class.I borrowed this boy from Mr Kim. He will warm you all up so you are ready for football.", she said.
Oh great. She then took her leave and all the girls set their eyes on Myungsoo. He wasn't as interested.
"Okay stand up", he said. We all did as he said.
"Why does he have to do the warm ups? We are old enough to do it ourselves", I mumbled.
"Ahh Hyunsoo ahh that will get you 5 laps", he said.
"Wait you cant make me run 5 laps who do you think you are?", I asked in an annoyed voice.
"10. Now go before I make it 15!"
I started running... By the time I knew it I've done 5 laps. Boy only 5 more to go. I started running out of breath. I've done 7 this is my 8th one. I ran and finished my 10th lap and walked back to the group.
I didn't feel too well....
"Hyunsoo ah are you alright", Hyun Jae asked. Everyone ran up to me.
"Yaah Hyunsoo ah what's going on here?", it was Myungsoo. I felt dizzy.
"Hyunsoo? Hyunsoo??", he called me.
I collapsed. I woke up and saw his face right in front of me.
"What happend? My head feels so heavy...", I asked. My voice was weak. I tried to get up. My body was worn out.
"You passed out!", he said regretfully.
"WHAT", I supported myself with one arm.
"Yah idiot don't strain yourself.", he helped me up. " I heard you can run 20 laps without getting exhausted. I also heard that you didn't have breakfast today."
"I woke up late", I said. I got out of bed and tried walking.
"Yah you shouldn't be walking right now." he shouted.
"How do you want me to get back to the field?", I asked.
He bent down. "I'll carry you."
"WHAT?"
Before I knew it he picked me up on his back.
"Hold on unless you want to fall down and hurt that air head of yours"
I held on tightly. He started walking. This is embarrassing...
As we got back to the field I saw 6 girls running towards us. It was everyone. I jumped off Myungsoos back. He glared at me. I jogged on the spot showing him that I was fine. He chuckled and handed me a bottle of water.
"Thanks", I said.
"Make sure not to pass out like that again!", he said while looking away onto the field.
"Worried", I teased.
"Of course you're my favorite dongsaeng", he laughed. Everyone else smiled. I drank the water. It was really cold...
Something landed on my hand. I looked up. It was snow...
I smiled at him as he made his way back to his group. I walked back to the group with Hyun Jae, Young Mi, Mi Jin and Hoo Sook following Jae Hwa and Sun Hi who were racing eachother.
As I got back I heard a girl shout.
"Yaah Lee Hyunsoo"
Who is it now?
