"Hong Guang Ge, why are you so busy lately?" Ya Se inquired, watching the former meng zhu pack his things away quickly after class.
Hong Guang just showed him a small smile before swinging his bag over his shoulder, "It's a secret," he grinned cheekily at him.
"Ohhhh~" Da Dong chorused as he stood up from his hammock, "You've been kept busy by this secret."
Hong Guang rolled his eyes and turned around to leave, "I'll see you guys tomorrow, bye," he waved as he left.

Instantly, Ya Se and Da Dong looked at each other with sparks in their eyes. "We are following him!" they announced in hushed voices. Quickly, they grabbed their bags and tip toed out of the classroom, locking their eyes on Tian Hong Guang.

Da Dong and Ya Se hurried down the busy streets quickly, following Hong Guang but trying to stay hidden. Hong Guang stopped suddenly as he walked. He furrowed his brows and then slowly turned around, only to see ordinary people going about their daily lives. He shrugged and then continued walking.

"ERT!" A woman shrieked as Da Dong used her long coat to hide in so that Hong Guang did not see him. The woman was fuming and kicked him so hard that he went rolling down the street. Ya Se, who had crouched down behind a group of kids could only face palm at his brother. Suddenly one of the kids he was hiding behind screamed, "AAAAGH ITS A BAD GUY!" she screamed and then all the kids starting screaming and panicking at the sight of Ya Se. Ya Se sweat dropped, backing away slowly only to bump into a pair of police officers.

Ya Se released a nervous chuckle, "Haha... sorry..."
The officers then smirked at him before pulling out a pair of handcuffs, "We'll talk at the station, young man."
Ya Se was then hauled off the ground against his will.


Hong Guang continued to walk, oblivious.

Xiao Yu and Jay sat together in the music room. Xiao Yu was giving Jay piano lessons and well, Jay wasn't really satisfied with his lessons lately.

When Xiao Yu finished his short and simple melody for Jay, Jay huffed and pressed down on the keys hard, creating a loud and ugly noise. "Teacher Xiao Yu!" he exclaimed, "Why are your tunes so sad? I don't like playing minor keys!"
Xiao Yu sighed, "Is it sad?" he asked.
Jay exhaled, "Teacher Xiao Yu, you're making me so depressed!" he exclaimed in frustration, "What's wrong with you?!"
Xiao Yu looked away from him, "Maybe we should call it a day," he muttered with a lifeless look in his eyes.
"Where's Yu Yan jie jie?" the boy asked, "She's always usually here but she hasn't been here for a few days now," he continued making Xiao Yu's eyes widened at the mention of her name.
"Jay, I think you should practice what we've covered today," Xiao Yu quickly replied as he stood up and picked up his bag, "Make sure you lock the door when you leave. Ban Dao is still in her office so you can leave together. Bye." He then quickly hurried out of the music room and rushed down hallways.

As he walked, he looked outside and stared at the patch of grass where he had sat down next to Yu Yan on her first day in Zhong Ji Yi Ban. He didn’t need to stare deeply because he could naturally imagine her body sitting there under the sunlight, facing upwards. Her face would be glowing under the golden rays and there would be a small smile curling onto her lips.

"Ding Xiao Yu?"

Xiao Yu's ears perked up after hearing his name and then he turned around to see Cai Yun Han standing beside him. "Are you okay?" she asked, noticing his down expression.
Xiao Yu released a small chuckle and showed her a smile of pearly whites, "Yeah, I'm doing well," he told her.
Yun Han's face fell and she put her hand on his shoulder, "I don't need to use my truth telling whip to know that you're lying: you're missing Yu Yan, right?" she asked with concern evident in her eyes.
Scratching the back of his head, his small smile turned into an exhale. "Is it that obvious?" he muttered. She just nodded.
"It's only been a few days but..." he trailed off, looking down at his feet.
Yun Han smiled softly at him, "You miss her so strongly because you don't know whether you'll ever see her again," she finished for him. Xiao Yu could only nod.
 

Yun Han smiled at him, "Classes are over, do you want to come over for dinner tonight? My sister and I can keep you company," she offered.
Xiao Yu shook his head, "It's okay. I'm going to visit my aunt later."
Yun Han then nodded, "Okay then, take care." Before she walked away, she spoke, "You don't have to suffer in silence, okay? You have friends who will listen and accompany you."
Xiao Yu smiled at her reminder, "Thank you."

Nearly an hour later, Ya Se and Da Dong were back running down the same street looking for Hong Guang. "Egomaniac, do you have the disguises this time?" Ya Se asked as they ran, "We can't get in trouble again this time!"
Da Dong nodded, "I have them, don't worry."
"With you, I worry all the time," Ya Se muttered.
"Where's Hong Guang Ge now?" Da Dong asked.
"My men said he went into a cake shop after buying some red and white balloons," Ya Se informed.
"Cake shop?" Da Dong repeated, "Whose birthday are we celebrating?"
Ya Se rolled his eyes, "Idiot, it's for Valentine's Day!" he exclaimed.
"Valentine's Day? Who is he celebrating it with?" Da Dong inquired, curelessly.
"Obviously it's Ella!" Ya Se hissed, dumbfounded.
"If we know what he's doing then why are we still following him?!" Da Dong continued, even more confused now.

"Why are you still following me?"

Ya Se and Da Dong jumped in surprise at the sound of a familiar voice. Slowly, they turned around sweat dropping.

"H-Hong Guang Ge..." Da Dong grinned before waving enthusiastically, "What a coincidence! What are you doing here?" he laughed nervously.
Hong Guang put his hands on his hips and raised a questioning brow at them.
Ya Se began laughing, "We were just doing some shopping! We thought we could buy things to cheer up Xiao Yu!" he lied, holding up their disguises which consisted of a red curly clown wig, a large top hat, a pair of glasses with a fake nose and moustache attached to it and a cap. He then hissed quietly at his best friend, "Egomaniac! What type of disguises are these!"

Hong Guang just rolled his eyes and sighed. "Alright, I'll tell you what I've been doing," he said, "But you've figured out most of it already."
"You're planning a date for you and Ella?" Da Dong asked eagerly.
"I'm planning to confess to her," Hong Guang replied.
"Why didn't you tell us?" Ya Se inquired.
"I don't want to talk about my love life in front of a heartbroken Xiao Yu," Hong Guang explained, "I feel that it's quite inappropriate to be happy when such a thing has happened in our circle."
"Nonsense! Xiao Yu wouldn't want you to feel like you can't be happy because of him," Ya Se said as he put a hand on his shoulder, "And besides, we need some happiness and light hearted things in our lives right now. Everything is just so tense."
Da Dong nodded in agreement, "We're going to bring Yu Yan back to us anyway."

"How?" The former Meng Zhu asked.
Da Dong grinned.

"WHAT?!"

Da Dong exclaimed in shock after the door to Yu Yan's father's airship was replaced by an ordinary tree.

"There goes your brilliant idea, Egomaniac," Ya Se muttered.

Da Dong, Ya Se and Hong Guang  had planned to drag Yu Yan out of her father's airship. However, the entrance had disappeared and they had no way to enter.

"It's obvious he would change the entrance to his hideout after we found it last time," Hong Guang replied, not surprised.
Da Dong pouted, "I was so sure it was a flawless plan!"
Ya Se rolled his eyes, "Don't underestimate our enemy. Shakespeare said-"
"Stop!" Da Dong interrupted and held up his fist to silence the music that had started to play, "I don't care about what Jake's Beard did!"
"It's Shakespeare!"
"It's Jake's Beard if I say so!" Da Dong retorted and huffed.

Hong Guang just sighed as the two started arguing.

Valentine's Day

"SSSSHHH!" Ya Se hissed as he, Da Dong and Xiao Yu hid behind the door of the room Hong Guang was planning to confess to Ella in. The three of them were dressed as elves but instead of wearing green, they wore white clothes with white pointy hats.

Da Dong pouted at his costume, "I can't believe the angel costumes were sold out. I don't want to be an elf!" he complained.
"Da Dong, we're trying to help Hong Guang Ge! Our costumes aren't important," Xiao Yu replied.
"Our job is to lead Ella here, stop making so much noise, Egomaniac!" Ya Se snapped.
"I think we'll lead more than Ella here," Xiao Yu said with a smile, referring to their bold costumes.

Ya Se shook his head and pushed his two brothers away, "Ella's coming! Hide!"
"And so is Selina..." Da Dong muttered before he realised what he just said.
"SELINA?!" The three exclaimed before clamping each other's mouths shut with heavy 'SSSH's.
"Why is she here too?" Ya Se asked.
"She came with Ella," Xiao Yu guessed, "We should stop her from coming any further."
Da Dong nodded, "Narcissist, Xiao Yu and I will go stop her. You make sure Ella goes inside the room alone!"

Da Dong and Xiao Yu quickly ran towards the two girls who were heading towards them. Upon seeing them, Ella smiled brightly at them. She waved happily, "Da Dong! Xiao Yu!" she said, "You're here too?"
"We won't be any longer," Da Dong replied before he and Xiao Yu abducted Selina and ran off with her screaming.
Ella just turned around and watched her friends run off in the opposite direction. Question marks hovered above her head but nonetheless, she continued on her journey.

She then came across Ya Se who stood like a gentleman outside the door of the room Hong Guang was in.

"Ya Se?" she said, "What's going on?"
Ya Se just bowed and gestured to the door before opening it, "Please enter."
Ella covered to muffle her laughter, "I can't take you seriously in that costume!" she giggled, "What are you all planning?"
"Hong Guang Ge is waiting for you," Ya Se said before stepping aside and opening the door for her.

Ella's jaw dropped when she saw the room. The room was decorated with red and white balloons and there were sparkly pink decorations around the room. The room was dimly lit with scented candles and in the centre of the room stood a small table with a pink cake.

"Y-Ya Se...?" she stuttered in shock, feeling stuck at the doorway.
Ya Se smiled at her, "Today I am playing the role of Cupid's little helper," he explained before leaning in towards her ear, "Because all the Cupid and angel costumes were sold out," he finished in a whisper.
Ella giggled and then smiled.
"Don't keep him waiting now," Ya Se said and Ella nodded.

"Wang Da Dong!" Selina screeched as she was finally put down by Da Dong and Xiao Yu.
Da Dong dusted his hands as though he had just lifted some dusty boxes and then he sighed. "Celia, you're actually heavier than I thought you would be," he commented.

Slap!

Da Dong fell to the floor with a bright red hand printed on the side of his face.

Xiao Yu laughed in amusement.

"How dare you abduct me!" Selina screamed angrily, "And you made such a rude remark too!"
Da Dong stood up sulking as he clutched his throbbing cheek.
"And it is 'SELINA!'" she added, "S-E-L-I-N-A! Selina!"
Xiao Yu just shook his head slowly, "I'm sorry about Da Dong, Selina," he said.
"You kidnapped me too, Xiao Yu," Selina retorted.
"I'm sorry about both of us," he corrected with a smile, "But we can't let you continue with Ella."

"Why not?" she questioned in response.
"Because Hong Guang Ge planned a surprise for her," Da Dong explained whilst he rubbed his cheek.
"Why did he use such strange methods?" Selina asked, "What is the occasion?"
Da Dong looked at her, surprised, "It's Valentine's Day! And what happens on Valentine's Day?" he asked her before grabbing Xiao Yu and puckering his lips. He grabbed his face quite roughly and leaned into his face, making kissy noises.

Selina's orbs widened and she covered them with her hands, screaming. "Impossible!" she screamed, causing Xiao Yu and Da Dong to separate and cover their ears. "Ah Guang! What are you planning to do to my Ella?!" she continued screaming into the sky like a helpless damsel in distress.
"He's obviously planning to confess to her, Sarah," Da Dong replied bluntly.
Selina pushed out her hands, "NOOOOO!" she cried, dramatically.
Xiao Yu looked at Da Dong, confused. "What is she imagining?" he asked and Da Dong shrugged.

"Where are they?!" Selina then barked, shaking Da Dong by his shoulders.
"Uh... in a room-" he was cut off.
"In a room?!" Selina shrieked, "Oh dear lord!" she then pulled Xiao Yu over, "Are they alone?" she further asked, causing Da Dong and Xiao Yu to shrink down to the floor in awkwardness.
"Of course they're alone! He's not confessing his love to all of us!" Da Dong finally exclaimed, "What is wrong with you, Cereal?"
Selina gasped, "Love?" she whispered.
Xiao Yu and Da Dong backed away slowly. "What's gotten into her?" Xiao Yu whispered, "I'm getting scared."
"She's crazy," his brother replied confidently, "Who wouldn't go crazy if they had a name like Senile?"
Xiao Yu sweat dropped, "Da Dong, I think you're going senile," he muttered.

Selina was now running around frantically, "Ah Guang! What will you do to my poor Ella?" she cried.
"What is going on in that head of hers?" Da Dong muttered, shaking his head slowly.

[Selina's Imagination]

Selina was playing the role of Ella. She entered the room the boys had specially prepared and she gasped. The room was quite dark. Suddenly she was pulled in by a mysterious person and the door was shut behind her.

She released a scream of surprise and then the light flickered on revealing...

"Wang Da Dong?" Selina blurted out in surprise, "What are you doing in my imagination?!"
Da Dong looked around the room, confused. He looked down at his clothes and saw that he was wearing a bathrobe. Curiously he peeked inside and then gasped, jumping backwards and away from Selina. He huddled into a corner, "What are you doing?! You're the one imagining me in your imagination! Why did you imagine me like this!" he exclaimed in a hushed and embarrassed voice.
"Like what?" Selina questioned, walking over to him with curiosity.
Da Dong's eyes widened and he shrunk down to the floor, "D-Don't come any closer!" he stammered before Selina pulled him up.

"I just want to see!" Selina told him.
"You want to see?!" Da Dong repeated with his eyes bulging out their sockets, "You're not allowed to see!" he hissed.
Selina wrinkled her brows, not understanding him, "I want to see what you are fussing about," she said, pulling on his arm.

Suddenly, a huge eraser appeared and rubbed Da Dong out of the scene.

"Take 2!" Xiao Yu's voice came and Selina found herself back at the door.

"Guang-kun?" Selina called out into the darkness, "Anata wa dokodesu ka Guang- kun?" (Where are you Guang) [A/N: If any of the languages are wrong, blame google translate, thanks]

"Naneun yeogiissda, jagiya." (I'm here, darling.)

Selina turned around and the lights . At the opposite end of the room, she saw Da Dong wearing a large coat over his bare body.

"Naze anata wa Kankoku-go de hanae imasu ka?" Selina inquired. (Why are you speaking in Korean?"

"Naneun moleunda. neo naleul ileohge sangsang hangeoya!" Da Dong shrugged. (I don't know. You imagined me like this!)

Selina then ran over to him excitedly, "Anata wa koko de nani o e iru no?" she inquired with a smile now on her face. (What are you doing here?)
A smirk curled onto Da Dong's lips and he stepped closer to her. "Naneun neoege nollam-eul gajigoissda," he said as he clutched onto the sides of his coat. (I have a surprise for you.)
Selina's face brightened up. "Hontōni? Sorehanandesuka?" she asked as she clasped her hands together. (Really? What is it?)
"SURPRISE!" Da Dong yelled, opening up his coat to show her what was behind his coat.

Instantly, Selina released a loud scream and she covered her eyes without even looking at whatever he revealed.

"BOOO!" Xiao Yu yelled as he popped out from Da Dong's coat, pulling a silly face.

Selina screamed again in surprise and then held her hand over her rapidly beating heart. "Ding Xiao Yu! Why did you give me such a scare!" she exclaimed, trying to calm down her racing nerves. “I thought- I thought he was…” she trailed off.
Da Dong on the other hand, was laughing his head off, rolling around on the floor. "Serene, that's what you get for imagining such things!"

Xiao Yu smiled in amusement and then patted her on the shoulder. "I think it will be more like this," he said and then snapped his fingers.

The scene changed and Da Dong and Selina were positioned in the centre of the room, playing the roles of Ella and Hong Guang.

"Xiao Yu, why is that monkey playing Ah Guang?" Selina inquired.
"Because I'm the director," he responded, earning a sigh from the girl.

"Ella, I love you," Da Dong announced.
Selina gasped, "I love you too, Ah Guang!" she cried.

"Now kiss!" Xiao Yu ordered, laughing to himself with mischief.

Selina's eyes widened and she put out her hand in the air, dramatically. "NOOOOOOO!" she cried. Xiao Yu watched her, confused.
"Selina, that wasn't on the script!" he told her.
"I am not kissing that monkey!" she refused and turned her back to Da Dong.

"Cut!"

The three of them turned around to see Ya Se entering the imagination, just shaking his head at them. "This is not how you do a confession scene!" he exclaimed, "This is how it’s supposed to be!" Ya Se then snapped his fingers and Selina and Da Dong were standing in the middle again.

"Ella..." Da Dong began slowly, "There's something I've been meaning to tell you for quite some time now..."
Selina smiled up at him, "What is it, Ah Guang? You know you can tell me anything," she said.
Da Dong scratched his head nervously before taking a deep breath. "I'm in love with you, Ella," he blurted out, causing Selina to gasp.
Selina then her heel, facing away from him. "Ah Guang!" she began, "You shouldn't love someone so lowly like me!" she cried out in an exaggerating tone.

Xiao Yu came in proudly, "That's right!" he spoke, "You should love someone as highly as me!" he laughed with pride. He ran up to Da Dong, pushed Selina away and grabbed his hands. "Ah Guang! You know I am your soul mate!" he exclaimed.
Da Dong went silent and then tilted his head over to Ya Se, "Hey Narcissist, who is Xiao Yu in your imagination?" he whispered.
Ya Se smiled at him, "Uh... Hong Guang Ge's... ex?" he suggested with a shrug.

"What type of crazy imagination is this?" Selina muttered under her breath.

"You're right! I love you!" Da Dong cried and flung his arms into the air before hugging Xiao Yu tightly.
Selina's mouth gaped open in shock, "How dare you change the person you love so quickly?"
Da Dong put a finger to her lips to silence her, "Sshh... go find a lowly man," he said, "You said it yourself." He then pushed her away.
"Nooo! I was trying to be humble!" Selina cried with fake tears running down her face, "Ah Guaaaaang~!"

Once Selina was pushed out of the scene, Da Dong and Xiao Yu hugged again and the curtain fell.

[End of the Imagination]

"The four of you have serious problems."

The group turned around to see Ella and Hong Guang staring at them with weird looks.

"Ah Guang!" Selina exclaimed.
"What are you doing here?" Ya Se asked.
"Did it go well?" Xiao Yu asked.
"What happened?" Da Dong added.

Hong Guang then smiled at them before holding up his hand that was clasped around Ella's. The two of them smiled at their entwined fingers.

"You're together now?" Da Dong asked and the former Meng Zhu nodded.
"Congratulations!" they all screamed before engaging into a lively conversation about the new couple.

Xiao Yu smiled faintly before slipping out of the group and taking off his elf hat. He stared at the hat in his hand sadly and sighed. "Yu Yan..." he muttered before closing his eyes tightly."When will I see you again?" he whispered despondently.
