I jumped on my bed and covered my face with the blanket.

Somehow, this seems to lessen the embarassment.

I closed my eyes and tried to forget what happened.

I hope tomorrow's going to be fine.

I woke up to the smell of breakfast entering the room.

Hmm. I didn't know they still cook breakfast for themselves these days,

Could it be Wookie preparing the food? Kekeke~

How I hope Kyuhyun-ssi's not awake yet, before I leave at least.

I have to  go back to my house already, I cannot even fathom the awkwardness I would face if I ever see Kyuhyun-ssi right now.

But he's probably still sleeping at this time.

Should I just eat breakfast then leave?

With that breakfast's aroma? Sounds good to me. Kekeke~

I slowly turned the knob and peeked out of the living room.

No one was there, it seemed like everyone has gone out.

Could they all be sleeping?

I should just help cooking the food.

I took light footsteps towards the kitchen and peeked at the person cooking.

Wait.

That...isn't Ryeowook-ssi.

Could it be...

Kyuhyun-ssi turned around and met my eyes as soon as he saw me.

I immediately turned and looked away as I felt my hot cheeks flush crimson red at the sight of him.

I was about to walk back to my room, when I felt his warm hand grasp my arm.

His touch sent electric shocks throughout my system.

"Yumi-ssi, let's eat breakfast?" 

Kyuhyun-ssi stated kindly as he looked at me.

Why is he acting like nothing happened?

Could it be...that he doesn't really remember anything?

Or is he just acting for my sake?

Aish. He's confusing me.

"Why? Are you okay?" he asked as he courteously pointed towards the breakfast table filled with scrumptious food.

"M-mmm." I mumbled shyly as I went towards the table and sat down.

Maybe I should just act like nothing happened too.

Right. That's better, Jung Yumi.

Kyuhyun-ssi took off his apron and sat down in front of me.

We started to eat our food without uttering a word to each other.

Kyuhyun-ssi ate without even lifting up his head from the plate as he obviously avoided having eye contact with me.

Aish, Cho Kyuhyun.

If you really wanted to act like nothing happened, then you should at least try to make a conversation right now.

Hmm. Wait a minute.

Where are the others?

"But Kyuhyun-ssi..." I hesitatingly said as I continued to look at my plate.

"Mmm?" he mumbled as he did the same.

"Where are the other members?"

"Oh. They seem to have their schedules today so...it's only the two of us here."

"W-what?!" 

Of all times to leave the two of us alone.

Why did it have to be today when something just, or at least almost, happened last night!?

And to make things even worse,

I was the one who tried to do something.

This atmosphere would've been better if he was the one who made a move.

I'm the woman.

He's the man.

I found myself standing up as Kyuhyun-ssi finally looked at me with a bewildered look painted on his face.

"I-is something wrong?"

"Aniyo. I'll get my things, I should also leave now."

"Y-yah! Why all of a sudden?!"

Really?

Are you really asking me that? Cho freaking Kyuhyun?

Are you really not scared of the fact that I might you any second that we're left all alone in this huge, cozy dorm?

What the. Jung Yumi, clean your thoughts!

"I-I really, really have to-"

"Can't you at least stay until someone comes back, Yumi-ssi?"

Oh come on.

Don't use that puppy dog eye trick on me!

And don't you dare use your y tone!

*sigh* why do you have to be so perfect?

"A-Arasso. Just until someone comes back."

"Deal!"

=Kyuhyun's POV=

Since this morning, I've been obviously trying to show Yumi-ssi that what happened last night was clearly fine and understood.

I mean, that happens right?

Even for women, there might be some moments when they just want to kiss someone.

And that might actually be a good sign for me too.

She might actually have feelings for me.

I mean , 

Luckiest guy in the world, huh? Kekeke~

But to be honest, I was also as anxious as nuts when I saw the note that Teukie hyung left for me.

It basically emphasized the DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO HER message.

Come on hyung, don't you know that when you tell someone to not do something they actually want to do it even more?

Besides, I love her too much to even let a strand of hair be taken away from her.

Yumi-ssi looked just as nervous as I am when I told her that we were all alone in the dorm.

She even wanted to leave right away, luckily, my aegyo worked just right for her to be convinced to stay with me first.

*sigh* She's so adorable.

You are such a shy little baby, Yumi-ah!

However, I still needed to take the tension and awkwardness away, at least before she leaves.

I have to do something.

What should we do?

I finished washing the dishes as I took a peek at Yumi-ssi who was sitting cautiously at the living room, watching tv.

Movie!

I dashed towards the living room and took a seat beside Yumi-ssi.

She seemed a bit uncomfortable as she moved slightly away from me.

I ignored her move and tried to act as normal as possible as I joyfully exclaimed,

"Let's watch a movie!" 

"Movie? What movie?"

"Uhm...I think the only movie we have here is My Sassy Girl-"

"I love that movie!" Yumi-ssi exclaimed excitedly.

Whew. What a relief.

She smiled for the first time today.

"Arasso, I'll look for the CD."

Yumi-ssi soon started to act normal again as she sat comfortably beside me while watching the movie.

"Ah, this is my favorite part." she happily uttered.

"You really like this movie don't you?"

"Of course! This movie is the best." Yumi-ssi giggled as she stayed focused on the screen.

"You wanna hear my favorite line from this movie, Yumi-ssi?"

"Arasso."

"Know what fate is? Building a bridge of chance for someone you love."

Yumi-ssi stared at me and looked deeply into my eyes, as if searching for something in them.

Does she see it?

Does she see...what I feel for her?

Through my eyes, could you see it?

All this time, I've only been looking at you.

All I hope for...is to be with you.

If you, if only you, have even the slightest tinge of the same feeling for me too,

Could you perhaps,

Let me prove to you that we are each others' fate?

Could you, for once, build a bridge of chance for me someday?

I hope so,

But I could only wait for that day to come, Jung Yumi.
