"Know what fate is? Building a bridge of chance for someone you love."

At that split second,

At that very moment that Kyuhyun-ssi said that,

I think I just...I saw right through him.

I saw everything.

Everything that he felt.

The way he said it, with much sincerity,

with much feeling,

with much passion.

As if he said that for me...

solely for me.

And with that, I felt sorry for him.

He, who had never failed to show his real feelings.

He, who had always cared for me.

He, who had always loved me.

And here I am,

scared, frightened by the fact that we might not work well together,

not even giving him enough chance to prove himself,

not even showing my real feelings towards him.

I like him, no.

I love him.

But, I just,

I can't show it yet.

For some reason, I can't tell him yet,

And I hate myself for this very fact.

I hate myself for not telling him,

I hate myself for not knowing why I can't tell him,

I hate myself for knowing that he loves me,

And most of all,

I hate myself for not being able to give back the love he has shown to me.

Is he?

Is he really my fate?

I don't know.

My mind's all blurred right now,

My heart is completely confused and bewildered.

And I don't know what to do,

How do I build that bridge towards you?

"Yumi-ssi?" Kyuhyun-ssi stared back at me.

"Oh, sorry. I just...remembered something."

"Oh..."

*sigh*

I couldn't concentrate in the movie anymore.

I pretended to watch the movie up to the end.

Finally, the movie ended.

"Waah. That was nice~" Kyuhyun-ssi stated as he stood up to stretch his arms.

"Mmm." I mumbled softly.

I wonder what Kyuhyun-ssi feels right now,

Did I ever hurt him in any way?

Did I let him wait for such a long time?

Does he still have the same feelings for me?

"Yumi-ssi, do you have a problem? You seem to be in a daze since the movie started." Kyuhyun-ssi worriedly asked.

"Aniyo. It's really nothing."

"Okay. Then...Pillow fight!"

Kyuhyun-ssi suddenly slapped the huge pillow right in front of my face as he laughed off with his evil chuckle.

"HAHAHAHA!"

"Y-YAH CHO KYUHYUN!"

I picked up the pillow and threw it right back at him, but Kyuhyun-ssi immediately caught the pillow and threw it at my face.

"GAHAHAHA!! CUTIE YUMI-AH!"

"AISH. REALLY?!"

I found myself laughing wholeheartedly, completely forgetting all things bothering me a while ago.

Kyuhyun-ssi, whenever I'm with him,

Everything just seems so happy,

As if the world I live in is completely without problems,

without worries,

without pain,

and just pure happiness, 

pure love.

"Y-Yah stop it, Yah Yah!"

"HAHAHA! YOU'RE DEAD CHO KYUHYUN!"

"I told you to stop it or else!"

"Or else what?"

"Or else I'll-"

"YAH WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?!!" Leeteuk-ssi suddenly entered the dorm, looking strangely at the scattered pillow feathers on the floor.

"Oh- Teukie hyung!" Kyuhyun-ssi immediately stood up and went up to him.

"Yah, just look at the mess the both of you did!" 

"Sorry Teuk oppa~" I sweetly exclaimed.

"Aigoo~ Arasso Arasso. Kyuhyun-ah just send Yumi-ssi home first, I'd just call Manager hyung to send someone to clean this."

"Okay~"

"Ah wait!" Leeteuk-ssi suddenly stopped us as we were about to leave the door.

"Yumi-ssi, we're all going to the beach tomorrow, if you don't have anything to do, you could come with us."

"We're going to the beach?" Kyuhyun-ssi confusingly stated.

"Could you come, Yumi-ssi?" Leeteuk-ssi ignored Kyuhyun-ssi's question and waited for my answer.

Well, I didn't really have anything planned for the weekend,

besides, it had been such a long time since I last headed for the beach,

and this time,

I'm gonna go with Kyuhyun-ssi.

Couldn't this trip get any better? Kekeke~

"Sure, I'm coming!" 

=Kyuhyun's POV=

Things just happened too fast yesterday,

and before I knew it,

All our members are now at the beach, and I'm here outside Yumi-ssi's cabin waiting for her to get dressed.

Aish. I can't leave her side, these hyungs are hungry as tigers.

"K-Kyuhyun-ssi?"

"Ah, you're done-"

"Tada! I found a volleyball!"

My mind literally went blank.

How could anyone be as perfectly beautiful as Jung Yumi?

IS SHE REALLY PLANNING TO WEAR THIS IN FRONT OF TEN PERFECTLY GROWN-HUNGRY CHEETAH-LIKE MALES!?

"W-why? It's a swimsuit."

"I obviously know what a swimsuit is. Did you really forget that you're in the beach with guys? A whole bunch of guys?"

Yumi-ah, don't make this hard for me.

I feel like I'm gonna be your bodyguard for the rest of the day.

"Yes, but what's wrong with that? It's not like I'm the only one wearing a swimsuit in this place."

Yumi-ssi pointed out to a group of women wearing two-piece swimsuits.

*sigh* She really doesn't get it.

"And there, even there, look there. Everyone's wearing the same thing! Why can't I do the same?" Yumi-ssi pouted while saying so.

"But it's not-"

"Waaahh Yumi-ssi!"

Oh no. They saw her.

"Yumi-ahh!"

"Our Yumi-ssi!"

"Very y!"

"Y-YAH HYUNGS! St-stop looking at her like that."

"Why? Don't we have the right to look at such a pretty girl like Yumi-ssi? It's not like she's your girlfriend already, right Yumi-ah? Kekeke~" Eunhyuk hyung bluttered out.

"Come on, Yumi-ssi! Let's play with that, beach volleyball!"

Without another word, Ryeowook pulled Yumi-ssi towards the court and before I knew it, Yumi-ssi was already surrounded by nine males.

The disadvantages of having a girlfriend, or at least someone like that, if you're in a male group with so much members.

Well, whatever. It's not like they'll do something bad to her.

They all know I like her, anyway. Kekeke~
