=Yumi's POV=

"We're almost here, Kyuhyun-ssi" I mumbled softly to Kyuhyun-ssi beside me.

"Mmm. Where are we going anyway?" he asked curiously, looking at me with his brown, beautiful eyes.

Who else has a beautiful, handsome idol as her best friend? Oh yeah, me, that is. Kekeke~

"You'll see." I mumbled reassuringly to him.

After a few minutes, we arrived at the stop near the Hangang river.

"Come on, Kyuhyun-ssi!"

I got off the bus as I enthusiastically pulled Kyuhyun-ssi's arm.

"Come, faster!" we ran away from the bus stop as we were only a few blocks away from the river.

"Alright, we're almost here. I want you to close your eyes first."

"W-what?"

"Come on, Kyuhyun-ssi! Just do it." 

Kyuhyun-ssi obediently closed his eyes, chuckling at my weird request.

He probably hasn't gone to the Hangang river by day, since I heard idols usually come here at night anyways. Kekeke~

I covered his eyes with both my hands just to make sure he doesn't peek.

Why does he have to be so tall? I bet my arms are gonna hurt once we get there.

After a few minutes, we arrived in the Hangang river.

"We're here, Kyuhyun-ssi. Want me to take my hands off now?" I chuckled.

"Well, if you want me to see where we are." Kyuhyun-ssi laughed as he took my hands off from his eyes.

"Oh- Is this?"

"We're at Hangang River!"

We looked at the breathtaking scenery in front of us, and couldn't help but be drawn completely by the amazing landscape.

"It's really beautiful. I actually haven't been here during the day." Kyuhyun-ssi whispered.

"Yes. I figured, since they say celebrities come here at night." I mumbled while breathing in the fresh air from the river.

"So, what are we going to do today?" he looked at me with his tender, caring smile.

Hmm. What are we gonna do today?

"Ah! Let's go there!"

I pointed to the bicycle station at the other side of the bridge.

We headed to the bicycle station and borrowed a two-seater bicycle.

"Who's gonna sit in front?" I asked.

I don't wanna sit in the back.

Kyuhyun-ssi sat in the front seat without even asking me and pulled me down on the back seat.

"Of course I get to sit in front, Yumi-ssi." 

Aish. Should've just sat down first.

"Okay Yumi-ssi, hold on tight. We're gonna go fast."

"W-what? Don't go fa- Wah!"

Kyuhyun-ssi suddenly started to drive the bicycle, almost causing me to fall from my seat. 

I quickly held onto Kyuhyun-ssi's waist to avoid falling down, especially as I was wearing a mini dress today.

The wind blew against our faces, and it was a very refreshing trip around the Hangang river.

*sigh* I'm happy to have a friend like you, Kyuhyun-ssi.

I held on tighter to Kyuhyun-ssi's warm, slender waist.

After a few more rounds of going around the river, we saw a few kids flying kites around the area.

"Oh, you wanna fly some kites, Yumi-ssi?"

It does seem a lot of fun.

"Sounds good!"

We halted to a stop in one corner and bought a kite from one of the small shops in the area.

The wind blew hard as soon as we opened the kite, which made it easy for us to put it up high in the sky.

I couldn't help but be marvelled over the kite, being all up in the air, being so free and happy.

"Waah~ It's so nice, Kyuhyun-ssi."

"You really sound like a five year old sometimes." he chuckled while looking up at our marvelous kite.

We flew the kite for about fifteen minutes and decided to take a break first.

Kyuhyun-ssi and I strolled around the sidewalk, and of course, bought ice cream on the way.

"I promise I won't ask you to eat anymore." I mumbled to Kyuhyun-ssi.

"W-why? I'm not sick anymore! I want some ice cream too!" he chuckled and ruffled my hair lightly.

"Aniyo! You can't!" 

"W-why-" 

I pushed my ice cream towards Kyuhyun-ssi's face, and the scoop of chocolate ice cream started to melt on his perfectly structured nose.

"HAHAHAHAA!" I pointed at his funny, surprised expression.

"Aish. Yumi-ssi, you're really gonna get it this time!"

I ran away as Kyuhyun-ssi started to dash fast after me.

=Kyuhyun's POV=

We just finished our five minute sprint around the sidewalk.

Of course, I caught Yumi-ssi and had my revenge for her ice cream prank a while ago.

Well, my revenge wasn't all that bad.

I just had to ask for a five second hug from her. Kekeke~

I actually asked for a ten second hug, but she negotiated for her dear life, and we finally agreed to a five second hug.

Aish. She's really playing hard to get.

But whatever, at least I still got what I wanted, right?

We were now walking in the sidewalk, casually strolling around, just watching people have fun and all.

Yumi-ssi seemed to be a little bit tired now.

"Yumi-ssi, do you want to rest first?"

She looked at me, paused for a few seconds, and finally gave up.

"I guess that seems like a good idea."

"We should sleep there!" 

We then stopped walking and halted in the garden near the grass field in front of us.

"Let's just, sit here first. I'm buying some drinks."

I walked away and bought some water and juice for us, and came back to see a smiling Yumi-ssi in front of me.

Her hair was casually being blown away from her face by the wind,

She was adorably holding on to her sunhat,

Her dress looked great being blown by the breeze,

Her skin was glowing brightly under the sun,

Her smile was plain perfect.

A smile that was worth a million dollars, as they say.

"H-here. I bought you some water." I handed her the bottle, once again mesmerized by her drowning perfection.

"Oh, thank you." she politely bowed.

"Why were you laughing?" I tried to sound normal as I asked the pretty girl in front of me.

"Well, there's this young boy who suddenly came up to me and hugged me." she laughed while talking.

"How young?" my eyebrows twitched at her answer.

"Oh come on, almost like a six year old!" she chuckled.

Oh. Thank God.

Hmm. Little boy has good taste.

"Come on! Let's go there already!" she pulled me up and dragged me to the grass field.

We laid down on our backs and watched the beautiful, light blue sky above us.

We watched the flying kites sway through the gentle breeze.

*sigh* It's so good to just rest and relax like this. I haven't done this for quite a while now.

After a few minutes later, I heard a soft snore beside me.

I looked to my left to see Yumi-ssi sleeping soundly, tightly holding on to the edge of her dress to avoid it from flying up.

I sat up, took my jacket off, and placed it on her leg.

I fixed her hands on her sides, and slowly moved her head up to let it rest on my arm.

I closed my eyes, savoring every millisecond of this once-in-a lifetime paradise.
